Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Düse 1 zum gerichteten Ausstoßen von CO2-Schnee und Druckluft, wobei ein zentraler Bereich 5 der Düse 1 mindestens eine erste Entladungsöffnung 6 aufweist, die ausgeführt ist, um einen Kernstrahl 2 von CO2-Schnee mit Überschallgeschwindigkeit zu erzeugen wobei der zentrale Bereich 5 der Düse 1 von einem peripheren Bereich 7 umgeben ist, der mehrere zweite Entladungsöffnungen 8 aufweist, die um die erste Entladungsöffnung 6 herum angeordnet sind und ausgeführt sind, um einen den Kernstrahl 2 umgebenden Mantelstrahl 3 aus Luft, bevorzugt Druckluft mit niedrigerer Geschwindigkeit als der Kernstrom 2 zu erzeugen, wobei der Mantelstrahl 3 dieselbe Richtung wie der Kernstrahl 2 aufweist sowie ein Verfahren zur Behandlung, insbesondere Reinigen, eines zu lackierenden Werkstückes mit CO2-Schnee wobei ein Kernstrahl 2 aus CO2-Schnee mit einer Geschwindigkeit von mehr als 200 m/s mit einem den Kernstrahl umgebenden Mantelstrahl 3 aus Luft bzw. Druckluft auf das Werkstück gelenkt wird, wobei der Mantelstrahl 3 eine geringere Geschwindigkeit als der Kernstrahl 2 aufweist.
