Abstract

Cette ceinture de soutien lombaire (1 ), peut être mise en place sur la partie inférieure du tronc d'un patient ; elle comprend une bande (2) de textile élastique dotée à chacune de ses extrémités de moyens d'accrochage de la bande sur elle-même et au moins deux éléments de baleinage postérieures en matière élastique (5a, 5b) disposés de part et d'autre du plan (A) transversal médian de la bande ; la ceinture peut être positionnée sur le patient de telle sorte les extrémités de la bande s'accrochent en regard de la zone abdominale du patient et les éléments de baleinage postérieurs (5a, 5b) viennent en appui contre la zone lombaire du patient ; de plus les éléments de baleinage postérieurs (5a, 5b) sont orientés selon un V de telle sorte que les éléments de baleinage postérieurs (5a, 5b) convergent vers la région lombo-sacrée du patient.
