Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Implantat (1), insbesondere Kieferimplantat, welches mehrere, jeweils zur Implantation in oder zumindest benachbart zu Knochen geeignete Baubereiche (5, 6, 12) aus nicht oder im Wesentlichen nicht von Knochen resorbierbarem Material aufweist, und schlägt zur gebrauchsvorteilhaften Weiterbildung des Implantats vor, dass zwei oder mehr dieser Baubereiche (5, 6, 12) zueinander unterschiedliche Materialeigenschaften, insbesondere zueinander unterschiedliche physikalische Eigenschaften, wie unterschiedliche Verformungs- und/oder Festigkeitseigenschaften, aufweisen. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von lastabhängigen Verformungen in verschiedenen Knochenbereichen, bei welchem zum Vergleich Röntgenaufnahmen der Knochenbereiche ohne und mit mechanischer Belastung durchgeführt werden und bei welchem mittels Vergleich der mit und ohne Belastung aufgenommenen Röntgenaufnahmen für einzelne Knochenbereiche die dort unter der aufgebrachten Belastung stattgefundene Verformung ermittelt wird.
