- the repellent sample of the present invention was prepared by mixing 80 parts by mass of the active ingredient (main agent) described in Table 5 and 20 parts by mass of auxiliary A (polyoxyethylene (5) monododecyl ether).
- This repellent was diluted with water to 200 mgZl00 ml and sprayed on the true leaves of eggplant (variety: Senryo 2, No. 3.5 leaf stage).
- As control samples those using only auxiliary A and distilled water were used. After drying, it was kept at 22-30 ° C for 10 days in an isolated greenhouse where adult citrus thrips grew and observed the degree of food damage (pest damage mark). That is, no damage: 0, very slight damage: 1, slight damage: 3, conspicuous damage: 5, severe damage: 10, and the total damage was calculated, and the repelling rate was calculated by the following formula.
