Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Osteosyntheseplatte, insbesondere Radius- oder Humeruskopfplatte, mit einer Vielzahl von Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von Knochenschrauben, wobei mindestens einige der Bohrungen mit einem Innengewinde versehen und/oder mindestens ein Durchgangs-Langloch in der Platte angeordnet ist, welches auch eine über seine Längs- und/oder Querachse verlaufende konische Form aufweisen kann. Erfindungsgemäß weisen einige der Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von Knochenschrauben sowohl mit Kopfgewinde als auch sphärischem Kopf im knochennahen Bereich eine Gewindeform und im knochenfernen Bereich eine kugelförmige Einsenkung auf, wobei der Gewindeformabschnitt und der Einsenkungsabschnitt konzentrisch übereinander bzw. ineinander liegen. Der Gewindeformabschnitt kann ausgestaltend als konisches Gewinde ausgebildet werden.
Description
Osteosyntheseplatte, beispielsweise Radius- oder Humeruskopfplatte, mit einer Vielzahl von Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von Knochenschrauben
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Osteosyntheseplatte, beispielsweise Radius- oder Humeruskopfplatte, mit einer Vielzahl von Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von Knochenschrauben, wobei mindestens einige der Bohrungen mit einem Innengewinde versehen und/oder mindestens ein Durchgangs-Langloch in der Platte angeordnet ist, welches auch eine über seine längs- und/oder Querachse verlaufende konische Form aufweisen kann, gemäß Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
Aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster DE 203 09 361 ist eine Osteosyntheseplatte, insbesondere winkelstabile Radiusplatte zur operativen Versorgung von Knochenfrakturen vorbekannt. Die dortige Platte umfaßt Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von Knochenschrauben, wobei mindestens einige der Bohrungen mit einem Innengewinde versehen sind. Weiterhin sind mindestens zwei der Bohrungen teilweise ineinander greifend und überlappend ausgeführt. Diese überlappenden Bohrungen weisen jeweils ein konisches Innengewinde auf, wobei die jeweils ineinander greifenden Bohrungen in Plattenlängs- und/oder -querrichtung oder auf einem vorgegebenen Radius angeordnet sind.
Mit einer derartigen Osteosyntheseplatte besteht die Möglichkeit, wesentlich größere Freiheitsgrade beim Besetzen des Knochens zu erhalten, wobei die Gefahr von Knochenrissen beim Eintreiben der Knochenschrauben weitgehend reduziert wird.
Aus der DE 43 41 980 Al ist eine osteosynthetische Knochenplatte vorbekannt, die mehrere in Längsrichtung angeordnete runde und/oder längliche Löcher zur Aufnahme von Knochenschrauben besitzt.
Die in dieser bekannten Knochenplatte angeordneten Löcher besitzen ein konisches Gewinde, wobei der Schraubenkopf der Knochenschrauben ebenso ein konisches, jedoch Außengewinde besitzt. Durch die Gestaltung der Löcher in
der Knochenplatte und des Schraubenkopfes der Knochenschraube mit einem konischen Gewinde wird erreicht, daß sich der Schraubenkopf beim Anziehen in der Knochenplatte verklemmt und die Knochenschrauben auf diese Weise fest mit der Knochenplatte in Verbindung stehen. Als Vorteil wird gemäß dieser bekannten Lösung herausgestellt, daß die sichere Verbindung der Knochenbruchstücke nicht durch ein Anpressen der Knochenplatte auf die Knochenoberfläche, sondern nur durch den Sitz der Knochenschrauben in den Knochenbruchstücken erreicht wird, so daß die Knochenhaut nicht zusätzlich beeinträchtigt ist und sich auf diese Weise der Heilungsprozeß beschleunigt.
Mindestens ein Loch der aus der DE 43 41 980 Al bekannten Platte weist parallel zur Plattenlängsachse verlaufend eine längliche Form auf, wobei die endseitigen Radien unterschiedliche Abmessungen besitzen. Der zur Knochenbruchstelle abgewandte Radius ist kleiner gestaltet als der zur Knochenbruchstelle zugewandte Radius. Das längliche Loch ist weiterhin konisch ausgeführt und mit einem umlaufenden Innengewinde versehen. Die Konizität dieses Loches entspricht wiederum der des Schraubenkopfes einer entsprechenden Knochenschraube. Beim Festziehen der Knochenschraube stellt sich dann eine Bewegung längs der Knochenplatte und damit eine Kompression der Knochenbruchstücke ein. Ein enges Besetzen eines Knochenstücks mit mehreren Schrauben, gegebenenfalls auch kleineren Durchmessers, ist nach der DE 43 41 980 Al nicht möglich. Wären mehrere, je eine Längsform aufweisende Löcher benachbart, so ergäben sich Stabilitätsprobleme durch Schwächung des Plattenmaterials. Dies könnte wiederum nur durch eine größere Dicke ausgeglichen werden, wobei sich allerdings hierdurch der Aufbau insgesamt in unerwünschter Weise durch die größere Plattenstärke erhöht.
Bei der Osteosyntheseplatte nach EP 0 468 192 A2 sind mehrere, die Oberseite und die Unterseite der Platte verbindende Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von Knochenschrauben vorgesehen. Gemäß der dort als bevorzugt dargestellten Lösung sind die Plattenlöcher konisch ausgeführt und vorzugsweise mit einem Innengewinde versehen. Die zur Fixierung der Platte verwendeten Schrauben weisen einen konisch auslaufenden Kopf, vorzugsweise mit konischem Außen-
gewinde auf. Die Schrauben werden durch die Plattenlöcher hindurch in an sich bekannter Weise in den Knochen eingedreht. Beim vollständigen Eindrehen der Schraube verspannt sich der konische Schraubenkopf in der konischen Plattenbohrung, wobei dieser Effekt durch die vorzugsweise eingebrachten Gewindegänge unterstützt wird. Dieses vorerwähnte Verspannen ist dann wesentlich, wenn die Schraube nur unikortal eingesetzt werden soll und die Platte nicht auf der Knochenoberfläche aufliegt. Die konische Schraubenform und eine entsprechende konische Verbindung ist insofern vorteilhaft, da sich die Gewindegänge bei festem Anziehen ineinander verkeilen. Dieses Verkeilen vermindert die Gefahr einer unbeabsichtigten Lockerung der Platten- /Schraubenverbindung bei entsprechenden wiederkehrenden, zyklischen Belastungen.
Zum Stand der Technik sei noch auf die Schraubverbindung für die Osteosynthese gemäß DE 200 22 673 Ul verwiesen. Die dort eingesetzte Schraube weist in Längsrichtung einen im Wesentlichen konischen Abschnitt auf. Weiterhin ist ein Ring vorgesehen, dessen Außenfläche eine sphärische oder Kugelsegmentform besitzt und der an einer Stelle offen ist oder durchtrennt wird. Im Implantat, insbesondere einer Tibiakopfplatte, ist zur Lagerung des Ringes eine Aussparung in Form einer Bohrung vorgesehen. Weiterhin ist ein in der Bohrung befestigbarer Lagerring vorhanden, wobei die Innenfläche des Lagerrings eine zur Außenfläche des Ringes komplementäre Form aufweist, so daß der in dem Lagerring angeordnete Ring kugelgelenkartig bewegbar ist. Der Ring ist durch einen konischen Abschnitt der Schraube aufspreizbar, wodurch die Außenfläche des Ringes gegen die Innenfläche des Lagerrings preßbar ist, so daß ein Festlegen der Winkelstellung der Schraube zum Implantat möglich w )ie eingesetzte Schraube ist vorzugsweise als Tibiakopfschraube mit einem Spongiosagewinde, als Tragschraube mit einem Kortikalisgewinde oder als Kondylenschraube mit einem konischen Gewinde am Kopf ausgebildet. Zusätzlich kann die Kondylenschraube mit einer Mutter verschraubt werden, um eine Kompressionsschraube zu bilden.
Letztendlich zeigt die EP 1 143 867 Bl ein Fixationssystem für Knochen zur Verwendung in der Osteosynthese, wobei Knochenschrauben mit Knochenen-
den verbunden werden und der Verbindungsträger, d.h. die Platte, den Bruch überbrückt. Um eine gegenseitige Ausrichtung unter verschiedenen Winkeln zu ermöglichen und ein Festlegen der Knochenschraube in einem bestimmten Winkel zum Verbindungsträger zu ermöglichen, weisen die Mittel zum Festlegen eine durch Eindrehen der Knochenschraube in einem bestimmten Winkel von einem vorgeformten Gewinde unterhalb mindestens einer der Sitzflächen durch Umformung gebildeten Gewindeverbindung unterhalb der Sitzflächen von Knochenschraube und Verbindungsträger auf. Die Gewindeverbindung wird von einem vorgeformten Gewinde unterhalb der einen Sitzfläche und mindestens einem mindestens teilweise umlaufenden, durch Eindrehen des vorgeformten Gewindes umformbaren Vorsprung unterhalb der weiteren Sitzfläche gebildet. Die Sitzflächen selbst können sphärisch oder konisch ausgeführt werden. Eine Sitzfläche ist gemäß EP 1 143 867 Bl an der Unterseite eines Schraubenkopfes der Knochenschraube ausgebildet. Es findet bei dem Fixationssystem für Knochen nach EP 1 143 867 Bl demnach immer eine kraftaufwendige Umformung zwischen den Materialien unterschiedlicher Härte statt, und zwar soweit, daß nicht nur eine Kraft im Sinne eines Reibschlusses, sondern auch ein Stoffschluß (Reibschweißen) entsteht.
Bei den vorstehend geschilderten Lösungen ist es grundsätzlich notwendig, je nach der Ausführungsform der Befestigungsbohrungen oder Befestigungslöcher mit oder ohne Gewinde oder verformbarem Abschnitt entsprechend komplementäre Schrauben einzusetzen, was dem Gedanken einer möglichst weitgehend Standardisierung mit geringer Vorratshaltung zuwiderläuft.
Weiterhin ist der Raum für das Anbringen bzw. Vorsehen von Bohrungen oder Löchern in r Osteosyntheseplatte grundsätzlich beschränkt. Die Anzahl, aber auch die Größe der Löcher kann nicht beliebig gewählt werden, da ansonsten eine unzulässige Schwächung der Stabilität der Platte eintritt. Es müßte also, um für alle Anwendungsfälle gewappnet zu sein, eine Vielzahl von Platten mit unterschiedlichen Lochkonfigurationen vorgehalten werden. Auch dies verursacht eine umfangreiche Lagerhaltung mit höheren Kosten.
Aus dem Vorgenannten ist es daher Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine weiterentwickelte Osteosyntheseplatte, insbesondere Radius- oder Humeruskopfplatte, mit einer Vielzahl von Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von Knochenschrauben anzugeben, wobei mindestens einige der Bohrungen mit einem Innengewinde versehen sind. Die zu schaffende Osteosyntheseplatte soll sowohl an nahezu beliebiger Stelle eine winkelstabile Verschraubung mit Kopfverriegelungsschrauben, aber auch ein Fixieren mit üblichen sphärischen Schrauben ermöglichen und daher multivalent einsetzbar sein.
Die Lösung der Aufgabe der Erfindung erfolgt mit einer Osteosyntheseplatte gemäß der Merkmalskombination nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei die Unteransprüche mindestens zweckmäßige Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen darstellen.
Der Grundgedanke der Erfindung liegt demgemäß darin, die Profile von Löchern mit konischem Gewinde und üblichem sphärischen Querschnitt übereinander zu legen, so daß ein kombiniertes Loch für Implantate entsteht, das zur Verschraubung wahlweise in winkelstabiler Art mit Kopfverriegelungsschrauben oder aber auch mit sphärischen Kopfschrauben geeignet ist. Hierfür ist das kombinierte Loch im unteren, knochennahen Plattenbereich wie ein winkelstabiles Loch ausgeführt. Im oberen Bereich der Platte weist das Loch eine Form zur Aufnahme üblicher sphärischer Kopfschrauben auf.
Dann, wenn das mindestens eine Durchgangs-Langloch als Kompressionsloch ausgebildet ist und ein umlaufendes, konisches Gewinde aufweist, wobei in einem Teilabschnitt im knochenfernen Bereich des Langlochs eine kugelförmige Eins( ig eingebracht ist, besteht die Möglichkeit, wahlweise diesen Bereich zur Verschraubung mit oder aber auch ohne Kompression der entsprechenden Knochenbruchstücke zu nutzen.
Gemäß der Erfindung sind mindestens einige der Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von Knochenschrauben sowohl mit Kopfgewinde als auch sphärischem Kopf geeignet und weisen im knochennahen Bereich eine Gewindeform und im knochenfernen Bereich eine kugelförmige Einsenkung auf.
Der Gewindeformabschnitt und der Einsenkungsabschnitt liegen konzentrisch übereinander bzw. konzentrisch ineinander.
Der Gewindeformabschnitt ist als bevorzugt konisches Gewinde ausgebildet.
Die Senkungstiefe für den Erhalt der Kugelform ist gleich oder kleiner als die Dicke der jeweiligen Platte gewählt.
Die kombinierten Löcher oder Bohrungen mit kugelförmiger Einsenkung und Gewindeformabschnitt sind bevorzugt im Schaftbereich der Platte ausgebildet.
Mindestens zwei Bohrungen mit kugelförmiger Einsenkung und Gewindeformabschnitt können ineinandergreifend und seitlich überlappend ausgeführt werden.
Hier besteht auch die Möglichkeit, daß der Durchmesser der ineinandergreifenden, überlappenden Bohrungen unterschiedliche Werte annimmt.
Die Einsenkung zum Erhalt der sphärischen bzw. Kugelform ist so ausgeführt, daß der hierin zum Liegen kommende sphärische Schraubenkopf nahezu bündig mit der Plattenoberfläche oder Plattenoberseite abschließt.
Das Maß der Einsenkung der Kugel ist so gewählt, daß in der Einsenkungsend- stellung der Abstand des Kugelmittelpunkts von der knochennahen Plattenseite im Bereich zwischen 0,9fachem und l,2fachem des Kugelradius, bevorzugt bei dem 1,0- bis l,lfachen liegt.
Das Maß der Einsenkung der Kugel in der Anfangsstellung ist wiederum so gewählt, daß der Abstand des Kugelmittelpunkts von der knochennahen Plattenseite größer ist als in der Endstellung, jedoch kleiner als die Summe der Plattenstärke oder Plattendicke und dem Kugelradius, vorzugsweise jedoch beim 1, 1- bis l,3fachen des Radius liegt.
Die Erfindung soll nachstehend anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen sowie unter Zuhilfenahme von Figuren näher erläutert werden.
Hierbei zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Querschnittsdarstellung einer Großfragment-Platte mit Kombiloch, wobei im linken Bildteil eine Schraube mit konischem Kopf in der Bohrung befindlich ist, hingegen im rechten Bildteil dargestellt wird, wie eine Schraube mit üblichem sphärischen Kopf sich in eingedrehter Position in der entsprechenden Bohrung befindet;
Fig. 2 eine Detaildarstellung eines Querschnitts durch eine Großfragment- Platte mit ausgeführtem Kombiloch;
Fig. 3 eine Darstellung einer Kleinfragment-Platte mit im unteren Bildteil erkennbarer ausgeführter kugelförmiger Einsenkung zur Bildung des Kombilochs;
Fig. 4 eine Darstellung eines Kombilochs für winkelstabile Schrauben oder Schrauben mit sphärischer Kopfunterseite in Draufsicht, Schnittdarstellung und dreidimensionaler Abbildung und
Fig. 5 eine Darstellung ähnlich der Fig. 4, jedoch mit einem Langloch, welches als winkelstabiles, dynamisches Kompressionsloch sowohl für winkelstabile Schrauben als auch Schrauben mit sphärischer Kopfunterseite ausgebildet ist.
Gemäß Fig. 1 weist eine Osteosyntheseplatte 1 einen sichelförmigen Querschnitt auf.
Die Platte oesitzt z.B. in einem Schaftteil (nicht gezeigt) mehrere auf der Längsachse befindliche Bohrungen. Die Bohrungen sind erfindungsgemäß zur Aufnahme von Knochenschrauben sowohl mit Kopfgewinde als auch sphärischem Kopf geeignet.
Hierfür weist im knochennahen Bereich 2 die Bohrung eine Gewindeform, bevorzugt als konisches Gewinde 3 ausgeführt, auf.
Im knochenfernen Bereich 4, d.h. auf der Plattenoberseite, ist eine kugelförmige Einsenkung ausgebildet, wobei der Gewindeformabschnitt und der Ein- senkungsabschnitt in Kugelform konzentrisch übereinander liegen und teilweise ineinander übergehen, wie dies die Fig. 1 deutlich macht.
Das derart ausgebildete Kombinationsloch ist daher sowohl geeignet, eine Schraube mit Gewindekopf 6 als auch eine Schraube mit sphärischem Kopf 7 aufzunehmen, ohne daß irgendwelche Änderungen an der Platte, Nacharbeiten oder der Einsatz einer Spezialschraube notwendig wird.
Die Senkungstiefe für den Erhalt der Kugelform ist gleich oder geringförmig kleiner als die Plattendicke gewählt. Eine beispielhafte Bemaßung für eine Großfragment-Platte mit erfindungsgemäßem Kombiloch zeigt die Fig. 2.
Analog läßt sich natürlich auch das Kombiloch für Kleinfragment-Platten realisieren, wie dies die Fig. 3 deutlich macht.
Gemäß der Darstellung nach Fig. 4, die ein Kombiloch für winkelstabile Schrauben oder Schrauben mit sphärischer Kopfunterseite zeigt, ist hier der jeweilige Gewindeabschnitt in der unteren Hälfte der Platte 1 eingebracht. Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist die Kontaktfläche der kugelförmigen Einsenkung bezogen auf die hierzu komplementäre Oberfläche einer Schraube mit sphärischem Kopf vergrößert.
Bei einer Ausführungsform eines Durchgangs-Langlochs nach Fig. 5 ist dieses als Kompn nsloch ausgebildet und weist ein umlaufendes konisches Gewinde 9 aur. In einem Teilabschnitt ist auch bei dieser Platte mit dort vorgesehenem Spezialloch im knochenfernen Bereich 4 eine kugelförmige Einsenkung 5 eingebracht. Auch bei dieser Platte besteht die Möglichkeit, sowohl winkelstabile Schrauben mit konischem Kopf als auch übliche Schrauben mit sphärischem Kopf einzusetzen, und zwar ohne daß die gewünschte Kompression von Knochenbruchstücken in Längsrichtung zueinander eingeschränkt ist. Der Durchmesser von Schraubenköpfen für die Verwendung zum Einsatz bei
den erfindungsgemäßen Kombilöchern kann im Bereich zwischen 1,0 mm und 12,0 mm liegen. Der Konusöffnungswinkel des entsprechenden Loches liegt im Bereich von 5° bis 20°, vorzugsweise bei 12° bis 18°. Die Gewindesteigung, d.h. der Abstand von Gewindegang zu Gewindegang liegt zwischen 0,3 mm und 2,5 mm, vorzugsweise bei 0,5 mm bis 2,0 mm .
Bei der Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 5 lassen sich Kompressionswege im Bereich von 0,5 mm bis 6,0 mm, vorzugsweise 1,0 mm bis 5,0 mm realisieren.
Die Einsenkung zur Verwendung von Schrauben mit sphärischem Kopf, d.h. der Kugelabschnitt, wird so realisiert, daß Schraubenköpfe mit einem Durchmesser von 1,0 mm bis 12 mm, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 3,0 mm bis 9 mm, verwendbar sind. In der Endstellung weist die Einsenkung in der Plattenoberseite einen Abstand vom Kugelmittelpunkt von der unteren, knochennahen Plattenseite größer als das 0.9fache des Radius der Kugel und kleiner als l,2fache des Radius, vorzugsweise 1,0- bis l,lfache auf. Die Anfangsstellung ist so gewählt, daß hierbei ein Abstand des Kugelmittelpunkts von der unteren knochennahen Plattenseite größer als in Endstellung vorliegt, wobei der Abstand kleiner als die Summe der Plattenstärke und des Radius ist, vorzugsweise beim 1, 1- bis l,3fachen des Radius liegt.
Zusammenfassend kann bei der Ausführung von Löchern und Bohrungen in Osteosyntheseplatten gemäß der Erfindung jede Standard-Schraube, sowohl mit sphärischem als auch mit konischem, d.h. Gewindekopf, zur Anwendung kommen.
Im Vergle u Lösungen, bei denen nebeneinander liegende Bohrungen ineinander greiren, wobei eine Bohrung mit konischem Gewinde und die gegenüberliegende mit einer Einsenkung ausgeführt ist, tritt bei der Erfindung keine Plattenschwächung auf und es verbleibt auch keine unerwünschte Stelle in der Platte durch den jeweils unbesetzten Abschnitt bzw. die unbesetzte Bohrung.

Claims
1. Osteosyntheseplatte, beispielsweise Radius- oder Humeruskopfplatte, mit einer Vielzahl von Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von Knochenschrauben, wobei mindestens eine der Bohrung mit einem Innengewinde versehen und/oder mindestens ein Durchgangs-Langloch in der Platte angeordnet ist, welches auch eine über seine Längs- und/oder Querachse verlaufende konische Form aufweisen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Bohrung zur Aufnahme von Knochenschrauben sowohl mit Kopfgewinde als auch sphärischem Kopf im knochennahen Bereich eine Gewindeform und im knochenfernen Bereich eine kugelförmige Einsenkung aufweist, wobei der Gewindeformabschnitt und der Einsenkungsabschnitt konzentrisch übereinander und/oder ineinander liegen.
2. Osteosyntheseplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gewindeformabschnitt als konisches Gewinde ausgebildet ist.
3. Osteosyntheseplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Senkungstiefe für den Erhalt der Kugelform gleich oder kleiner als die Plattendicke gewählt ist.
4. Osteosyntheseplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das minde ; eine Durchgangs-Langloch als Kompressionsloch ausgebildet ist und ein umlaufendes, konisches Gewinde aufweist, wobei in einem Teilabschnitt im knochenfernen Bereich des Langlochs eine kugelförmige Einsenkung eingebracht ist.
5. Osteosyntheseplatte nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kombinierten Löcher oder Bohrungen mit kugelförmiger Einsenkung und Gewindeformabschnitt bevorzugt im Schaftbereich der Platte ausgebildet sind.
6. Osteosyntheseplatte nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Bohrungen mit kugelförmiger Einsenkung und Gewindeformabschnitt ineinandergreifend und seitlich überlappend ausgeführt sind.
7. Osteosyntheseplatte nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der ineinandergreifenden, überlappenden Bohrungen unterschiedliche Werte annimmt, insbesondere der Durchmesser einer der Bohrungen wesentlich kleiner als derjenige der benachbarten Bohrung ist.
8. Osteosyntheseplatte nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einsenkung so tief ausgeführt ist, daß der hierin zum Liegen kommende sphärische Schraubenkopf nahezu bündig mit der Plattenoberfläche abschließt.
9. Osteosyntheseplatte nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Maß der Einsenkung der Kugel so gewählt ist, daß in der Einsenkungsend- stellung der Abstand des Kugelmittelpunkts von der knochennahen Plattenseite im Bereich zwischen 0,9- bis l,2fachem des Kugelradius, bevorzugt bei dem 0, 1- 1 lfachen liegt.
10. Osteosyntheseplatte nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Maß der Einsenkung der Kugel in der Anfangsstellung so gewählt wird, daß der Abstand des Kugelmittelpunkts von der knochennahen Plattenseite größer ist als in der Endstellung, jedoch kleiner als die Summe der Platten- stärke oder Plattendicke und dem Kugelradius, vorzugsweise jedoch beim 1,1- bis l,3fachen des Radius liegt.
11. Osteosyntheseplatte nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Langloch-Kompressionsloch derart ausgebildet ist, indem ein umlaufendes konisches Gewinde überlagert wird durch eine Einsenkung im knochenfernen Bereich des Langloches, die durch Translation einer Kugelsenkung mit gleichzeitiger lineare Änderung der Einsenktiefe eingebracht ist.
12. Osteosyntheseplatte nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefe der sphärischen Einsenkung in der Anfangsstellung kleiner ist als in der Endstellung, wobei Anfangsstellung und Endstellung jeweils kleiner sind als die Summe der Plattenstärke und Kugelradius.
13. Osteosyntheseplatte nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kompressionslöcher vorzugsweise im Sc.haftbereich der Platte ausgebildet sind.
