为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种自毁式一次性注射器,包括:针筒, 包括设置在针筒前端的乳头,在该乳头的内壁上设有凸沿; 针头, 连接到该针 筒乳头, 包括连接部、设置在该连接部外侧的包容部、 以及设置在针头后端通 过一个或多个筋与该连接部相连的自毁环; 当该针头连接到该针筒上时,该连 接部和该自毁环位于该针筒乳头的内部, 并且该自毁环与所述凸沿相互配合; 推杆, 可移动地插入到该针筒中, 包括杆身、连接到杆身后端的推柄、连接到 秆身前端的推盘、一端固定到推盘的锥体部、以及固定到锥体另一端的尖刺部; 以及垫,连接到该推杆的锥体部,该垫的内部设有用于容纳推杆的尖刺部的空 腔, 垫的前端设有封闭的前壁, 而其后端设有与该空腔连通的开口。
优选地, 该推杆上设有贯穿所述尖剌部、 锥体部和推盘的排气槽。
优选地,该推杆的尖刺部包括尖剌端头和将该尖刺端头连接到该锥体部的 尖刺柄;其中, 在该尖刺端头与该尖剌柄的连接处, 该尖剌端头的直径大于该 尖刺柄的直径。
优选地,该推杆的锥体部包括与该尖刺部相连的第一锥体和与该推盘相连 的第二锥体, 在该第一和第二锥体之间设有环形槽。
优选地, 该垫的后端设有与该锥体部的环形槽相配合的突出部。
优选地, 该垫的空腔包括靠近垫前端的第一空腔和靠近垫后端的第二空 腔, 其中该第一空腔的直径小于该第二空腔的直径。
优选地, 该垫的外壁上设有一个或多个与该针筒内壁配合的凸环。
优选地, 该垫的前端设有与该针头自毁环相匹配的凹陷。

优选地,所述自毁环的外壁上设有环形的凹槽,使得当该针头连接到该针 筒乳头时, 该乳头内壁上的凸沿位于该自毁环的凹槽中。
优选地, 该针筒乳头的凸沿从而该乳头的内壁上向内向后突出。
优选地, 该针头连接部的外壁设有与该针筒乳头的内壁配合的密封环。 本发明还提供了一种对对一次性注射器进行自毁的方法。该方法包括:设 置一针筒, 在该针筒的前端设有一乳头, 在该乳头的内壁上设有凸沿; 设置一 针头, 所述针头包括连接部、设置在该连接部外侧的包容部、 以及设置在针头 后端通过一个或多个筋与该连接部相连的至少一个自毁环;设置一推杆,所述 推杆包括杆身、连接到杆身后端的推柄、连接到杆身前端的推盘、一端固定到 推盘的锥体部、 以及固定到锥体另一端的尖刺部; 设置一垫, 该垫的内部设有 用于容纳推杆的尖刺部的空腔,在垫的前端设置一封闭的前壁,并在其后端设 置与该空腔连通的开口;将该针头连接到该针筒上,使得该针头的连接部和该 自毁环位于该针筒的乳头内部,并且该自毁环与所述凸沿相互配合;将该垫连 接到该推杆的锥体部; 将该推杆插入到该针筒中, 使得该垫位于该针筒中, 并 且随着该推杆一起沿该针筒移动; 以及在注射操作完成后,继续推动该推杆使 该注射器自毁。
其中,所述继续推动该推杆使该注射器自毁方法的步骤还包括:推动该推 杆, 使其尖剌部刺穿所述垫的前壁; 继续推动该推杆, 使其尖剌部穿过该针头 的自毁环; 以及利用该推杆推动该针头的连接部与该针头的自毁环分离。
优选地,该推杆的尖刺部包括尖刺端头和将该尖剌端头连接到该锥体部的 尖剌柄,其中, 在该尖刺端头与该尖剌柄的连接处, 该尖剌端头的直径大于该 尖剌柄的直径。
优选地, 所述方法还包括:推动该推杆, 使该推杆的尖刺端头穿出所述自 毁环。
根据本发明的一个方面,本发明的注射器设有多重自毁措施,从而能够有 效保证注射器的使用安全。具体来说, 第一, 在注射完成后, 推杆的尖剌部能 够使得针头的自毁环从针头上脱落并锁定在针筒乳头中,造成注射器自毁;第 二注射器自毁后,针筒内的自锁环与推杆和垫连接成一体,并被乳头内壁上的 凸沿锁定, 因此使得推杆不能在针筒中移动; 第三, 注射器自毁后, 推杆上的 排气槽连通了针筒内垫前后两侧的空间, 使得该针筒无法再吸取药液; 第四, 即使通过强力拉出推杆,推杆前端的垫将会脱离推杆、 留于针筒内部, 使得针 筒无法再次使用。
根据本发明的又一个方面,本发明的注射器在自毁时的阻力小,便于操作。 由于自毁环上设有开口,从而能够有效减少本发明注射器自毁时的阻力。另外, 推杆前端的排气槽使得针筒前后连通无负压产生, 从而也能减小自毁时的阻 力。
根据本发明的又一个方面, 本发明注射器的结构简单, 便于组装和使用; 并且各部件易于加工生产。而且,本发明注射器的成本只略高于现有的普通一 次性注射器但却具有很高的使用安全性,有利于全面推广使用,实现安全注射。
根据本发明的另一个方面,使用本发明的注射器,医务人员无需用手接触 用过的针头即可实现注射器的自毁,从而能够有效避免医务人员因意外刺伤而 发生感染。
根据本发明的再一个方面,本发明的注射器在自毁后,带有金属针的针头 与注射器的其它部分分离,还有利于塑料和金属材料的分类回收利用,有利于 环保。 附图简要说明

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 2所示,本发明的注射器 100包括针筒 20、连接到针筒 20的针头 10、 设置在针筒 20中并可在其中移动的推杆 30以及连接在推杆 30前端的垫 40。 优选地, 针筒 20、 推杆 30由塑料制成, 而垫 40由具有弹性的材料例如橡胶 制成。
如图 3A、 3B所示, 针头 10包括用于与针筒 20相连的连接部 13、 设置 在连接部 13外侧的包容部 14。 在针头的后端 12设有自毁环 15, 自毁环 15 通过一个或多个筋 16连接到连接部 13。 针头的前端 11用于连接注射用的针 (未示出) 。 优选地, 在自毁环 15上沿轴向设有一开口 17。 根据本发明的一 个实施例, 自毁环 15的外壁上设有环形的凹槽 151, 该凹槽 151将自毁环 15 分成第一部分 15a和第二部分 15b。在这里,自毁环的第二部分 15b和凹槽 151 被开口 17完全切断, 而第一部分 15a仅被开口 17部分切断。
如图 4A、 4B所示, 针筒 20为空心结构, 在针筒的前端 21设有用于连接 针头 10的乳头 23, 在针筒的后端 22设有方便注射的手柄耳 26。 在乳头 23 的内壁上设有向内凸出的凸沿 24。优选地, 凸沿 24朝向针筒的后端沿斜向后 方向突出。当针头 10连接到针筒乳头 23上时,连接部 13和自毁环 15位于针 筒乳头 23中, 并且自毁环 15与的凸沿 24相互配合。具体来说, 凸沿 24位于 自毁环外壁的凹槽 151中。优选地,可以在凸沿 24上设置一个或多个开口 241, 以便于自毁环 15与凸沿 24的配合。 优选地, 在连接部 13的外壁上设有与乳 头 23的内壁相配合的密封环 18 (如图 3A所示) , 从而能够在注射器正常使 用时提高针头 10与针筒 20之间的密封性。
如图 5A、 5B所示,推杆 30包括杆身 31、连接到杆身后端 31b的推柄 32、 连接到杆身前端 31a的推盘 33、 一端固定到推盘 33的锥体 34以及固定到锥 · 体部 34另一端的尖剌部 35。优选地,设置推盘 33的直径大于杆身 31的直径。 针筒 20的内壁在靠近针筒后端 22的位置设有向内突出的突出部 25(见图 4B), 设置突出部 25的尺寸和结构与推盘 33相匹配, 使得推盘 33难于通过穿过该 突出部 25而被从针筒中拉出。优选地, 推杆 30上还设有一个贯穿尖剌部 35、 锥体部 34和推盘 33的排气槽 36。锥体部 34用于与垫 40相配合。 具体来说, 垫 40连接到该锥体部 34上, 使得在注射器正常使用时, 垫 40能够与随着推 杆 30的移动而在针筒 20中移动。 根据本发明的一个实施例, 锥体部 34包括 与尖刺部 35相连的第一锥体 341和与推盘 33相连的第二锥体 342, 在第一和 第二锥体之间设有环形槽 343。 在这里, 尖剌部 35包括尖刺端头 351和将尖 刺端头 351连接到锥体部 34的尖刺柄 352。 优选地, 在尖剌端头 351与尖剌 柄 352的连接处, 尖刺端头 351的直径大于尖刺柄 352的直径。
如图 6所示, 垫 40具有内部空腔 45。 垫的前端 41设有封闭的前壁 43, 而其后端 42设有与内部空腔 45相连通的开口 46。 垫的外壁上可以设置一个 或多个与针筒 20的内壁相配合的凸环 48, 以在注射器正常使用时提高垫 40 与针筒 20之间的密封性。 优选地, 在垫的前端 41还设有与自毁环 15相匹配 的凹陷 44, 以减少注射完成后残留在针筒 20中的药液量。 同时, 凹陷 44还 能有助于降低前壁 43的厚度。 垫的后端 42设有与锥体部 34的环形槽 343相 配合的突出部 47。 优选地, 垫的内部空腔 45包括靠近垫前端 41的第一空腔 451和靠近垫后端 42的第二空腔 352,其中设置第一空腔 451的直径小于第二 空腔 452的直径。
图 Ί示出了注射器 100正常使用时的状态。垫 40位于针筒 20中,其突出 部 47与推杆锥体部的环形槽 343相配合, 使得垫 40可随着推杆 30在针筒 20 中移动。 推杆的尖刺部 35和第一锥体 341位于垫的空腔 45中, 而第二锥体 342位于空腔 45之外。针头的连接部 13和自毁环 15位于针筒乳头 23中; 包 容部 14包围在乳头 23的外侧以提高针头与针筒之间的密封性。这时,乳头内 壁上的凸沿 24位于自毁环外壁上的凹槽 151中,从而能够与自毁环 15相配合, 防止在注射时针头 10从针筒 20上脱落。
注射完毕后, 继续向前推动推杆 30可以实现注射器 100的自毁。 具体来 说, 在注射完成时, 自毁环的第二部分 15b位于垫前端的凹陷 44中, 使得垫' 的前壁 43与自毁环 15相贴合。 由于垫 40由弹性材料制成, 因而继续向前推 动推杆 30, 垫后端的突出部 47会被挤压变形, 从而使得推杆 30能够相对于' 垫 40继续向前移动。 推杆 30的移动使得第二锥体 342穿过垫后端的开口 46 并进入到空腔 45中, 同时尖剌部 35刺穿垫的前壁 41并穿过自毁环 15。 应当 注意, 由于第二空腔 452的直径大于第一空腔 453的直径, 因而可以减小锥体 部 34在空腔 45中移动时的阻力。 此外, 设置在自毁环上的开口 17能够减小 尖剌部 35穿过自毁环时的阻力。 在这里, 连接自毁环 15与连接部 13的筋 16 被设置为不能承受拉力的易断结构。这样, 当推杆继续向前移动时, 穿过自毁 环 15的尖刺部 35接触到并向前挤压连接部 13, 使得筋 16断裂, 自毁环 15 从针头 10上脱离。 同时, 针头 10在尖刺部 35的推动下与针筒乳头分离, 例 如掉落到污物桶中。 这样, 注射器 100就完成了自毁。
自毁后的注射器如图 8所示。 此时, 尖刺端头 351从自毁环 15中穿出, 使得所述自毁环 15套在尖刺柄 352上。 由于在尖刺端头 351与尖刺柄 352的 连接处, 尖剌端头 351的直径大于尖剌柄 352的直径, 因而使得尖剌部 35很 难从自毁环 15中抽回。 同时, 针筒乳头上的凸沿 24依然位于自毁环的凹槽 151中。 这样, 自毁环 15、 垫 40和推杆 30就连成了一体, 并且被凸沿 24锁 定在针筒中不能移动, 从而使得自毁后的注射器不能被再次使用。 应当注意, 在进行注射器的自毁时, 斜向后设置的凸沿 24能够更好地锁定自毁环 15, 防 止该自毁环 15被尖刺部 35从针筒乳头 23中推出。
此外, 由于排气槽 36贯穿尖剌部 35、 锥体部 34和推盘 33, 因而在注射 器自毁后,垫 40之前的针筒内部与垫 40之后的针筒内部相互连通,从而使得 自毁后的注射器无法再吸取药液。这样,即使通过强力毁坏自毁环、拉出推杆, 自毁后的注射器也无法再次使用。 从而确保了一次性注射器的使用安全。
另外, 针筒的突出部 25与推杆的推盘 33相配合, 使得推盘 33难于通过 穿过该突出部 25而从针筒 20中拉出。 因而, 使得注射器自毁后, 推杆 30不 能从针筒 20中拉出。 此外, 一旦通过强力破坏突出部 25与推盘 33的配合结 构而拉出推杆 30, 推杆前端的垫 40会因突出部 25的阻挡作用而脱离推杆并 留在针筒内部, 使得该针筒无法再次使用。
可以看出,本发明的注射器具有多重自毁结构,从而能够有效保证一次性 注射器的使用安全。
应当指出,虽然通过上述实施方式对本发明进行了描述,然而本发明还可 有其它多种实施方式。在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,熟悉本领域的技 术人员显然可以对本发明做出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些改变和变形都应 当属于本发明所附权利要求及其等效物所保护的范围内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种自毁式一次性注射器, 其特征在于, 包括
针筒, 包括设置在针筒前端的乳头, 在该乳头的内壁上设有凸沿; 针头, 连接到该针筒乳头, 包括连接部、 设置在该连接部外侧的包容部、 以及设置在针头后端通过一个或多个筋与该连接部相连的自毁环;当该针头连 接到该针筒上时,该连接部和该自毁环位于该针筒乳头的内部,并且该自毁环 与所述凸沿相互配合;
推杆, 可移动地插入到该针筒中, 包括杆身、连接到杆身后端的推柄、连 接到杆身前端的推盘、一端固定到推盘的锥体部、以及固定到锥体另一端的尖 刺部; 以及
垫,连接到该推杆的锥体部,该垫的内部设有用于容纳推杆的尖剌部的空 腔, 垫的前端设有封闭的前壁, 而其后端设有与该空腔连通的开口。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 该推杆上设有贯穿所述 尖剌部、 锥体部和推盘的排气槽。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 该推杆的尖剌部包括尖 刺端头和将该尖刺端头连接到该锥体部的尖刺柄;其中,在该尖刺端头与该尖 刺柄的连接处, 该尖刺端头的直径大于该尖刺柄的直径。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 该推杆的锥体部包括与 该尖刺部相连的第一锥体和与该推盘相连的第二锥体,在该第一和第二锥体之 间设有环形槽。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 该垫的后端设有与该锥 体部的环形槽相配合的突出部。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 该垫的空腔包括靠近垫 前端的第一空腔和靠近垫后端的第二空腔,其中该第一空腔的直径小于该第二 空腔的直径。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 该垫的外壁上设有一个 或多个与该针筒内壁配合的凸环。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 该垫的前端设有与该针 头自毁环相匹配的凹陷。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 该垫由弹性材料制成。
10、根据权利要求 1所述的注射器,其特征在于, 所述推杆推盘的直径大 于推杆杆身的直径。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 所述针筒内壁在靠近 针筒后端的位置设有向内突出的突出部,该突出部的结构和尺寸设计为与该推 盘相匹配。
12、根据权利要求 1所述的注射器,其特征在于, 所述针头的自毁环上设 有沿轴向的开口。
13、根据权利要求 1所述的注射器,其特征在于, 所述自毁环的外壁上设 有环形的凹槽,使得当该针头连接到该针筒乳头时,该乳头内壁上的凸沿位于 该自毁环的凹槽中。
14、 根据权利要求 1或 13所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 该针筒乳头的凸 沿从而该乳头的内壁上向内向后突出。
15、根据权利要求 1所述的注射器,其特征在于, 该针头连接部的外壁设 有与该针筒乳头的内壁配合的密封环。
16、 一种对一次性注射器进行自毁的方法, 包括
设置一针筒, 在该针筒的前端设有一乳头, 在该乳头的内壁上设有凸沿; 设置一针头, 所述针头包括连接部、设置在该连接部外侧的包容部、 以及 设置在针头后端通过一个或多个筋与该连接部相连的至少一个自毁环;
设置一推杆, 所述推杆包括杆身、连接到杆身后端的推柄、连接到杆身前 端的推盘、 一端固定到推盘的锥体部、 以及固定到锥体另一端的尖刺部; 设置一垫,该垫的内部设有用于容纳推杆的尖剌部的空腔,在垫的前端设 置一封闭的前壁, 并在其后端设置与该空腔连通的开口;
将该针头连接到该针筒上,使得该针头的连接部和该自毁环位于该针筒的 乳头内部, 并且该自毁环与所述凸沿相互配合;
将该垫连接到该推杆的锥体部;
将该推杆插入到该针筒中,使得该垫位于该针筒中,并且随着该推杆一起 沿该针筒移动; 以及
在注射操作完成后, 继续推动该推杆使该注射器自毁。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述继续推动该推杆使 该注射器自毁的步骤还包括
推动该推杆, 使其尖剌部刺穿所述垫的前壁;
继续推动该推杆, 使其尖刺部穿过该针头的自毁环; 以及 利用该推杆推动该针头的连接部与该针头的自毁环分离。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该推杆的尖剌部包括尖 刺端头和将该尖刺端头连接到该锥体部的尖剌柄,其中,在该尖刺端头与该尖 刺柄的连接处, 该尖刺端头的直径大于该尖刺柄的直径。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的方法, 还包括, 推动该推杆, 使该推杆的尖 剌端头穿出所述自毁环。
