Abstract

Bisherige Elektrolyten sind nicht unbedingt dafür geeignet, eine Legierung abzuscheiden. Der erfindungsgemäße Elektrolyt weist zumindest ein Element auf, das in ihm gelöst ist und das das Matrixmaterial der abzuscheidenden Legierung darstellt. Weitere Legierungsbestandteile sind als Pulver dispergiert in dem Elektrolyt enthalten.
