本発明は、 上述した事情に鑑みてなされたもので、 防爆高温対 応形とすることが可能なマルチ渦流量計を提供することを課題とす る
上記課題を解決するためになされた請求項 1記載の本発明の防 爆高温対応形マルチ渦流量計は、 流管の流路に設けられて被測定流 体を通過させる測定管と、 前記被測定流体の流れに対向するように 前記測定管に設けられる渦発生体と、 該渦発生体により生じるカル マン渦に基づく変化を検出する渦検出器とを有する渦式検出手段を 備えるとともに、 前記流路に突出する感温センサ及び加熱感温セン サを有する熱式検出手段を備えるマルチ渦流量計において、 前記感 温センサ及び前記加熱感温センサの各金属管体を前記渦検出器の金 属容器に対し揷通状態で液密に溶接固定し、 この溶接固定した前記 感温センサ及び前記加熱感温センサの各リ一ド線と前記渦検出器の センサのリード線とを前記金属容器の内部で纏め、 さらに、 この纏

可動管部 1 2は、 計測室 7の内周面に対して僅かな隙間があく ような形状に形成されている。 受圧板 1 3は、 導圧孔 8の位置に合 うように配置形成されている。 振動部取り付けフランジ 1 4には、 ボルト六 1 7が形成されている。 振動管頭部 1 5には、 カバ一 1 0 を固定するための固定部 1 8が形成されている。 空洞部 1 6には、 渦検出センサ 1 1が僅かな隙間をあけて差し込まれるようになって いる。 空洞部 1 6の外側には、 振動管頭部 1 5を貫通するような管 体揷通穴 1 9、 2 0が形成されている。 管体揷通穴 1 9、 2 0は、 熱式検出手段 6の後述する感温センサ 2 1、 加熱感温センサ 2 2の 固定のために形成されている。
渦検出センサ 1 1は、 振動管 9が受けるカルマン渦による圧力 変動を忠実に受けて電気信号に変換して流量変換器 (図示省略) へ 出力することができるように構成されている。 具体的には、 弾性母 材 2 3 と、 圧電素子板 2 4と、 電極板 2 5 と、 端子 2 6と、 リード 線 2 7と、 バネ板 2 8とを備えて構成されている。
弾性母材 2 3は、 異径の金属柱であって、 上端部 2 9と支持円 柱部 3 0とバネ取り付け部 3 1とを有している。 上端部 2 9には、 圧電素子板 2 4が貼り付けによって取り付けられている。 支持円柱 部 3 0は、 可動管部 1 2に差し込まれる部分であって、 空洞部 1 6 に対して僅かな隙間があくような形状に形成されている。 支持円柱
部 3 0の上端には、 上端部 2 9が、 また、 支持円柱部 3 0の下端に は、 パネ取り付け部 3 1が連成されている。 パネ取り付け部 3 1は 、 支持円柱部 3 0よりも小径であって、 パネ板 2 8が溶接等により 連成されている。
パネ板 2 8は、 空洞部 1 6の端部に形成される係止凹部 3 2に 挿入され、 そして、 パネ作用によって支持可能となる部分であって 、 放射状のスリ ッ ト (図示省略) が複数形成されている。 パネ板 2 8は、 係止凹部 3 2の径よりも若干大きな径となるように形成され ている。
圧電素子板 2 4は、 上端部 2 9に形成された二つの面取り部に 各々金ペース ト等の導電性接着剤を用いて貼着された圧電素子であ つて、 非貼着面には、 各々、 例えば多孔板からなる電極板 2 5が貼 着ざれている。 圧電素子板 2 4は、 端子 2 6を介してリード線 2 7 に接続されている。
カバ一 1 0は、 渦検出センサ 1 1を密封するために備えられて いる。 カバ一 1 0には、 可動管部 1 2の固定部 1 8に面接触してこ の部分に固定される固定部 3 3が形成されている。 カバー 1 0の上 部中央には、 金属パイプ 3 4が気密に取り付けられている。 金属パ イブ 3 4は、 リード線引き出し用の揷通管であって、 図示しない流 量変換器側へとのびるように形成されている。 カバー 1 0は、 可動 管部 1 2と共に金属容器を構成するものであって、 カバー 1 0が固 定部 3 3を介して可動管部 1 2の固定部 1 8に固定されると、 内部 空間 3 5が形成されるようになつている。 尚、 固定部 1 8、 3 3同 士の固定に関しては、 本形態において電子ビーム溶接が採用される ものとする (一例であるものとする) 。
熱式検出手段 6は、 感温センサ 2 1 と加熱感温センサ 2 2とを 備えて構成されている。 感温センサ 2 1及び加熱感温センサ 2 2は 、 共に既知のものが用いられている。 本形態の感温センサ 2 1は棒 状の温度センサであり、 同じく棒状の加熱感温センサ 2 2は、 温度
センサと加熱センサの機能を有する流速センサ (ヒ一夕) であるも のとする。 感温センサ 2 1、 加熱感温センサ 2 2は、 それそれ金属 管体 3 6、 3 7を有している。 感温センサ 2 1、 加熱感温センサ 2 2は、 この金属管体 3 6、 3 7が渦検出器 4の管体揷通穴 1 9、 2 0に揷通された状態で溶接により液密に固定されている (本形態に おいては真空ブレージングが採用されるものとする (一例であるも のとする) 。 0リングを用いずにシール性の確保がなされている。 従って、 高温対応が可能になるものとする) 。 溶接は、 例えば引用 符号 3 8の位置でなされている。
感温センサ 2 1及び加熱感温センサ 2 2の各感温部分 3 9は、 流管 2の流路 4 0に突出している。 感温センサ 2 1及び加熱感温セ ンサ 2 2の最先端部分は、 渦発生体 3に形成された鍔部 4 1、 4 1 によって支持されている (集中応力の緩和がなされるような構造に なっている) 。 感温センサ 2 1及び加熱感温センサ 2 2は、 渦発生 体 3に対して平行に配置されている。 感温センサ 2 1及び加熱感温 センサ 2 2は、 渦検出に影響を来さないように配置されている。
感温センサ 2 1及び加熱感温センサ 2 2の各リ一ド線 4 2及び 4 3は、 内部空間 3 5において渦検出センサ 1 1のリード線 2 7と 共に纏められている。 そして、 この纏められたリード線 2 7、 4 2 、 4 3は、 金属パイプ 3 4を介して図示しない流量変換器側へ引き 出されている。
各リード線 2 7、 4 2、 4 3は、 内部空間 3 5で纏められて金 属パイプ 3 4を介し流量変換器側へ引き出される構造であることか ら、 センサと流量変換器との取り合い部分が一つになるようになつ ている。 このような構造によって防爆取得が従来よりも容易なもの になっている。
図示しない流量変換器の機能は、 本明細書の背景技術の欄の特 許文献 3が参考になるものとする。
本発明のマルチ渦流量計 1は、 流管 2の流路 4 0を流れる被測
定流体の流れの状況に応じて渦流量計の機能と熱式流量計の機能と を使い分けることができるようになつている (すなわち、 微少流量 域や低流量域では、 熱式流量計の機能によって計測がなされ、 高流 量域では、 渦流量計の機能によって計測がなされるようになつてい る) 。
本発明のマルチ渦流量計 1は、 以上の説明からも分かるように 防爆及び高温対応形となる構造になっている。
その他、 本発明は本発明の主旨を変えない範囲で種々変更実施 可能なことは勿論である。
Claims
1 . 流管の流路に設けられて被測定流体を通過させる測定管と、 前 記被測定流体の流れに対向するように前記測定管に設けられる渦発 生体と、 該渦発生体により生じるカルマン渦に基づく変化を検出す る渦検出器とを有する渦式検出手段を備えるとともに、 前記流路に 突出する感温センサ及び加熱感温センサを有する熱式検出手段を備 えるマルチ渦流量計において、
前記感温センサ及び前記加熱感温センサの各金属管体を前記渦検 出器の金属容器に対し揷通状態で液密に溶接固定し、 この溶接固定 した前記感温センサ及び前記加熱感温センサの各リード線と前記渦 検出器のセンサのリ一ド線とを前記金属容器の内部で纏め、 さらに 、 この纏めたリ一ド線群を前記金属容器に取り付けた金属パイプを 介して流量変換器側へ引き出す
ことを特徴とする防爆高温対応形マルチ渦流量計。
2 . 請求項 1に記載の防爆高温対応形マルチ渦流量計において、 前記渦発生体に鍔部を設け、 前記感温センサ及び前記加熱感温セ ンサの前記各金属管体の端部を前記鍔部にて支持する
ことを特徴とする防爆高温対応形マルチ渦流量計。
