技术领域
本发明涉及一种儿童推车上的座兜。
背景技术
现有技术中的儿童推车上的座兜， 包括座板、 后端部与所述的座板的前端 部转动连接的脚踏结构、 前端部与所述的座板的后端部转动连接的第二靠背 架， 通常所述的脚踏结构与所述的第二靠背架相对于所述的座板都可以调节角 度，但调节后依然无法实现像睡篮一样的结构。由于刚出生的婴儿不会坐座兜， 因此座兜不能满足婴儿以及小孩的使用要求， 使用范围具有局限性。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种儿童推车上的座兜， 能转换成睡篮。
本发明的技术方案是： 一种儿童推车上的座兜， 包括座板、 后端部与所述的 座板的前端部转动连接的脚踏结构、前端部与所述的座板的后端部转动连接的第 二靠背架， 还包括框架、一端部与所述的第二靠背架的后端部转动连接而另一端 部与所述的框架的后端部转动连接的第一靠背架、下端部与所述的座板相转动连 接而上端部与所述的框架相连接的框架支撑杆，所述的脚踏结构的前端部与所述 的框架的前端部转动连接， 所述的脚踏结构包括脚踏件、 脚踏连接架， 所述的脚 踏件与所述的脚踏连接架可折叠地连接。
本发明与现有技术相比， 具有下列优点： 由于可折叠的脚踏结构设置在所 述的框架结构与所述的座板之间， 所述的第一靠背架与所述的第二靠背架转动 连接后同样其两端部分别与所述的框架结构与所述的座板转动连接， 从而构成 至少具有两种工作状态的一个框体， 所述的两种工作状态即睡篮状态和座兜状 态， 因而使用范围广。

参见各附图， 一种儿童推车上的座兜， 包括座板 1、 后端部与所述的座板 1 的前端部转动连接的脚踏结构 2、 ¾f端部与所述的座板 1的后端部转动连接的第 二靠背架 7， 还包括框架 10、 一端部与所述的第二靠背架 7的后端部转动连接而 另一端部与所述的框架 10 的后端部转动连接的第一靠背架 6、 下端部与所述的 座板 1相转动连接而上端部与所述的框架 10相固定连接的框架支撑杆 8， 所述 的脚踏结构 2的前端部与所述的框架 10 的前端部转动连接， 所述的脚踏结构 2 包括脚踏件 4、脚踏连接架 5， 所述的脚踏件 4与所述的脚踏连接架 5转动连接。
还包括如附图 3所示， 锁定机构 13， 在本附图所示的实施例中， 所述的锁 定机构 13设置在所述的框架支撑木 Τ· 8与所述的座板 1之间。
如附图 1、 附图 2所示， 所述的锁定机构 13位于所述的框架支撑杆 8与所 述的座板 1的转动连接处。锁定机构可用已有技术中的各种机构，例如挂钩等， 附图 3为本发明所使用的一种锁定机构图， 附图 3为正常使用时锁定机构 13 正处锁定状态的图， 当要调节座 的位置状态， 即调节所述的框架支撑杆 8与 所述的座板 1之间的位置状时， 女口附图 3所示， 按动按钮 15， 在按钮 15的作 用下， 促使分别位于所述的框架支撑杆 8与所述的座板 1 的槽内的滑块 16滑 入所述的座板 1的槽内， 使滑块脱离框架支撑杆 8的槽， 此时所述的框架支撑 杆 8与所述的座板 1之间便可以相对转动以调节其相对位置，并实现多档调节， 所述的弹簧 17是用于滑块 16复位。
所述的框架 10为闭合的框架。 所述的框架 10上具有扶手 14。
所述的锁定机构 13还可以设置在所述的第二靠背架 7与所述的座板 1之 间 （无图示）。 ·
所述的框架支撑杆 8的上端部与所述的框架 10枢轴连接。 所述的框架支 撑杆 8上端部与所述的框架 10的中部相连接。

Claims
