Description
技术领域
本发明属于一种医疗器械, 尤其涉及一种能用于永久性心脏起博器或心脏 复律除颤器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保护的专用医疗器械。
背景技术
目前, 公知的永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血或心脏复律除颤器植入 术后防止手术切口出血或囊袋积血及导管电极移位的方法是: 切口局部以无菌 敷料包扎后置以砂袋或市售食盐袋(0.5-L5kg)压迫 6-24小时, 嘱病人绝对卧 床 24-72小时, 同时要求术侧上肢 7天以内应限制活动。 、
由于医护人员无法对上述医嘱在执行过程中进行有效监控, 而实际执行情 况几乎完全取决于病人配合程度, 故上述医嘱往往很难执行到位。 例如医嘱要 求手术切口包扎后置砂袋或食盐袋压之, 但实际执行中医嘱对施压部位范围、 重量及时间均无量化操作标准, 即使最初施压部位正确, 但在施压过程中稍不 留意 (例如盖被等) 仍可造成压袋移位, 一旦压袋移位, 极易形成囊袋积血。 对于体质消痩或胸部皮下脂肪少的患者, 即使患者完全遵守医嘱, 由于起博器 植入后囊袋局部皮肤张力大, 如果囊袋部位不能较长时间持续加压固定, 仍可 引起局部组织缺血缺氧坏死, 造成切口难以愈合, 以致起博器移位漏出皮肤。 此外,人体若较长时间卧位特别是肢体绝对制动易使病人产生下肢深静脉血栓, 从而可致致死性肺血栓。 少数病人因术侧肢体制动还可出现肩关节粘连。
由此可见, 现有方法存在操作不方便等诸多难以克服的缺陷及潜在医疗风 险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种准确锁定施压部位, 压力均勾, 而且压力能够按 需调节, 使用方便的永久性心脏起博器或心脏复律除颤器植入术后压迫止血及 囊袋的保护装置, 使其既能防止术后囊袋积血促进切口愈合, 又能防止起博器 移位, 还可长期用于保护囊袋。
本发明的目的是这样实现的: 提供一种永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止 血及囊袋保护装置, 包括有与心脏起博器囊袋外形相匹配的气囊袋以及将所述 气囊袋固定于人体的固定装置, 所述气囊袋包括有连接送排气装置的通气管。
本发明的所述永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保护装置中, 所 述气囊袋的外部包裹有外包棉布层。
本发明的所述永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保护装置中, 所 述外包棉布层为棉纤维、 金属纤维、 有机纤维或发射远红外线的材料单独或由 其中一种或多种材料均匀混合制成的电磁波防护材料, 其中所述远红外线波长 为 4-14微米。
本发明的所述永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保护装置中, 所 述固定装置包括胸带, 所述胸带由棉布将气囊袋外包固定后向两侧延伸形成且 两端设有活动连接装置。
本发明的所述永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保护装置中, 所 述固定装置还包括有肩带, 所述肩带包括有前片肩带和后片肩带, 其中所述前 片肩带由气囊袋外表面的外包棉布向上延伸形成, 所述后片肩带与所述胸带相 连, 且所述前片肩带和后片肩带相互连接。
本发明的所述永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保护装置中, 所 述活动连接装置为尼龙搭扣。
本发明的所述永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保护装置中, 还 包括连接到所述囊袋通气管的送排气装置。
本发明的所述永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保护装置中, 所 述送排气装置包括有测量气压的压力显示器、 气压调节阀、 充气球及进气阀, 所述充气球一端为进气阀、 另一端与压力显示器连接, 所述充气球与压力显示 器之间设置有气压调节阀。
本发明的所述永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保护装置中, 所 述的压力显示器包括具有刻度标识的气压表或者带有压力传感器的气压数字显 不器。
本发明的有益效果是无需担心体位变化造成施压部位移动, 且压力能够随 时按需调节。 可最大限度预防现有技术可能造成的潜在医疗风险, 减轻患者因 长期卧位及肢体制动造成的心理负担。 且在囊袋切口愈合后仍可根据需要长期 使用。 例如患者外出乘车或运动时使用, 可有效防范囊袋部位意外碰撞所致风 险。

具体实施方式
如图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4所示, 在本发明的一个实施例中, 该永久性心脏 起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保护装置包括有与心脏起博器囊袋外形相匹配 的气囊袋 1以及将所述气囊袋固定于人体的固定装置, 所述气囊袋包括有连接 送排气装置的通气管 2。
在气囊袋 1的外部可包裹外包棉布层。 该外包棉布层可以为棉纤维、 金属 纤维、 有机纤维或发射远红外线的材料单独或由其中一种或多种材料均匀混合 制成的电磁波防护材料, 其中所述远红外线波长为 4-14微米。
固定装置包括胸带 8, 该胸带 8由棉布将气囊袋外包固定后向两侧延伸形 成且两端设有活动连接装置 12。 固定装置 8还包括有肩带 11、 13, 肩带包括有 前片肩带 13和后片肩带 11, 其中前片肩带 13由气囊袋外表面的外包棉布向上 延伸形成,后片肩带 11与胸带 8相连,且前片肩带 13和后片肩带 11相互连接。 上述的活动连接装置 12可以为尼龙搭扣, 也可以为纽扣等其他连接装置。
气囊袋 1的通气管 2上还可连接送排气装置。 该送排气装置包括有测量气 压的压力显示器 4、 气压调节阀 5、 充气球 6及进气阀 7。 充气球 6—端为进气 阀 7、 另一端与压力显示器 4连接, 充气球 6与压力显示器 4之间设置有气压 调节阀 5。 在本实施例中, 压力显示器 4可以是具有刻度标识的气压表、 带有 压力传感器的气压数字显示器或者其他气压测量装置。
在使用时, 将气囊袋 1中心置于囊袋处, 用胸带 8缠紧胸部后将两端尼龙 搭扣 14扣合,将后片肩带 11的下端活套 9调至与前片肩带 13相对应部位并通 过活套内部与胸带外侧尼龙搭扣 10 扣合后, 再将前后两片肩带通过尼龙搭扣 12拉紧扣合。利用充气球 6向囊袋 1送入一定量气体, 医护人员或家属可根据 需要随时调整气囊袋 1内基压以达到压迫止血及囊袋保护目的。 充气结束后可 将通气开关 3关闭后取下送排气结构, 以使病人感到更加轻松。
如图 5、 图 6所示, 图 5是进气时的工作状态图, 图 6是关闭进气时的工 作状态图, 其结构通气开关 3是在通气管 2上设一通气管钢球室 15, 在通气管 内装一钢珠 16构成。
为使本发明具有电磁波防护和远红外线的材料均匀混合制成的多功能电 磁波防护材料取代, 使其既能达到理想的防电磁波侵害的效果, 同时还可利用 远红外线改善人体微循环, 加速血液循环, 活化细胞, 促进新陈代谢, 增加人 体免疫力, 增强组织再生能力, 以更有利于促进切口愈合。
Claims
1、 一种永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保护装置, 其特征在 于, 包括有与心脏起博器囊袋外形相匹配的气囊袋以及将所述气囊袋固定于人 体的固定装置, 所述气囊袋包括有连接送排气装置的通气管。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保 护装置, 其特征在于, 所述气囊袋的外部包裹有外包棉布层。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保 护装置, 其特征在于, 所述外包棉布层为棉纤维、 金属纤维、 有机纤维或发射 远红外线的材料单独或由其中一种或多种材料均匀混合制成的电磁波防护材 料, 其中所述远红外线波长为 4-14微米。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保 护装置, 其特征在于, 所述固定装置包括胸带, 所述胸带由棉布将气囊袋外包 固定后向两侧延伸形成且两端设有活动连接装置。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保 护装置, 其特征在于, 所述固定装置还包括有肩带, 所述肩带包括有前片肩带 和后片肩带, 其中所述前片肩带由气囊袋外表面的外包棉布向上延伸形成, 所 述后片肩带与所述胸带相连, 且所述前片肩带和后片肩带相互连接。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保 护装置, 其特征在于, 所述活动连接装置为尼龙搭扣。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保 护装置, 其特征在于, 还包括连接到所述囊袋通气管的送排气装置。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保 护装置, 其特征在于, 所述送排气装置包括有测量气压的压力显示器、 气压调
节阀、充气球及进气阀, 所述充气球一端为进气阀、 另一端与压力显示器连接, 所述充气球与压力显示器之间设置有气压调节阀。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的永久性心脏起博器植入术后压迫止血及囊袋保 护装置, 其特征在于, 所述的压力显示器包括具有刻度标识的气压表或者带有 压力传感器的气压数字显示器。
