Abstract

Ein Einsatzstahl weist einen Gewichtsanteil von 0.14 bis 0.23% Kohlenstoff, 0.2 bis 0.4% Silizium, 0.6 bis 1.7% Mangan, bis zu 0.035% Phosphor, bis zu 1.5% Nickel, 0.7 bis 1.7% Chrom, bis zu 0.5% Molybdän, bis zu 0.04% Titan und 0.01 bis 0.02% Stickstoff sowie weitere stahlübliche Beimengungen auf. Weiterhin sind ein Gewichtsanteil von 0.02 bis 0.06% Niob, vorzugsweise 0.04 bis 0.06% Niob, sowie ein Sauerstoffgehalt von 40 bis 70 ppm und ein Aluminiumgehalt von < 45 ppm und einen Volumenanteil von Nb-haltigen Ausscheidungen mit einem mittleren Teilchendurchmesser < 100 nm von > 100 ppm vorgesehen.
