Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Kühleinheit zum Einbau in einem Gehäuse, insbesondere Schaltschrank, mit einer zur Aufnahme von elektrischen Baugruppen ausgebildeten Montageplatte (10), die mindestens einen von einer Kühlflüssigkeit durchströmten oder zu durchströmenden Kühlkanal (10.2) aufweist. Bei kompaktem Aufbau wird eine hohe Kühlleistung dadurch erreicht, dass an der Montageplatte (10) zum Kühlen von in dem Gehäuse durch Verlustwärme anfallender Warmluft eine Luftkühleinheit (20) mit einem Gebläse (21) vorhanden ist, mit dem die Warmluft zum Abkühlen flächig entlang der Montageplatte (10) geführt ist.
