目前, 国内的 GSM网络短消息系统都是主叫归属方式, 即短消息的 接收和下发都是在主叫归属地的短消息中心( SMSC, Short Message Service Center )完成的方式。 每一个城市都有一个或者多个短消息中心, 负责接 收当地用户提交的短消息。 当地的短消息中心负责将当地用户提交的短消 息发送到各地的用户。
以北京和深圳为例, 北京、 深圳各有一套短消息中心, 分别负责接收 北京、 深圳两地用户提交的短消息, 其组网结构如图 1所示。 北京某用户 A向深圳用户 B提交短消息的示意图如图 2所示。北京用户 A的短消息被 提交至北京的短消息中心, 北京的短消息中心接收到该短消息后, 尝试将 短消息发送给深圳用户 其流程如图 3所示: 北京短消息中心从归属位 置寄存器(HLR, Home Location Register )获得深圳用户 B当前的位置, 即所在的移动交换中心 (MSC, Mobile Switch Center )后, 将北京用户 A 提交的短消息发送给深圳用户 B所在的移动交换中心,移动交换中心将短 消息发送给深圳用户 B。所以深圳用户 B收到的短消息是各地的短消息中 心下发给他的。
但是,依据目前现有的主叫归属方式的技术方案无法开展短消息的 被叫业务, 同样难以有效地减少用户投诉较多的垃圾短信现象,也无法 减少垃圾短信造成的网络资源的浪费。这是因为: 目前各国的运营商都 具有多个短消息中心, 例如中国的运营商至少有一百多套短消息中心,
而这些短消息中心是由不同设备厂商提供的,如果移动用户希望根据时 间、主叫用户等设置短消息接收策略, 则需要所有的短消息中心全部支 持各地的用户定义的接收策略, 显然会造成资源的占用和浪费的问题。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种短消息被叫业务的实现方 法及短消息处理系统, 可以方便根据用户的短消息接收策略来进行被叫业 务。
为达到以上目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的: 提供一种短消息 被叫业务的实现方法, 包括:
A、 主叫用户向被叫用户发送短消息, 所述短消息提交到主叫用户 归属短消息中心;
B、 主叫用户归属短消息中心检查被叫用户是否本地用户, 如果不 是, 将所述短消息前转发送至被叫归属短消息中心;

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 下面结合实施 例和附图, 对本发明进一步详细说明。
本发明的核心思想是: 主叫用户向被叫用户发送短消息, 所述短消 息提交到主叫用户归属短消息中心;主叫用户归属短消息中心检查被叫 用户是否是本地用户,如果不是,将所述短消息前转发送至被叫归属短 消息中心; 被叫归属短消息中心收到所述短消息后查询被叫业务,依据 查询结果处理所述短消息。
主叫用户归属短消息中心可以通过被叫号码部分号段来检查被叫 用户是否是本地用户。 当被叫号码是目标网形式时,也可以以该被叫号 码对应的具体用户信息, 如本地号段、 迁入、 迁出信息来确定该被叫用 户是否是本地用户。
所述短消息前转可以通过在各短消息中心之间新建信令格式进行 前转, 也可以利用 SS7信令网现有协议实现。 利用 SS7信令网现有协 议有很多方式, 可以通过移动台发起的消息 MO ( Mobile Originated ) 方式前转短消息, 也可以通过移动台终止的消息 MT ( Mobile Terminated ) 方式前转, 还可以对其他现有信令格式增加字段以进行前 转。
本发明先描述如何利用现有的 SS7信令网, 将短消息转发至被叫 归属短消息中心, 使发往被叫用户的短消息在被叫归属短消息中心下 发, 从而达到在方便实现被叫业务的目的。 利用 SS7信令网实现本发 明的组网结构如图 4所示, 其流程如下:
A、 主叫用户向被叫用户发送短消息, 所述短消息提交到主叫用户 归属短消息中心 (短消息中心 1或短消息中心 2 ) ;
B、 主叫用户归属短消息中心检查被叫用户是否是本地用户, 如果 不是,将所述短消息以信令前转方式发送至被叫归属短消息中心(短消 息中心 2或短消息中心 1 ) ;
C、 被叫归属短消息中心收到所述短消息后查询被叫业务, 依据查 询结果处理所述短消息。
作为本发明的第一实施例, 步骤 B所述的基于 SS7信令的被叫短 消息前转方案是在改动短消息信令流程的基础上实现短消息转发。短消 息前转信令还是采用 Forwarding_SM的信令, 其流程如下:
Al、主叫用户向被叫用户以 MO方式发送短消息,所迷短消息提交 到主叫用户归属短消息中心;
B1、 主叫用户归属短消息中心返回 MO消息响应;
Cl、 主叫用户归属短消息中心检查被叫用户是否是本地用户, 如 果不是本地用户,主叫用户归属短消息中心将短消息以信令前转方式发 送给被叫归属短消息中心, 在前转信令中携带目的地址。
在本实施例中以 MO方式前转为例,填充 TP层协议( SM_TP Short, Message Transfer Layer , 短消息传输协议层) 参数时, 使用 SMS-SUBMIT命令格式打包前转。 可以通过在现有消息格式中增设多
余的字段指示消息的前转特征,也可以利用现有消息中的保留字段指示 前转。
在这里以 MO消息中的 TP层协议消息命令字 TP_MTI( TP层消息 类型指示 TP-Message-Type-Indicator )保留命令字 11 ( 2bits )指示前转 的方案为例。在 GSM 03.40协议中, TP层协议中的消息命令字 TP— MTI 中设置有保留命令字 11 ( 2bits )。 短消息系统可以使用 TPJMTI==0x03 表示前转短消息。 当被叫归属短消息中心收到 TP—MTI 是保留命令字 11 ( 2bits )的命令, 将按照 MO消息处理。 如果主叫用户归属短消息中 心采用集群方式时, 在前转信令中还需要携带短消息中心自身的识别 码。
Dl、 被叫归属短消息中心依据所述前转短消息查询被叫业务。 如 被叫业务允许下发,被叫归属短消息中心根据该允许下发返回结果,发 送短消息至被叫用户。
作为本发明的第二实施例,需要被叫归属短消息中心向主叫用户归 属短消息中心返回短消息处理状态报告时, 本发明的流程如图 5所示:
1、 主叫用户向被叫用户以 MO方式发送短消息, 所述短消息提交 到主叫用户归属短消息中心;
2、 主叫用户归属短消息中心返回 MO消息响应;
3、 主叫用户归属短消息中心检查被叫用户是否是本地用户; 4、 如果不是本地用户, 主叫用户归属短消息中心将短消息以信令 前转方式发送给被叫归属短消息中心。为了向主叫用户归属短消息中心 返回短消息处理状态报告,除了需要在前转信令中携带目的地址外还需 要携带主叫用户归属短消息中心地址,并标识主叫用户归属短消息中心 的该短消息 ID。
其中, 可在信令连接控制部分 SCCP ( Signaling Connection Control
Part )主叫字段的内容中填写主叫用户归属短消息中心地址以携带主叫 用户归属短消息中心地址。
短消息中心可以使用短消息中继层协议 RP ( SM-RPShortMessage Relay Layer Protocol ) 层协议和 TP层协议的几个字段組合, 完成对短
消息的唯一性的判别。
如, 短消息的唯一性判別可以通过 GSM 03.40和 GSM 09.02协议 的 P OA和 RP DA, 以及下面几个字段, 共同完成:
TP层协议采用扩展命令, 在 GSM 03.40协议中, TP层协议中的消 息命令字 TP—MTI设置有保留命令字 H ( 2bits ) 。 短消息系统可以使 用 TP_MTI==0x03表示前转短消息。 当短消息中心收到 ΤΡ_ΜΉ是保 留命令字 11 ( 2bits ) 的命令, 将按照 MO消息处理 (和 GSM03.40协 议规定不同)。 也可以通过增加新的字段, 将主叫用户归属短消息中心 的短消息 ID传给被叫归属短消息中心。 这样被叫归属短消息中心返回 状态报告的时候, 可填写主叫用户归属短消息中心的消息 ID。
5、 被叫归属短消息中心收到短消息以后, 返回前传消息的响应。
6、 被叫归属短消息中心发送查询被叫业务的请求。
7、 并根据查询返回结果, 处理短消息。
8、 如果确认要下发短消息, 则被叫归属短消息中心下发短消息给 被叫用户。
9、 被叫用户的手机返回 MT 消息的应答。
10、 短消息到达生命周期。
11、被叫归属短消息中心生成状态报告发送给主叫用户归属短消息 中心。在填充状态拫告中的 TP层协议参数时, TPJQD中要填写短消息
ID、 错误原因或时间等信息。 短消息 ID是主叫用户归属短消息中心产 生的。 状态报告的内容格式可以采用短消息点对点协议 SMPP ( Short Message Peer to Peer ) 协议中状态报告的内容格式。
12、 主叫用户归属短消息中心收到状态报告后, 依据短消息 ID查 找消息, 并返回状态报告应答。
13、 主叫用户归属短消息中心处理状态报告。
14、如果主叫用户需要状态报告,主叫用户归属短消息中心产生状 态报告给主叫用户。
15、 主叫用户终端返回状态 4艮告应答。
当主叫用户归属短消息中心采用集群方式时,则所述前转信令中还 需要携带主叫用户归属短消息中心自身的识别码,被叫归属短消息中心 依据主叫用户归属短消息中心地址及主叫用户归属短消息中心自身的 识別码将状态报告发送至主叫用户归属短消息中心。
在上迷两个实施例中,在前转信令中携带目的地址,可以通过 SCCP 层完成, 在 SCCP层的被叫地址段可以填写被叫号码, 也可以填写短消 息中心地址。
以填写被叫号码为例, 短消息中心填充 SCCP层被叫参数时, 全局 翻译码 GT ( Global Title )翻译类型 ( TT )要设置成 128 (原有 MO信息 TT=0 )。 STP增加 ΤΤ=128的 GT翻译表。
被叫 GT: 被叫手机的 MDN号码, TT=128 被叫 SSN: 8 主叫 GT: 主叫用户归属短消息中心的 MDN号码, TT=0主叫 SSN: 8 当短消息中心取路由时:
被叫 GT: 被叫手机的 MDN号码, TT=0 被叫 SSN: 6
主叫 GT: 主叫用户归属短消息中心的 MDN号码, TT=0主叫 SSN: 8 短消息中心直接向 MSC下发 ΜΤ消息:
被叫 GT: VMSC的 MDN号码, TT=0 被叫 SSN: 8 主叫 GT: 主叫用户归属短消息中心的 MDN号码, TT=0主叫 SSN: 8 以填写短消息中心地址为例, 主叫用户归属短消息中心保留所有 被叫号码归属的短消息中心号码,由主叫用户归属短消息中心填写被叫
归属短消息中心的号码。
对于填写被叫用户号码的方案, 需要在信令转接点 STP ( Signaling Transfer Point ) 中增加翻译数据。 短消息中心不需要记录短消息中心的 号段信息。 而填写被叫归属短消息中心的号码,信令网的配置数据不需 要修改,但是短消息中心要保留其他所有短消息中心的号段数据,及时 更新。
被叫归属短消息中心收到短消息以后, 可以先到被叫业务数据库 中查询被叫用户是否设置了短消息被叫业务。 如果用户设置了被叫业 务, 则触发该业务, 然后短消息中心根据业务指示发送短消息到指定位 置,该指定位置可以是前转信令携带的被叫用户号码、主叫用户拨打的 被叫用户号码, 也可以是被叫用户指定的前转手机或者固定电话号码, 还可以是 E-MAIL信箱、 语音邮箱、 传真等其他地方。 也可以依据主叫 用户信息、被叫用户建立的黑名单或者运营商建立的黑名单等信息对该 短消息进行过滤处理或者禁止转发。
作为本发明的第三实施例,可以相应于主叫业务管理系统为被叫用 户建立用户被叫业务管理系统 ( UCMS , User Called party sevice Management System )0 该 UCMS系统保存所有申请被叫业务的用户的 名单和该用户的其他业务信息。被叫业务管理系统可以独立设置,也可 以和短消息中心合设。 此时, 被叫归属短消息中心收到短消息以后, 被 叫归属短消息中心尝试查询被叫业务, 依据查询结果处理所述短消息, 具体流程如图 6所示:
1、 主叫用户向被叫用户发送短消息, 所述短消息提交到主叫用户 归属短消息中心;
2、 主叫用户归属短消息中心返回 MO消息响应;
3、 主叫用户归属短消息中心检查被叫用户是否是本地用户, 如果 不是本地用户,主叫用户归属短消息中心将短消息以信令前转方式发送 给被叫归属短消息中心。
4、 被叫归属短消息中心向 UCMS系统发送请求查询被叫用户的被 叫业务信息。
5、 UCMS系统查询该被叫用户的业务信息, 并将查询结果返回被 叫归属短消息中心。
6、 被叫归属短消息中心依据查询结果触发被叫业务;
7、被叫业务触发后, 短消息被发送到指定的目的地或者被过滤掉。 短消息发到被叫归属短消息中心以后, 如果 UCMS 系统查询该被 叫用户的业务信息,发现被叫业务需要再次前转,例如被叫设置有呼叫 转移业务,则被叫归属短消息中心需要触发该前转业务逻辑对短消息进 行前转。 此时 UCMS系统返回的查询结果信息中, 需要携带附加信息, 可以扩充字段。 消息中需要扩充两个字段,一个字段指示消息表示短消 息前传的次数, 一个字段表示发起前转的号码。
如果被叫用户的业务信息中包括黑名单信息, 则 UCMS 系统查询 该黑名单信息, 判断主叫用户是否在该黑名单信息中, 如果在, 则被叫 归属短消息中心禁止该短消息的下发,或者依据过滤条件对短消息内容 进行过滤后再下发。
作为本发明的第四实施例,主叫用户归属短消息中心也可以通过 IP 方式实现短消息的前转, 在各个短消息中心之间, 再增加一套 IP网络 和专门的短消息转发网关, 实现短消息的前转, 如图 7所示。 其实现流 程如下:
A4、 主叫用户向被叫用户发送短消息, 所述短消息提交到主叫用 户归属短消息中心 (短消息中心 1或短消息中心 2 );
B4、主叫用户归属短消息中心检查被叫用户是否是本地用户,如果 不是本地用户,主叫用户归属短消息中心将短消息发送至短消息转发网 关;
C4、短消息转发网关依据所述短消息将短消息发送至被叫归属短消 息中心 (短消息中心 2或短消息中心 1 )。
D4、 被叫归属短消息中心依据所述前转的短消息查询被叫业务。 如被叫业务允许下发, 被叫归属短消息中心根据该允许下发返回结果, 发送短消息至被叫用户。
在此基础上, 本发明还提供了针对短消息被叫业务的计费方案:
在被叫归属短消息中心方案中, 发往被叫用户的短消息都要在被叫归 属短消息中心下发。 目前短消息的计费有两种: 根据提交计费( Charge by Send ), 根据下发情况计费 (Charge by Deliver )。
如果是才艮据提交计费, 短消息提交到主叫用户归属短消息中心就已经 计费。 计费不需要修改。
如果是下发情况计费, 即短消息成功下发给移动用户后才计费。 而被 叫归属短消息中心改造后, 短消息是在被叫归属短消息中心下发的, 而短 消息的计费点在主叫用户归属短消息中心, 这要求被叫归属短消息中心通 过最终状态 4艮告通知主叫用户归属短消息中心是否短消息最终成功下发 给移动用户, 主叫用户归属短消息中心根据接收的最终状态报告产生计费 信息。 即: 在短消息的主被叫归属短消息中心不是同一个短消息中心的情 况下, 主叫用户归属短消息中心转发短消息给被叫归属短消息中心时, 都 要求必须返回最终状态报告。 被叫归属短消息中心发送短消息完毕后, 反 馈短消息最终状态报告给主叫用户归属短消息中心, 主叫用户归属短消息 中心对最终状态报告进行短消息匹配, 并对匹配到的短消息产生计费信 息。
如果被叫归属短消息中心要和主叫用户归属短消息中心分成, 两个短 消息中心都输出对帐话单对帐, 两方根据话单确认最终结果即可。
Claims
1、 一种短消息被叫业务的实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括步谏:
A、 主叫用户向被叫用户发送短消息, 所述短消息提交到主叫用户 归属短消息中心;
B、 主叫用户归属短消息中心检查被叫用户是否是本地用户, 如果 不是, 将所述短消息前转发送至被叫归属短消息中心;
C、 被叫归属短消息中心收到所述短消息后查询被叫业务, 依据查 询结果处理所述短消息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 B的前转发送包括所 述主叫用户归属短消息中心把短消息以信令前转方式发送给被叫归属 短消息中心, 在前转信令中携带目的地址。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步所述步骤 B的前转发送 方式以 MO方式将短消息前转发送至被叫归属短消息中心;或者步骤 B的 前转发送方式是以 MT方式将短消息前转发送至被叫归属短消息中心。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 B中以 MO方式将短消 息前转发送至被叫归属短消息中心时, 以 SMS-SUBMIT命令格式打包前 转, 填充 TP层协议参数时, 由 TP— MTI保留命令字标识前转。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述前转信令中还携带主 叫用户归属短消息中心地址和短消息标识; 该方法还包括被叫归属短消息 中心生成状态报告, 按所述地址将携带所述短消息标识的状态报告发送至 主叫用户归属短消息中心, 该主叫用户归属短消息中心才 据短消息标识查 找对应的短消息并进行处理。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述主叫用户归属短 消息中心处理短消息是指:主叫用户归属短消息中心判断发送该短消息 的用户是否需要状态报告,如需要则产生对应的状态报告发送至主叫用 户。
7、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若所述主叫用户归属 短消息中心釆用集群方式,则所述前转信令中进一步携带主叫用户归属 短消息中心地址自身的识别码和短消息标识; 该方法还包括被叫归属短
消息中心生成状态报告,依据主叫用户归属短消息中心地址及所述识别 码将状态报告发送至主叫用户归属短消息中心, 该主叫用户归属短消息 中心才艮据短消息标识查找对应的短消息并进行处理。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述目的地址为被叫号 码或短消息中心地址。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 C包括: 被叫归属短消息中心向被叫业务管理系统发送查询请求; 被叫业务管理系统依据所述请求查询该被叫用户的业务信息,并将 查询结果返回被叫归属短消息中心;
被叫归属短消息中心依据查询结果触发被叫业务处理所述短消息。
10、 如权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 C 中的所述被叫归属短消息中心处理所述短消息是指:将所述短消息发送 至主叫用户拨打的被叫用户手机,或者发送至被叫用户指定的前转手机 或者固定电话号码、 E-MAIL信箱、 语音邮箱或传真上, 或者对所述短 消息进行过滤处理或者禁止转发。
11、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步驟 B中, 所述前转发 送包括主叫用户归属短消息中心将所述短消息前转至短消息转发网关, 由短消息转发网关将所述短消息发送至被叫归属短消息中心。
12、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述被叫归属 短消息中心向发送短消息完毕后, 反馈短消息最终状态艮告给主叫用户归 属短消息中心; 所述主叫用户归属短消息中心对最终状态报告进行短消息 匹配, 并对匹配到的短消息产生计费信息。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述被叫归 属短消息中心和主叫用户归属短消息中心输出对帐话单, 实现对帐。
14、 一种短消息被叫业务的实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 被叫归属 短消息中心接收主叫用户发送给被叫用户的短消息; 所述被叫归属短消息 中心查询短消息被叫用户对应的被叫业务, 并才艮据查询结果实现对短消息 的处理。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所迷被叫归属短消
息中心接收短消息是指: 接收主叫用户归属短消息中心转发的短消息; 或者是接收主叫用户提交的短消息,此时主叫用户和被叫用户归属于同 一短消息中心。
16、一种短消息处理系统, 包括主叫用户归属短消息中心和被叫归 属短消息中心, 其特征在于: 所述主叫用户归属短消息中心用于在被叫 用户非本地用户时向被叫归属短消息中心转发短消息;所述被叫归属短 消息中心用于在收到主叫用户向被叫用户发送的短消息后查询被叫业 务, 依据查询结果处理所述短消息。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其特征在于, 还包括被叫业务管 理系统, 用于存储被叫用户的被叫业务, 向被叫归属短消息中心提供查 询。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述被叫业务管理 系统可以独立设置, 也可以和被叫归属短消息中心合设。
19、 如权利要求 16至 18任一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 还包括 短消息转发网关,用于实现所述短消息在主叫用户归属短消息中心和被 叫归属短消息中心之间的前转发送。
