[0017] さらに、前述のように薬液注入装置には使用する薬液や薬液シリンジに対応して注 入速度や注入総量などをデータ入力する必要があるが、この作業は煩雑で熟達して V、な 、作業者には困難であり、適切でな!、数値が入力操作されることを防止できな い。特に、現在の造影剤には有効成分の濃度が数倍まで相違する製品があるので、 それを考慮しないと適量の数倍や数分の一の造影剤が注入されることになる。
[0018] 同様に、被験者の撮像部位や体重などによっても、薬液の注入速度などの薬液注 入装置へのデータ入力が必要な場合があるが、このような作業も煩雑で入力ミスを防 止することができない。特に、本出願人は造影剤の注入速度を可変することで造影 効果を向上できることを特願 2002— 281109号として出願した力 このような可変パ ターンを薬液注入装置にデータ設定することは容易ではない。
[0019] 上述のような課題を解決するため、本出願人は薬液シリンジの梱包材などに各種 データをバーコードなどで記録しておき、そのバーコードなどを薬液注入装置がデー タ読取することを特願 2003— 098058号として出願した。しかし、バーコードなどは データ容量が微少なので、識別データなどしか記録できな 、。
[0020] このため、上述の薬液注入装置では、可変パターンなどの大容量の各種データを 事前に登録しておき、その登録データをバーコードの読取結果で検索する。しかし、 これでは各種データを薬液注入装置に事前に登録しておく必要があり、登録データ の刷新などが必要な場合には薬液注入装置でデータ更新を実行する必要がある。
[0021] 本発明は上述のような課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、シリンダ保持機構が薬液 シリンジを適切に保持して 、な 、状態でピストン駆動機構が駆動されることを自動的 に防止できる薬液注入システムを提供することを目的とする。
課題を解決するための手段
[0022] 本発明の薬液注入システムは、薬液シリンジと薬液注入装置とを有しており、薬液 シリンジは、シリンダ部材とピストン部材とを有している。薬液シリンジは、円環状のシ リンダフランジが後端外周に形成されている円筒形状のシリンダ部材に後方カゝらビス トン部材がスライド自在に挿入されており、記録データを無線送信する RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)チップがシリンダ部材の所定位置に装着されて!、る。
[0023] 薬液注入装置は、シリンダ保持機構、ピストン駆動機構、 RFIDリーダ、動作制御手 段、を有しており、シリンダ保持機構は、シリンダ部材を保持し、ピストン駆動機構は、 保持されたシリンダ部材にピストン部材を少なくとも圧入する。 RFIDリーダは、 RFID チップから記録データを無線受信し、動作制御手段は、記録データが無線受信され ているときのみピストン駆動機構の動作を許可する。さらに、シリンダ保持機構が軸心 を中心とした回転の特定方向でシリンダ部材を保持した状態では RFIDチップと RFI Dリーダとが通信可能となるが、シリンダ部材が特定方向力 所定角度まで回動した 状態では RFIDチップと RFIDリーダとが通信不能となる。

本発明の実施の一形態を図面を参照して以下に説明する。本発明の実施の形態 の薬液注入システム 1000は、図 2ないし図 5に示すように、薬液注入装置 100、薬液 シリンジ 200、透視撮像装置である CTスキャナ 300、を有しており、詳細には後述す るが、造影剤などの薬液を注入する被験者 (図示せず)カゝら透視画像を撮像する。

上述のような構成において、本形態の薬液注入システム 1000を利用する場合、図 4に示すように、 CTスキャナ 300の撮像ユニット 301の近傍に薬液注入装置 100の 注入ヘッド 110が配置され、使用する薬液シリンジ 200などが用意される。そして、作 業者は注入ヘッド 110の可動保持部材 123を開放させ、そこにシリンダフランジ 213 が挿入されるように薬液シリンジ 200を凹部 114に装着し、可動保持部材 123を閉止 する。

Current)モータであること、ディスプレイパネルが有機 EL(Electro- Luminescence)ディ スプレイやプラズマディスプレイであること、等も可能である (図示せず)。
[0136] また、上記形態では RAM143等に格納されているコンピュータプログラムに対応し て CPU141が動作することにより、薬液注入装置 100の各種機能として各種手段が 論理的に実現されることを例示した。しかし、このような各種手段の各々を固有のハ 一ドウエアとして形成することも可能であり、一部をソフトウェアとして RAM143等に 格納するとともに一部をノヽードウエアとして形成することも可能である。

請求の範囲
[1] 円環状のシリンダフランジが後端外周に形成されている円筒形状のシリンダ部材に 後方力もピストン部材カスライド自在に挿入されて!、る薬液シリンジと、前記薬液シリ ンジの前記シリンダ部材と前記ピストン部材とを相対移動させて前記薬液を被験者に 注入する薬液注入装置と、を少なくとも有して ヽる薬液注入システムであって、 前記薬液シリンジは、記録データを無線送信する RFIDチップが前記シリンダ部材 の所定位置に装着されており、
前記薬液注入装置は、前記シリンダ部材を保持するシリンダ保持機構と、保持され た前記シリンダ部材に前記ピストン部材を少なくとも圧入するピストン駆動機構と、前 記 RFIDチップから前記記録データを無線受信する RFIDリーダと、前記記録データ が無線受信されているときのみ前記ピストン駆動機構の動作を許可する動作制御手 段と、を有しており、
前記シリンダ保持機構が軸心を中心とした回転の特定方向で前記シリンダ部材を 保持した状態では前記 RFIDチップと前記 RFIDリーダとが通信可能となるが、前記 シリンダ部材が前記特定方向から所定角度まで回動した状態では前記 RFIDチップ と前記 RFIDリーダとが通信不能となる薬液注入システム。
[2] 前記 RFIDチップは、回路チップと、この回路チップに結線されている所定の平面 形状のチップアンテナと、を有しており、
前記 RFIDリーダは、通信回路と、この通信回路に結線されている所定の平面形状 のリーダアンテナと、を有しており、
前記薬液注入装置は、前記シリンダ保持機構が前記特定方向で前記シリンダ部材 を保持した状態で前記チップアンテナと略平行な面方向で前記リーダアンテナが装 着されて!ヽる請求項 1に記載の薬液注入システム。
[3] 前記 RFIDチップは、回路チップと、この回路チップに結線されている所定の細長 形状のチップアンテナと、を有しており、
前記薬液シリンジは、前記シリンダ部材の外周面に前記チップアンテナが卷回され ている状態で前記 RFIDチップが装着されており、
前記 RFIDリーダは、通信回路と、この通信回路に結線されている所定の細長形状 のリーダアンテナと、を有しており、
前記薬液注入装置は、前記シリンダ保持機構が前記特定方向で前記シリンダ部材 を保持した状態で前記チップアンテナと略平行な長手方向で前記リーダアンテナが 装着されて ヽる請求項 1に記載の薬液注入システム。
[4] 前記シリンダ保持機構は、上方カゝら挿入される前記薬液シリンジのシリンダフランジ の左部と右部とを個々に保持する一対の金属製のフランジ保持部材を有しており、 前記薬液シリンジは、前記シリンダ保持機構に前記特定方向で保持された前記シリ ンダ部材の上方か下方に略中心が位置する状態で前記 RFIDチップが装着されて おり、
前記リーダアンテナは、前記シリンダ保持機構の下方に配置されて ヽる請求項 2ま たは 3に記載の薬液注入システム。
[5] 前記シリンダ保持機構は、上方カゝら挿入される前記薬液シリンジのシリンダフランジ の左部と右部とを個々に保持する一対の金属製のフランジ保持部材を有しており、 前記薬液シリンジは、前記シリンダ保持機構に前記特定方向で保持された前記シリ ンダ部材の上方か下方に略中心が位置する状態で前記 RFIDチップが装着されて おり、
前記 RFIDリーダは、前記シリンダ保持機構に保持された前記薬液シリンジの RFI Dチップの直下力 前後方向に変位した位置に前記リーダアンテナが配置されてお り、このリーダアンテナより小型の平面形状に導体で形成されており前記シリンダ保 持機構に保持された前記薬液シリンジの RFIDチップの直下に前記リーダアンテナと 略平行に配置されて 、る補助アンテナも有して 、る請求項 2に記載の薬液注入シス テム。
[6] 前記シリンダ保持機構は、上方カゝら挿入される前記薬液シリンジのシリンダフランジ の左部と右部とを個々に保持する一対の金属製のフランジ保持部材を有しており、 前記薬液シリンジは、前記シリンダ保持機構に前記特定方向で保持された前記シリ ンダ部材の上方か下方に略中心が位置する状態で前記 RFIDチップが装着されて おり、
前記 RFIDリーダは、前記シリンダ保持機構に保持された前記薬液シリンジの RFI Dチップの直下力 前後方向に変位した位置に前記リーダアンテナが配置されてお り、前記リーダアンテナより短小な所定の細長形状の導体で形成されており前記シリ ンダ保持機構に保持された前記薬液シリンジの RFIDチップの直下に前記リーダァ ンテナと略平行に配置されている補助アンテナも有している請求項 3に記載の薬液 注人システム。
[7] 前記薬液シリンジは、前記シリンダ部材の後端部分に前記ピストン部材の前端部分 が配置されており、このピストン部材の前端部分と重複する位置で前記 RFIDチップ が前記シリンダ部材の後端部分の外周面に装着されている請求項 1ないし 6の何れ か一項に記載の薬液注入システム。
[8] 前記 RFIDチップは、前記記録データとして各種データが記録されており、
前記薬液注入装置は、前記 RFIDチップから無線受信された前記各種データの少 なくとも一部を表示出力するデータ表示手段を有している請求項 1ないし 7の何れか 一項に記載の薬液注入システム。
[9] 前記動作制御手段は、注入動作の完了を検出して力も前記 RFIDリーダによる前 記 RFIDチップの検出が終了すると前記ピストン駆動機構を初期位置に復帰させる 請求項 1ないし 8の何れか一項に記載の薬液注入システム。
[10] 前記動作制御手段が、前記 RFIDチップから無線受信された前記各種データを保 持するデータ保持手段と、保持された前記各種データの少なくとも一部に対応して前 記ピストン駆動機構を動作制御する注入制御手段と、を有して 、る請求項 1な 、し 9 の何れか一項に記載の薬液注入システム。
[11] 透視撮像装置で透視画像が撮像される被験者に注入される造影剤が前記薬液と して充填された状態で出荷されるプレフィルドタイプの前記薬液シリンジを有しており
、この薬液シリンジの前記 RFIDチップに前記造影剤の注入速度を時間経過により変 ィ匕させる可変パターンがデータ設定されており、
前記動作制御手段が、前記可変パターンに対応して前記ピストン駆動機構の動作 速度を経時的に変化させる請求項 10に記載の薬液注入システム。
[12] 前記動作制御手段が、所定の確認条件をデータ記憶して!/、る確認記憶手段と、デ ータ記憶されている前記確認条件と前記 RFIDチップから無線受信された前記各種 データとを照合するデータ照合手段と、照合結果に対応して確認警告を報知出力す る警告出力手段と、を有している請求項 1ないし 11の何れか一項に記載の薬液注入 システム。
[13] 少なくとも前記薬液シリンジの個体ごとの製造番号が前記 RFIDチップに設定され ており、
前記動作制御手段が、装着されて注入動作が実行された前記薬液シリンジの前記 製造番号をデータ記憶するデータ蓄積手段と、データ記憶されて 、る前記製造番号 と新規の前記製造番号とを照合するデータ照合手段と、照合された前記製造番号が 一致すると確認警告を報知出力する警告出力手段と、を有している請求項 1ないし 1 2の何れか一項に記載の薬液注入システム。
[14] 前記薬液シリンジに少なくとも使用済がデータ記録される前記 RFIDチップが装着 されており、
前記動作制御手段が、装着されて注入動作が実行された前記薬液シリンジの RFI Dチップに使用済をデータ記録するデータ記録手段と、前記薬液シリンジの RFIDチ ップ力 使用済が無線受信されると確認警告を報知出力する警告出力手段と、を有 して 、る請求項 1な 、し 13の何れか一項に記載の薬液注入システム。
[15] 請求項 1な!ヽし 14の何れか一項に記載の薬液注入システムの薬液注入装置であ つて、
前記シリンダ部材を保持するシリンダ保持機構と、
保持された前記シリンダ部材に前記ピストン部材を少なくとも圧入するピストン駆動 機構と、
前記 RFIDチップから前記記録データを無線受信する RFIDリーダと、
前記記録データが無線受信されているときのみ前記ピストン駆動機構の動作を許 可する動作制御手段と、を有しており、
前記シリンダ保持機構が前記特定方向で前記シリンダ部材を保持した状態では前 記 RFIDチップと前記 RFIDリーダとが通信可能となるが、前記シリンダ部材が前記特 定方向から所定角度まで回動した状態では前記 RFIDチップと前記 RFIDリーダとが 通信不能となる薬液注入装置。 請求項 1ないし 14の何れか一項に記載の薬液注入システムの薬液シリンジであつ て、
記録データを無線送信する RFIDチップが前記シリンダ部材の所定位置に装着さ れており、
前記シリンダ保持機構が前記特定方向で前記シリンダ部材を保持した状態では前 記 RFIDチップと前記 RFIDリーダとが通信可能となるが、前記シリンダ部材が前記特 定方向から所定角度まで回動した状態では前記 RFIDチップと前記 RFIDリーダとが 通信不能となる薬液シリンジ。
