在本发明的过滤器滤芯及过滤器中, 所述滤纸筒的两端部可通过注塑与 环形上圈、 环形下圈结合为一体。 所述滤紙筒的两端部与环形上圈和环形下 圈具有一定的结合高度, 以提高滤纸筒与环形上圏、 环形下圈的结合强度, 提高滤芯的使用寿命。
在本发明的过滤器滤芯及过滤器中,所述的环形上圏和 /或环形下圈由聚 氨酯材料制成。
在本发明的过滤器滤芯及过滤器中, 作为一个具体的例子, 所述滤纸筒 可具体为圆筒形, 所述的环形上圏、 环形下圈和拢在一起成为圆形。
采用本发明上述结构的过滤器滤芯及过滤器, 由于至少在与滤纸筒两端 连接的环形上圈、 环形下圏的外周面上对应于滤纸筒每个褶皱的中间部位的 位置形成有缝隙, 且该缝隙上下贯通, 因此, 该环形上圈、 环形下圈可以随 着滤纸筒的褶皱的张开而撑开。 当吸尘器使用一段时间需要清洗滤芯时, 可 以将滤芯从过滤器的过滤罩中取出, 撑开滤纸筒和环形上圏、 环形下圏, 使 滤纸筒褶皱间的间隔变大, 方便了清扫滤纸筒的褶皱上的灰尘, 使榍皱上的 灰尘能够清除干净, 提高了滤纸筒的透气性和过滤效果。

以下参照附图及实施例对本发明进行详细的说明。
如图 5 - 17所示, 本发明的过滤器滤芯 2包括具有多个褶皱结构且呈筒 状的滤纸筒 8 ; 及与滤纸筒 8两端连接的环形上圈 6、 环形下圈 7 , 至少在所 述环形上圏 6、 环形下圈 7的外周面 12 , 对应于所述滤纸筒 8每个褶皱 81
大致中间部位 82的位置上分别形成有缝隙 C, 该缝隙在环形上圏 6、 环形下 圈 7的上下方向上相贯通。
如图 8 - 9所示, 本发明还提供了一种采用上述过滤器滤芯 2的过滤器, 其包括: 过滤罩 1 , 其由中空的且四周有多个小孔 5的圓筒体 4和底部有孔 并向内突出的底座 3构成; 滤芯 2 , 其安装在过滤罩 1内, 与所述底座 3连 接; 其中所述滤芯 2 包括具有多个褶皱结构且呈筒状的滤紙筒 8, 及与滤纸 筒 8两端连接的环形上圈 6、环形下圏 7,所述滤芯 2至少在所述环形上圈 6、 环形下圈 Ί的外周面 12 , 对应于所述滤纸筒 8每个褶皱 81大致中间部位 82 的位置上分别形成有缝隙 C,该缝隙 C在环形上圈 6、环形下圈 7的上下方向 上相贯通。
在本发明的上述过滤器滤芯 2及过滤器中, 由于在环形上圈 6和环形下 圈 7上具有上下贯通的缝隙 C, 在需要清洗滤芯 2时, 可以利用该外周面上 的缝隙 C, 使得滤纸筒 8能够被撑开, 从而使褶皱 81之间的间隔变大, 方便 了清扫或者清洗滤纸筒 8的褶皱 81中的灰尘, 使褶皱 81上的灰尘能够被清 除干净, 提高了滤纸筒 8的透气性和过滤效果。
在本发明的过滤器滤芯及过滤器中, 作为一个可选的例子, 如图 5 - 7 所示, 所述环形上圈 6、 环形下圈 7的内周面 9和外周面 12上均在对应于所 述滤纸筒 8每个褶皱 81大致中间部位 82的位置上分别形成有缝隙 C, 且该 缝隙 C在环形上圈 6、 环形下圈 7的上下方向上相贯通。 这样, 由于内周面 9 和外周面 12上具有上下贯通的缝隙, 减小了环形上圏 6、 环形下圈 7对滤纸 筒 8的周向限制, 从而更便于在清洗滤芯时撑开滤纸筒 8, 使褶皱 82之间的 间隔吏大, 方便对褶皱上的灰尘的清洗,提供了滤纸筒的透气性和过滤效果。
如图 10 - 12所示,作为另夕 1、一个可选的例子,也可仅在所述环形上圈 6、 环形下圈 7的外周面 12上对应于所述滤纸筒 8每个褶皱 81大致中间部位 82 的位置上分别形成有缝隙 C,且该缝隙 C在环形上圈 6、环形下圈 7的上下方 向上相贯通。在清洗滤芯时,该存在于外周面 12上的缝隙 C也同样有利于滤
纸筒 8的撑开,使褶皱 82之间的间隔变大,从而方便对褶皱上的灰尘的清洗。 该例子由于只需在外周面 12上加工缝隙 C, 加工更为简单, 加工成本较低, 但相应的使滤纸筒 8撑开的效果比在内、 外周面上均有缝隙 C的例子稍差一 些。
在本发明中, 内周面 9上的缝隙 C由内周面 9上的外端部 16向外周面 12方向伸展到内端部 15;外周面 12上的缝隙 C由外周面上的外端部 16向内 周面 9方向伸展到内端部 15。
如图 7、 图 11所示, 在本发明中, 作为一个可选的实施方式, 所述滤纸 筒 8的两端部可分别结合于环形上圏 6、 环形下圈 7的内周面 9和外周面 12 之间的位置上,从而该环形上圈 6和环形下圈 7的内径小于滤纸筒 8的内径, 环形上圏 6和环形下圈 7的外径大于滤紙筒 8的外径。
在本发明的过滤器滤芯及过滤器中, 如图 5 - 7、 图 10 - 11所示, 所述 缝隙 C在环形上圈 6、 环形下圈 7径向上的深度小于环形上圈 6、 环形下圈 7 从外周面 12到内周面 9之间的径向宽度,从而使该内周面 9和 /或外周面 12 上的缝隙 C的内端部 15与环形上圈 6、 环形下圏 7的外周面 12和 /内周面 9 之间形成有宽度为 t的连接部,将环形上圈 6和环形下圈 7分別连接为一体。
为保证环形上圈 6和环形下圈 7的连接强度, 并避免滤纸筒 8的褶皱被 过度张开而裂开,优选地,所述外周面 12上的缝隙 C的径向深度小于相应的 滤紙筒 8褶皱 81 中间部位 82到外周面 12的距离。 相类似, 所述内周面 9 上的缝隙 C的径向深度也小于相应的滤纸筒 8褶皱中间部位 82到内周面 9 的距离。
如图 5 - 6以及图 14所示, 在本发明的过滤器滤芯及过滤器中, 作为一 种可选实施方式,所述环形上圈 6的上端面和 /或环形下圈 7的下端面可为环 形平面。
作为另外一种可选实施方式, 如图 13、 图 15所示, 所述环形上圏 6的 上端面和 /或环形下圏 7的下端面上也可设有环形凹槽 14, 以增加密封效果。
为提高密封效果, 在本发明中, 如图 16 - 17所示, 所述环形上圈 6和 / 或环形下圈 7外可设有密封圈 10。 该密封圈 10可由聚氨脂、 橡胶等弹性材 料制成。
在本发明的过滤器滤芯及过滤器中, 所述滤纸筒 8的两端部可通过注塑 与环形上圈 6、 环形下圈 7结合为一体。 如图 14 - 15所示, 所述滤纸筒 8的 两端部与环形上圏 6和环形下圈 Ί具有一定的结合高度 S, 以提高滤纸筒 8 与环形上圈 6、 环形下圈 7的结合强度, 提高滤芯 2的使用寿命。
在本发明的过滤器滤芯及过滤器中,所述的环形上圏 6和 /或环形下圏 7 可由聚氨酯材料制成。
在本发明的过滤器滤芯及过滤器中, 作为一个具体的例子, 如图 7、 图 12所示, 所述滤纸筒 8可具体为圆筒形, 所述的环形上圏 6、 环形下圈 7和 拢在一起成为圓形。
下面说明本发明过滤器的可拆卸式滤芯 2的工作过程:
当吸尘器接通电源, 吸尘电机启动, 高速旋转的吸尘电机产生负压, 将 带有灰尘的气体由吸咀、 吸尘软管吸入吸尘器机体的集尘部内, 通过过滤罩 1圓筒体四周的小孔 5进入滤芯 2的滤纸筒 8褶皱部位过滤, 过滤后的干净 气体从滤芯 2下方排出, 进入吸尘电机内。
图 9中箭头所示方向为空气进入过滤罩圓筒体方向。
当吸尘器使用一段时间需要清洗滤芯 2时, 先将滤芯 2从过滤罩 1中取 出, 直接将滤芯 2撑开, 使滤纸筒 8褶皱间的间隔变大, 方便了清扫或清洗 滤纸筒 8的褶皱上的灰尘, 使褶皱上的灰尘能够清除干净, 提高了滤纸筒 8 的透气性和过滤效果。 用户在清扫完后, 将滤芯 2合拢, 再用两个密封圈套 在滤芯 2的两端, 一并放在过滤罩 1中。 吸尘器就可以继续工作了。
Claims
1、 一种过滤器滤芯, 该滤芯包括具有多个褶皱结构且呈筒状的滤纸筒; 及与滤纸筒两端连接的环形上圈、 环形下圈, 其特征在于, 至少在所述环形 上圈、 环形下圈的外周面, 对应于所述滤纸筒每个褶皱大致中间部位的位置 上分别形成有缝隙, 该缝隙在环形上圈、 环形下圏的上下方向上相贯通。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的过滤器滤芯, 其特征在于, 所述滤纸筒的两端部 分别结合于环形上圈、 环形下圈的内周面和外周面之间的位置上。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的过滤器滤芯, 其特征在于, 在所述环形上圈、 环 形下圈的内周面上对应于所述滤纸筒每个褶皱大致中间部位的位置上分别形 成有缝隙, 且该缝隙在环形上圈、 环形下圈的上下方向上相贯通。
4、 如权利要求 1或 3所述的过滤器滤芯, 其特征在于, 所述缝隙在环形 上圈、 环形下圈径向上的深度小于环形上圈、 环形下圈从外周面到内周面之 间的径向宽度。
5、 如权利要求 1或 3所述的过滤器滤芯, 其特征在于, 所述外周面上的 缝隙的径向深度小于相应的滤纸筒褶皱中间部位到外周面的距离。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的过滤器滤芯, 其特征在于, 所述内周面上的缝隙 的径向深度小于相应的滤纸筒褶皱中间部位到内周面的距离。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的过滤器滤芯, 其特征在于, 所述环形上圈的上端 面和 /或环形下圈的下端面为环形平面。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的过滤器滤芯, 其特征在于, 所述环形上圈的上端 面和 /或环形下圏的下端面上设有环形凹槽。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的过滤器滤芯, 其特征在于, 所述滤紙筒的两端部 通过注塑与环形上圈、 环形下圈结合为一体。
1 0、 如权利要求 1所述的过滤器滤芯, 其特征在于, 所述滤纸筒的两端 部与环形上圈和环形下圈具有一定的结合高度。
11、 如权利要求 1 所述的过滤器滤芯, 其特征在于, 所述环形上圈和 / 或环形下圈外设有密封圈。
12、 如权利要求 1所述的过滤器滤芯, 其特征在于, 所述的环形上圈和 / 或环形下圏由聚氨酯材料制成。
13、 一种过滤器, 其包括: 过滤罩, 其由中空的且四周有多个小孔的圆 筒体和底部有孔并向内突出的底座构成; 滤芯, 其安装在过滤罩内, 与所述 底座连接; 其中所述滤芯包括具有多个褶皱结构且呈筒状的滤纸筒, 及与滤 纸筒两端连接的环形上圈、 环形下圈, 其特征在于, 所述滤芯至少在所述环 形上圈、 环形下圏的外周面, 对应于所述滤纸筒每个褶皱大致中间部位的位 置上分别形成有缝隙, 该缝隙在环形上圈、 环形下圈的上下方向上相贯通。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的过滤器, 其特征在于, 所述滤芯的滤纸筒的两 端部分别结合于环形上圈、 环形下圈的内周面和外周面之间的位置上。
• 15、 如权利要求 13所述的过滤器, 其特征在于, 在所述环形上圈、 环形 下圏的内周面上对应于所述滤纸筒每个褶皱大致中间部位的位置上分别形成 有缝隙, 且该缝隙在环形上圈、 环形下圈的上下方向上相贯通。
16、 如权利要求 13或 15所述的过滤器, 其特征在于, 所述缝隙在环形 上圈、 环形下圏径向上的深度小于环形上圈、 环形下圈从外周面到内周面之 间的径向宽度。
17、 如权利要求 13或 15所述的过滤器, 其特征在于, 所述外周面上的 缝隙的径向深度小于相应的滤纸筒褶皱中间部位到外周面的距离。
18、 如权利要求 15所述的过滤器滤芯, 其特征在于, 所述内周面上的缝 隙的径向深度小于相应的滤纸筒褶皱中间部位到内周面的距离。
19、 如权利要求 13所述的过滤器, 其特征在于, 所述环形上圏的上端面 和 /或环形下圈的下端面为环形平面。
20、 如权利要求 13所述的过滤器, 其特征在于, 所述环形上圈的上端面 和 /或环形下圏的下端面上设有环形凹槽。
21、如权利要求 13所述的过滤器, 其特征在于, 所述滤纸筒的两端部通 过注塑与环形上圈、 环形下圈结合为一体。
22、 如权利要求 1 3所述的过滤器, 其特征在于, 所述滤纸筒的两端部与 环形上圈和环形下圏具有一定的结合高度。
23、 如权利要求 13所述的过滤器, 其特征在于, 所述环形上圈和 /或环 形下圈外设有密封圏。
24、 如权利要求 13所述的过滤器, 其特征在于, 所述的环形上圏和 /或 环形下圈由聚氨酯材料制成。
