Abstract

A conveyance device (10) is configured to carry a product (12). The conveyance device (10) includes a first path (14) configured to carry product (12) in a first direction, a second path (18) configured to carry the product (12) in a second direction, and a transfer assembly (22) positioned adjacent to a portion of the first path (19) to facilitate transfer of the product (12) from the first path (14) to the second path (18). The conveyance device (10) also includes a guide system (110) configured to move the transfer assembly (22) along the first path. The guide system (110) includes a base (114) positioned proximate the first path and the second path and an arm (122) coupled to the base (114) and extending above a portion of the first path and a portion of the second path. The arm (122) is configured to move in a first manner and a second manner relative to the base. The transfer assembly (22) is movably coupled to the arm.
