Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Reagenz zur Verhinderung der zeitabhängigen, induzierten Expression in biologischen Zellen in einer Probe. Sie betrifft gleichermaßen ein Verfahren hierzu sowie derart behandelte Zellpräparate, wobei das Reagenz zur Verhinderung der zeitabhängig induzierten Expression in biologischen Zellen in einer Probe ex vivo einen Formal dehyddonor enthält.
