Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung (1) zum Abgrenzen eines Raumes, mit am Boden (12) befestigbaren Pfosten (2), die zum Tragen von Wänden (3) bestimmt sind, sowie mit Stoßelementen (4, 4') die unterhalb der Wände (3) angeordnet sind und am Boden (12) aufliegen. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass jeweils benachbarte Pfosten (2) durch je eine Strebe (11) verbunden sind und dass zumindest ein Teil der Stoßelemente (4, 4') an jeweils einer Strebe (11) abgestützt ist.

Einrichtung zum Abgrenzen eines Raumes
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Abgrenzen eines Raumes, mit am Boden befestigbaren Pfosten, die zum Tragen von Wänden bestimmt sind, sowie mit Stoßelementen, die unterhalb der Wände angeordnet sind und am Boden aufliegen.
Einrichtung dieser Art sind unter der Bezeichnung „Raumteiler" bekannt. Sie sind dazu bestimmt, als Wandelemente gestaltet, räumliche Zonen zu bilden. So z.B. auch in Selbstbedienungsgeschäften, in welchen Einkaufsoder Transportwagen den Kunden zur Verfügung gestellt werden. In der Praxis lässt sich dabei nicht vermeiden, dass die Stoßelemente mit den Einkaufs- oder Transportwagen angefahren werden. Auch wenn zumindest ein Teil der am Boden aufliegenden Stoßelemente am Boden angeschraubt sind, lassen sich durch Anfahren verursachte Beschädigungen der Stoßelemente nicht vermeiden. In den meisten Fällen werden die angefahrenen Stoßelemente aus ihren Verankerungen herausgerissen.
Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Einrichtung der hier vorliegenden Art so weiter zu entwickeln, dass wenigstens ein Teil der zwischen zwei Pfosten befindlichen Stoßelemente imstande ist, größere, durch Anfahren mit Ein- kaufs- oder Transportwagen verursachte Stöße zumindest größtenteils schadlos aufzunehmen.
Die Lösung der Aufgabe besteht darin, dass jeweils benachbarte Pfosten durch je eine Strebe verbunden sind und dass zumindest ein Teil der Stoß- elemente an jeweils einer Strebe abgestützt ist.
Als Vorteile der vorgeschlagenen Lösung sind anzuführen, dass bereits jede Strebe ein stabilisierendes, zur Aufnahme von Stößen geeignetes Element darstellt und dass zumindest ein Teil der Stoßelemente mit den Streben ver- bunden sind, so dass Stöße, die auf die Stoßelemente einwirken, von diesen auf die Streben übertragen und von diesen aus in die Pfosten übergeleitet werden. Wahlweise sind die Stoßelemente auch am Boden befestigbar gestaltet.
Die Erfindung wird anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigt
Fig. 1 eine Einrichtung sowie
Fig. 2 den Querschnitt eines zwischen zwei Pfosten befindlichen Stoßele- mentes.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Einrichtung 1 zum Abgrenzen eines Raumes. Die Einrichtung 1 weist wenigstens zwei am Boden 12 befestigbare Pfosten 2 auf. Die Pfosten 2 sind zum Tragen von Wänden 3 oder Wandelementen 3 be- stimmt, die zwischen beiden Pfosten 2 angeordnet sind. Unterhalb der Wände 3 sind Stoßelemente 4, 4' vorgesehen, die am Boden 12 aufliegen. Zwischen zwei, den unteren Bereich eines jeden Pfostens 2 umschließenden Stoßelementen 4' ist ein als Zwischenstück gestaltetes Stoßelement 4 vorgesehen, welches mit den Stoßelementen 4' verbunden ist. Die beiden Pf os- ten 2 sind durch eine horizontal angeordnete, bevorzugt metallische Strebe 11 verbunden. Die Verbindung zwischen der Strebe 11 und den Pfosten 2 ist üblicherweise durch eine Steckverbindung gebildet. Auch eine Schraubverbindung ist möglich. Im Beispiel ist das Stoßelement 4 an der Strebe 11 abgestützt. Die beiden Stoßelemente 4' können so gestaltet sein, dass diese sich ebenfalls an der Strebe 11 abstützen. Im zeichnerischen Beispiel ist angedeutet, dass sich die Einrichtung 1 nach einer oder nach beiden Seiten verlängern lässt. Den beiden Pfosten 2 folgen rechts und links wieder Wände 3 oder Wandelemente 3, die von zwei weiteren Pfosten 2 getragen werden usw. In gleicher Weise folgen rechts und links die entsprechenden Stoßelemente 4, 4', von denen wiederum wenigstens ein Teil an weiteren Streben 11 abgestützt ist.
Fig. 2 zeigt den Querschnitt eines Stoßelementes 4. Das Stoßelement 4 ist aus einem Strangpressprofil gebildet und besteht üblicherweise aus Kunst- stoff oder Aluminium. Das Stoßelement 4 ist als ein nach unten offener länglicher Hohlkörper gestaltet, der neben den üblichen Versteifungsrippen 5 eine nach unten offenen Nut 6 aufweist, die zur Aufnahme einer Strebe 11 bestimmt ist. Das Stoßelement 4 lässt sich somit von oben auf die Strebe 11 aufsetzen und liegt am Boden 12 auf. Am Rücken 7 des Stoßelementes 4 kann eine nach oben offene Nut 8 vorgesehen sein, die sich zur Aufnahme der unteren Begrenzung einer Wand 3 oder wenigstens eines Wandelementes 3 eignet. Der untere Bereich des Querschnittes des Stoßelementes 4 ist unterschiedlich dargestellt. Links ist das Stoßelement 4 so gestaltet, dass von den Enden des Stoßelementes 4 aus je eine Schraube durch einen horizontal verlaufenden Auflageabschnitt 9 hindurch in je einen im Boden 12 befindlichen Dübel einschrauben lässt. Gleiches lässt sich auch an den Stoßelementen 4' verwirklichen. Rechts ist der untere Bereich des Querschnittes so gestaltet, dass ein Anschrauben des Stoßelementes 4 nicht mög- lieh ist. Es fehlen die Auflageabschnitte 9. Je nach Wahl des entsprechenden Stoßelementes 4 ist der gewählte Querschnitt, ausgehend von einer vertikalen Mittelachse 10, gewöhnlich spiegelbildlich gestaltet, d.h., es sind entweder zwei sich gegenüberliegende Auflageabschnitte 9 vorgesehen oder es wird auf solche Abschnitte 9 verzichtet. Auch die Stoßelemente 4' können eine nach unten offene Nut 6 und/oder eine nach oben offene Nut 8 aufweisen. Mit F ist eine Kraft angegeben, die dann auf das Stoßelement 4 einwirkt, wenn dieses beispielsweise mit einem Einkaufs- oder Transportwagen angefahren wird. Anhand der Zeichnung kann man sich dabei die Stützfunktion der Strebe 11 gut vorstellen.

Claims

- .I. ¬PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Einrichtung (1) zum Abgrenzen eines Raumes, mit am Boden (12) be- festigbaren Pfosten (2), die zum Tragen von Wänden (3) bestimmt sind, sowie mit Stoßelementen (4, 4') die unterhalb der Wände (3) angeordnet sind und am Boden (12) aufliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils benachbarte Pfosten (2) durch je eine Strebe (11) verbunden sind und dass zumindest ein Teil der Stoßelemente (4, 4') an jeweils einer Strebe (11) abgestützt ist.
2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen der Strebe (11) und den Pfosten (2) als Steck- oder Schraub Verbindung ausgeführt ist.
3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest das Stoßelement (4) eine nach unten offene Nut (6) zur Aufnahme einer Strebe (11) aufweist.
4. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest das Stoßelement (4) eine nach oben offene Nut (8) zur Aufnahme einer Wand (3) oder eines Wandelementes (3) aufweist.
5. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch die Stoßelemente (4') eine nach unten offene Nut (6) und/oder eine nach o- ben offene Nut (8) aufweisen.
6. Einrichtung nach Ansprach 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil der Stoßelemente (4, 4') am Boden (12) befestigbar ist.
