Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Einschleusen eines Biomoleküls in eine Zelle, beinhaltend die Verfahrensschritte: i) Herstellen eines Komplexes aus einem Biomolekül, vorzugsweise einer Nukleinsäure, und einem Polymer, welches erhältlich ist durch Reaktion eines Amin-Monomers, aufweisend mindestens zwei Amin-Gruppen, mit einem Epoxid-Monomer, aufweisend mindestens zwei Epoxid-Gruppen, sowie ii) Einschleusen des Biomoleküls in eine Zelle durch das in Kontakt bringen einer Zelle mit dem Komplex. Die Erfindung betrifft auch die durch dieses Verfahren erhältliche, transformierte Zelle, die Verwendung eines bestimmten Polymers zum Einschleusen eines Biomoleküls in eine Zelle, einen Kit zum Einschleusen eines Biomoleküls in eine Zelle, die Verwendung dieses Kits, einen Komplex aus einem Biomolekül und einem Polymer, eine therapeutische Zusammensetzung, die Verwendung eines Komplexes aus einem Biomolekül und einem Polymer, ein Polymer zur therapeutischen Behandlung des menschlichen oder tierischen Körpers sowie ein Verfahren zur Behandlung einer Krankheit mittels Gentherapie.
