- the conventional rotary electric machine core described above has the following problems. Since there are some variations in the finished dimensions of the core split pieces, there is some variation in the outer diameter when the core split pieces are arranged circumferentially. For this reason, in some cases, there was a risk that the margin for shrink fitting would be excessive. In that case, stress is generated in the core after shrink fitting, and as a result Hysteresis loss may be worsened. Alternatively, stress was generated at the boundary between the teeth and the yoke, and the corners could be damaged by the cooling cycle during use.
- the cores may be displaced from each other in the axial direction due to vibration during use, or there may be a circumferential displacement between the core and the ring. If such a deviation occurred, the flow of magnetic flux was affected.
- the present invention has been made to solve the problems of the conventional rotating electrical machine core.
- the issue is to provide a rotating electrical machine core in which core split pieces are arranged in a circle and fastened, and prevent the generation of stress and displacement between cores. There is to do.
- the rotating electrical machine core has a plurality of core division pieces each having a yoke portion and a tooth portion, with the teeth portion facing inward so that the yoke portions are in contact with each other.
- a rotating electrical machine core that is arranged in a circumferential shape, and has a ring that contacts the yoke part, and a stud that is attached to the outer surface of the yoke part and fixes the ring to the yoke part.
- the concavo-convex shape is formed, and the stopper has a convex part that is hooked from the inside to the ring.
- a plurality of core division pieces are arranged circumferentially, and a ring and a stopper are attached.
- the yoke and ring are formed with a concave-convex shape that squeezes with each other, thus preventing misalignment between them.
- the stopper has a convex part that is hooked from the inside to the ring, so that it does not fall out. Therefore, if multiple stoppers are arranged circumferentially, they can be stably fixed in a balanced state. In other words, it is not necessary to tighten it excessively.
- Each core split piece is prevented from rotating and axially misaligned by the ring and stopper.
- the inner side is the center side of the circle formed by the circumferentially arranged core segments, and the opposite side is the outer side.
- the ring is arranged in contact with the end surface of the yoke portion, the uneven shape of the yoke portion is an uneven portion in the axial direction, and the stopper is located at the concave portion of the yoke portion. It is desirable that it is installed. If this is the case, the concave and convex shapes of the yoke and ring and the stopper can reliably prevent misalignment between them.
- the present invention provides a rotating electrical machine having a core in which a plurality of core divided pieces having a yoke part and a tooth part are arranged circumferentially so that the yoke parts are in contact with each other with the teeth part facing inward.
- the ring is in contact with the yoke part, and is fitted on the outer surface side of the yoke part, and has a stagger to fix the ring to the yoke part.
- the stagger also extends to a rotating electric machine in which a convex part is formed on the ring.
- the rotating electrical machine core is formed by arranging the core split pieces circumferentially and fastened, and prevents the generation of stress and displacement between the cores. It is a rotating electrical machine that uses the rotating electrical machine core.

- Fig. 3 is a BB cross-sectional view of Fig. 1.
- the direction of the central axis of the outer peripheral surface (which has a substantially cylindrical shape as a whole) when the core segment 11 is arranged as shown in Fig. 1 is called the axial direction.
- the core split piece 11 of this embodiment is formed by integrally forming a tooth part 2 1 and a yoke part 2 2.
- This core split piece 11 is formed by compression molding magnetic metal powder using a mold.
- the teeth part 21 is a part that functions as a core with concentrated coils. Therefore, the tip 23 (the lower part in Fig. 4A) is slightly wider.
- the yoke part 2 2 of each core split piece 11 is formed slightly larger than the tooth part 21 as shown in Fig. 4 (B).
- the side surface 24 of the yoke 22 is parallel to the axial direction, and if extended, it is a plane that includes the central axis. That is, as shown in Fig.
- the side surface 24 of the yoke portion 22 when viewed in the axial direction is formed obliquely with respect to the tooth portion 21.
- the direction of the inclination is such that the upper width L 1 in the figure is larger than the lower width L 2 in the figure.
- the upper part in the figure is far from the central axis, and the lower part in the figure is near the central axis.
- a predetermined number of core split pieces 1 1 are arranged in a circle as shown in Fig. 1 and pressed toward the inside.
- the yoke portions 2 2 of the adjacent core divided pieces 11 are in a substantially annular shape with their side surfaces 24 closely contacting each other.
- each tooth portion 21 protrudes toward the central axis.
- the shape of the side surface 24 of the yoke portion 22 is not limited to this.
- grooves 25 are respectively formed at the four corners of the yoke part 22.
- the size of the groove 25 is 2 to 4 mm deep and 5 to 1 O mm wide, and the side surface of the groove 25 is a slope of about 30 °. .

- the side surfaces 24 of the yoke portion 22 are in contact with each other as described above. For this reason, as shown in Fig. 6, the grooves 25 of the core segment pieces 11 adjacent to each other form one recess 31.
- the axially opposite end surfaces of the yokes 22 arranged in a circle form a concave-convex shape in which the flat portions and the concave portions 31 appear alternately.
- Ring 1 2 is made of non-magnetic metal such as stainless steel and is 3 to 5 mm thick. It is made.
- the ring 12 is formed in the same shape as both end surfaces in the axial direction of the yoke portion 2 2 of the core dividing piece 1 1 arranged in a circle.
- the ring-shaped member It is.
- it is a ring-shaped ring that follows the axially opposite end faces of the yoke portion 22 and the ridge-protrusion shape of the recess portion 31 formed by the groove 25. Therefore, the uneven shape of the yoke part 22 and the corrugated shape of the ring 12 are mixed with each other.
- the diameter of the ring 12 is set to be slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the yoke part 2 2 of the core segment 11 as shown in FIGS.
- the radial width of the ring 12 is about half the width of the yoke 22.
- the stagger 13 is formed of a slightly elastic material such as a non-magnetic metal or resin. This is about the same length as the axial length of the yoke 22, as shown in Fig. 3.
- the stoppers 13 are fitted so as to sandwich the rings 12 disposed on both end surfaces in the axial direction of the core segment 11. At both ends of the stopper 13, substantially triangular convex portions 3 2 are formed.
- the protrusion 3 2 fits on the inner diameter side of the ring 12 2 to prevent the stopper 1 3 from coming off from the ring 1 2.
- This stopper 13 is fitted over the entire circumference of the core 10 at each boundary between the core divided pieces 11. As a result, ring 12 is fixed to core 10.
- the width of stopper 13 in the depth direction in Fig. 3 is approximately the same as the width of recess 31 as shown in Fig. 7C.
- the force applied to the yoke part 22 is balanced as a whole. Furthermore, the upper and lower rings 12 and the recessed portion 31 of the core split piece 11 are fixed to each other by the stopper 13. This reliably prevents the circumferential rotation of the core segment 11 from the ring 12. In addition, the stoppers 13 prevent the axial displacement between the ring 12 and each core segment 11. As a result, the ring 12 and the stopper 13 prevent the core split pieces 1 1 from being displaced.
- the core 10 of this embodiment is used for a rotating electrical machine such as a motor or generator, the hysteresis loss will not deteriorate. This is because no stress is applied to the core segment 11. In addition, there is no risk of damage due to the cooling cycle during use. Furthermore, there is no risk of the core split pieces 11 being displaced from each other, so a rotating electrical machine with an appropriate magnetic flux flow can be obtained.
- the raw material powder is Fe-Si Si watertomized powder with a powder particle size of 75 to 3500 m. Then, this is placed in a vacuum at 1 100 ° C for 3 hours, and the powder is annealed. Next, add 0.2 to 0.5 wt% of the silicone resin to this powder and stir to dry. Then, using a warm die lubrication molding method, molding is carried out at a surface pressure of 1 2 0 0 to 1 600 0 M Pa. Finally, the N 2 atmosphere treatment is performed for 30 minutes at 60 to 75 ° C, completing the core segment 1 1. The required number of rings 1 2 and stoppers 1 3 are also manufactured.
- a coil is wound around each of the required number of core segments 11. And it is arranged in a circle as shown in Fig.1.
- the yoke parts 2 2 of the split pieces 11 are in contact with each other, and as shown in FIG. Rings 1 and 2 are arranged above and below the circumferentially arranged core segments 11. Since the ring 12 is formed following the shape of the yoke 2 2 of the core segment 11, it is overlapped with the recess 31 as shown in Fig. 7B. In practice, it is better to place the core rings 1 1 on top of the lower ring 1 2 and then place another ring 1 2 on top of it.
- the core 10 of this embodiment when the plurality of core divided pieces 11 are arranged in a circumferential shape, the recesses 31 are formed by the grooves 25 of each core divided piece 11.
- the Rings 12 that follow the shape of the recesses 31 are arranged on both end surfaces in the axial direction of the circumferentially arranged core segments 11.
- the upper and lower recesses 31 are sandwiched between one stop 13. For this reason, the core segment 11, the ring 12 2, and the stopper 13 do not deviate from each other even if they are not tightened strongly. Therefore, the core 10 is a core 10 in which the core segment pieces 11 are arranged in a circumferential shape and fastened, and the core 10 is prevented from generating stress and misalignment between the cores.
- the present invention can be variously improved and modified without departing from the scope of the invention.
- the position of the groove 25 does not necessarily have to be at the corner of the yoke part 22, and does not necessarily have to cover the entire thickness of the yoke part 22.

- the ring 12 may squeeze into the outer peripheral surface of the yoke part 2 2.
- it can be realized by forming a convex part on the core split piece, placing a ring that matches the shape, and using a stopper with a shape that sandwiches the convex part from the left and right.
- At least one concavo-convex shape is formed in each core segment, and a ring optostopper that fits the shape can be fitted. I can do it. Also, if an axial groove matching the stopper 13 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the yoke 22, the outer peripheral surface of the core 10 can be made into a smooth cylindrical shape.
- the core split piece 11 is formed by compression molding magnetic metal powder, but it can also be applied to a laminated steel plate type in which magnetic steel sheets are laminated to form a core split piece. Industrial applicability
