Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung sind nanoskalige Partikel als Kontrastmittel für die Kernspintomographie bestehend aus einem Kern mit einer inerten Matrix, einem oder mehreren kovalent gebundenen organischen Komplexbildnern in welchem ein oder mehrere Metallionen mit ungepaarten Elektronen gebunden sind und ggf. einem oder mehreren, an der Oberfläche der Kerne kovalent gebundenen Biomolekülen sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Nanopartikel.
