Abstract

La invención es: un nuevo agente impermeabilizante natural, un nuevo cojín absorbente femenino y una nueva cubierta impermeable independiente. Todo esto para el uso de los absorbentes higiénicos ecológicos y biodegradables. PCT/MX02/00041, PCT/MX02/00042 y PCT/MX03/00099. El nuevo agente impermeabilizante natural, es una suspensión semisólida, parcialmente polimerizada, y con alta viscosidad de macromoléculas grasas. Cuando se aplica una ligera capa de esta mezcla sobre el papel tipo tela lo impermeabiliza satisfactoriamente y le permite conservar su flexibilidad. Esto lo hace ideal como cubierta para todos los absorbentes ecológicos, pues evita el paso de los fluidos corporales. Además un nuevo cojín absorbente femenino que retiene y absorbe el flujo menstrual que resbala hacia la espalda cuando sé está acostada boca arriba. Y una nueva cubierta impermeable independiente, de película plástica, reutilizable, lavable, y reciclable. La cubierta se coloca debajo de cualquiera de los absorbentes ecológicos y biodegradables femeninos para contar con una protección extra y total.

MEJORAS DE LOS ABSORBENTES HIGIÉNICOS ECOLÓGICOS Y
BIODEGRADABLES
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La invención es: un nuevo agente impermeabilizante natural, un nuevo cojín absorbente femenino y una nueva cubierta impermeable independiente. Todo esto para el uso de los absorbentes higiénicos ecológicos y biodegradables. PCT/MX02/00041, PCT/MX02/00042 y PCT/MX03/00099
El nuevo agente impermeabilizante natural, es una suspensión semisólida, parcialmente polimerízada, y con alta viscosidad de macromoléculas grasas. Cuando se aplica una ligera capa de esta mezcla sobre el papel tipo tela Io impermeabiliza satisfactoriamente y Ie permite conservar su flexibilidad. Esto Io hace ideal como cubierta para todos los absorbentes ecológicos, pues evita el paso de los fluidos corporales.
Además un nuevo cojín absorbente femenino que retiene y absorbe el flujo menstrual que resbala hacia Ia espalda cuando sé está acostada boca arriba.
Y una nueva cubierta impermeable independiente, de película plástica, reutilizablθ, lavable, y reciclable. La cubierta se coloca debajo de cualquiera de los absorbentes ecológicos y biodegradables femeninos para contar con una protección extra y total.
Este nuevo agente impermeabilizante natural es: a) una mezcla de grasa vegetal; ésta puede ser de uno o varios aceites vegetales de cualquier tipo como: maíz, cártamo, girasol, ajonjolí, coco, calabaza, cacahuate etc. Éstos deben ser Sometidos a algún proceso de hidrogenación
Más, b) un polímero absorbente vegetal o goma, que puede se guar, carragenina, tragacanto, karaya, algarroba, arábiga, de fríjol de acacia, musgo irlandés etc. También puede ser utilizado como substituto cualquier emulsionante utilizado en Ia industria alimenticia, como gelatina, algina de sodio, pectina, metil celulosa pectina etc; o incluso cualquier fécula como almidón modificado de maíz, papa, trigo etc; cuya función sea Ia de ligar a las macromotéculas grasas para darles cohesión sobre todo al momento de recibir Ia humedad,
Más c) una mínima porción de antioxidante o conservador. Éste puede ser alfa tocoferol, benzoato de sodio, carbonato de sodio, cloruro de sodio, etc. O cualquiera que pueda retardar Ia oxidación y Ia nitrogenación, esto pensando en aquellos climas extremadamente cálidos
Cualquier proceso de hidrogenación, actúa de diferente manera dependiendo del tipo de aceite del que se trate, y o de las características físicas y químicas de éste: El proceso Puede formar macromoléculas poliméricas aumentando su viscosidad, en algunos casos puede llegar incluso hasta Ia solidificación, y modificar también su densidad. Reforzando por consecuencia su impermeabilidad.
El nuevo cojín absorbente femenino es una opción para evitar el uso de los absorbentes nocturnos, demasiado largos y voluminosos, especialmente cuando por algún motivo o actividad tienen que usarse durante el día y resultan evidentes con algunas prendas de vestir muy justas o transparentes.
El nuevo cojín absorbente femenino (nocturno) es una pequeña compresa tubular larga y estrecha de papel tipo tela enrollado y rβenrrollado o relleno con pulpa de celulosa. (Fig. 2) Tiene una de las puntas plana o semiplana y con un corte o ojal sencillo, por el cual pasa Ia presilla de atrás de Ia pantaleta ecológica. Éste se acomoda para permanecer en medio de los glúteos y así absorber el flujo menstrual que resbale hacia Ia espalda cuando se esta acostada boca arriba, permitiéndole dormir o descansar tranquila y segura.
Contamos con Ia protección de Ia pantaleta ecológica, del absorbente higiénico ecológico y biodegradable femenino, de Ia nueva cubierta impermeable independiente y del nuevo cojín absorbente femenino. En el caso de pañal calzón ecológico y biodβgradable contamos con Ia protección total del pañal de plástico y tela. Y ahora también los absorbentes higiénicos ecológicos y biodegradables femeninos cuentan con una protección adicional práctica y segura que nos garantiza el uso de todos estos absorbentes s que por estar hechos con materiales totalmente naturales, muy finos y delicados pudieran en alguna situación particular no ser totalmente seguros.
Así bien, Ia nueva cubierta impermeable independiente es de película plástica que puede ser de Policloruro de Vinilo (PVC), tiene Ia misma forma y tamaño que 0 el absorbente que se desea proteger (Fig. 1) y con cortes u ojales sencillos que coinciden con los ojales que tiene el absorbente, así como con las presillas elásticas de Ia pantaleta ecológica. Ambos se fijan juntos haciendo pasar las presillas elásticas a través de estos ojales, cerrando los broches de las presillas. Pudiendo retirarlos en el momento que se desee, y pudiendo también verificar 5 que esta cubierta se conserve siempre en buen estado, por ser reutilizable, lavable y además reciclable.
PARTES
1.- Película plástica puede ser de PVC policloruro de vinilo. 0 2.- Ojales o cortes sencillos. 3.- Cubierta de papel suave.
4.- Relleno absorbente natural, puede ser de pulpa de celulosa o de papel suave. 5.- Ojal o corte sencillo.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
Habiendo descrito en forma explícita mi invención, considero como una novedad y por Io tanto reclamo como de mi exclusiva propiedad Io contenido en las siguientes cláusulas:
1- El nuevo agente impermeabilizante natural. Que es una suspensión, semisolida parcialmente polimerizada, con alta viscosidad de macromoléculas grasas para varios usos en especial aquellos de genero ecológico.
2.- La cubierta impermeable natural, para todos los absorbentes higiénicos, ecológicos y biodegradables, es hecha de papel tipo tela con una capa ligera y uniforme de agente impermeabilizante natural.
3.- El nuevo agente impermeabilizante natural es una mezcla de grasa, que puede ser de origen animal como mantequilla o grasa de cerdo etc. o de origen vegetal Io ideal en este caso, más algún polímetro absorbente vegetal o goma , y más una mínima porción de algún antioxidante o conservador.
4.- La grasa de origen vegetal, puede estar hecha con uno o varios aceites vegetales de cualquier tipo puede ser de maíz, cártamo, girasol, ajonjolí, coco, calabaza cacahuate etc. Sometidos a algún proceso de hidrogenación.
5.- El uso de un polímero absorbente vegetal o goma, puede ser: guar, carragenina, tragacanto, karaya, algarroba, arábiga, de fríjol de acacia, musgo irlandés etc. En Ia composición del nuevo agente impermeabilizante natural.
6.- El uso de cualquier emulsionante o fécula utilizado en Ia industria alimenticia, como: gelatina, algina de sodio, pectina, metil celulosa pectina, etc. O almidón modificado de maíz, papa, trigo etc. En el nuevo agente impermeabilizante natural.
7.- El uso de algún antioxidante o conservador como, alfa tocoferol, benzoato de sodio, carbonato de sodio, cloruro de sodio etc. En el nuevo agente impermeabilizante natural.
8.-La nueva cubierta impermeable independiente, hecha de película plástica y que va colocada debajo de cualquier absorbente higiénico, ecológico y biodegradable femenino y se fija junto a éste con las presillas elásticas de Ia pantaleta ecológica.
9.- El cojín absorbente femenino, hecho de papel tipo tela enrollado o relleno con pulpa de celulosa se fija en Ia presilla trasera de Ia pantaleta ecológica para absorber el fluido menstrual que resbala hacia Ia espalda cuando se esta acostada boca arriba.
10.- El sistema de presillas elásticas con broches o botones colocadas estratégicamente en el pañal de plástico con tela y en Ia pantaleta ecológica es para allí fijar todos estos absorbentes higiénicos ecológicos y biodegradables, gracias a los pequeños cortes o ojales que tienen los absorbentes.
