金属ブロックから一体型の機構を構成するにはワイヤッカッ ト、 微妙な切削加工等高精度で複雑な加工処理を行う必要があり、 この 結果部品の加工費用は従来の組み立て型における個々の部品を製造 する場合に比較して大幅に上昇してしまう。 さらに、 金属ブロック の加工部分の一部で加工が不適切であった場合、 一体型であるため プロック全体が使用不能となり、 製品としての歩留りが悪いことも 価格上昇の重要な原因となっている。 同様に電子天抨使用段階で荷 重測定機構が故障した場合には部品交換は不可能であるため、 一体 型荷重計測機構全体を交換せねばならず、 修理費も高価になること は避けられない。
以上の観点から、 上述のような完全一体型の荷重計測機構は実機 として構成する段階では、 製品の歩留り、 メンテナンス等の点から 問題が多い。
この点を考慮して、 従来より荷重測定機構の一部のみを一体化し て機構組み立ての容易性と、 製品の製造コス卜の低減の両立を図ろ うとした提案がいくつかなされている。
先行技術文献である実開昭 6 4— 5 1 2 7号公報に示される考案 は、 予め支点や梃子部等を機械加工により形成した薄板をスぺーサ を介してネジ止めすることより全体としてロバーバル機構、 梃子機 構を有する荷重計測機構を構成するようになっている。 このように 複数の部品から構成とすることにより、 部品の一部に不良があって もその部分を交換することが可能となるため、 前記完全一体型の構 成に比較して製品としての歩留りはかなり向上することが期待され る。
上記先行技術文献の考案においては支点や梃子部分を切削形成し た同一形状の 2枚の薄板をスぺ一サの両側に対してネジ止めして、 全体としてロバーバル機構及び梃子機構を構成するようになってい る。 このためこの二枚の薄板の取り付け状態が僅かでも狂うと、 口 バーバル機構、 梃子機構の全体が歪みを生じて荷重計測に支障を来 す可能性がある。 従って、 組み立てには細心の注意が必要となる。 またこの考案では垂直方向の実荷重を受けるロバーバル機構を、 水 平方向に配置した止めネジで固定する構成であるため、 荷重により 部材の取り付け位置が変化し、 計量器として安定した性能が出せな い懸念がある。
特開 2 0 0 2— 1 4 8 1 0 5号公報に記載の発明は、 ロバ一バル 機構及び梃子機構の一部を一つの金属ブロックから一体的に構成し かっこの金属ブロックの梃子部に対して長尺のビームを連接して梃 子比を高く設定したものであるが、 ビ一ム部分以外は完全一体型で あり、 前記完全一体型の構成と共通の問題がある。 同様に特許第 2 5 7 0 4 0 5号もその主要部を一体型としておりやはり完全一体型 の構成と共通の問題がある。
特開 2 0 0 1 — 0 6 6 1 7 8号公報に記載の発明は、 二重梃子構 成のうち第 2梃子をロバーバル機構の一側に配置する非対称構成と し、 同一 状の 2枚の薄板から成る梃子部のように 2枚の部材の取 り付けを完全一致させるような微調整は不要になるものの、 その構 成上第 2梃子がロバ一バル機構部の側部に張出位置するため、 機構 の小型化の要請及び構 部品点数の削減による組立誤差の低減、 コ ストダウンに対しては十分に対応することができないという問題が ある。
また、 特開 2 0 0 0— 2 8 3 8 2 9号公報には、 完全一体型機構 の歩留りの悪さを克服しかつ完全一体型機構と同等のコンパク トか つ高性能な荷重伝達機構を提供することを目的として、 ロバーバル 機構とこのロバ一バル機構に案内されて負荷された荷重を電磁部に 伝達する荷重伝達用ビームとを有する電磁平衡式秤において、 荷重 受容部と固定部との間に空間部が形成されることによりロバ一バル として作動する部分が形成された一体型のロバーバル機構部と、 荷 重伝達用ビームと、 この荷重伝達用ビームの支点となる部材及び力 点となる部材とを有し、 荷重伝達用ビームの支点及び力点がこの空 間部に位置するよう、 支点及び力点を構成する部材の取り付け部が 当該空間部内に形成される、' という構造が記載されている。 しかし ながら、 機構の組み立ての容易性及び組み立て後の微調整の最小化 などの要請を十分に満足するものにはなり得ない、 という問題があ る。 '

本発明は、 機構の組み立てが容易で、 従って機構組み立て後の微 調整も不要または最小限に止められ、 かつ高性能で小型な電磁平衡 式荷重計測機構を有する電子天抨を提供することを課題とする。 課題を解決するための手段
本発明は上記課題を達成するため以下の構成を有する。
第 1の梃子部材とこの第 1の梃子部材に接続する第 2の梃子部材 を有する二重梃子構造を有する荷重計測機構であって、 第 2の梃子 部材は支点部と第 1の梃子部材に接続する力点部と、 梃子部の少な く とも一部が同一平面上に形成され、第 1の梃子部材は(固定ブロッ ク、浮枠ならびに上部副棹および下部副棹により形成された)口パー バル機構内又はロバーバル内に配置され、 同時に第 2の梃子部材は 当該ロバ一バル機構の一側面に対して取り付けられるよう構成した ことを特徴とする電子天抨の荷重伝達機構に関する。
また、 第 2の梃子部材のうち支点部、 力点部のうち少なくとも一 方は第 2の梃子部材本体と連接部分によりその両端が梃子部材本体 と連接するよう形成され、 当該第 2の梃子部材を前記ロバ一バル機 構及び第 1の梃子部材にネジ止めした後、 この連接部分を取り外す ことを特徴とする電子天枰の荷重伝達機構の組み立て方法に関する。 発明の効果
第 2の梃子部は薄板で平板状に形成されており、 かつロバ一バル 機構の一側に対してネジ止めで取り付けられるため荷重計測機構の 組み立てが容易で、 小型化が可能であり、 かつ同一形状の二枚の薄 板を用いる場合のように組み立て後の微調整も事実上不要となる。 第 2の梃子部材の一部を成す支点部、 力点部は当該第 2の梃子部 材本体と連接部を介してその両端が当該第 2の梃子部.材本体と連接 しているので、 第 2の梃子部材をロバーバル機構側にネジにより取 り付ける際にこの連接部が梃子部の剛性を高め、 かつ組み立て時の ネジ止めのトルクを解消し、 かつネジ止めが完了した後に連接部を 取り去ることにより、 特別な技能を有する者で無くても適正かつ安 全に荷重計測機構を組み立てることができ、 高性能な荷重計測機構 を高い歩留りで生産することが可能となる。

発明を実施するための最良の形態
第 2の梃子部材のうち支点部と力点部、 及び梃子部の一部は同一 平面上にあるように一枚の薄板から形成され、 かつ力点部を介して 支点部に対向する側の端部には作用点部として電磁部に位置するフ オースコイルが配置され、 ロバ一パル機構の一側に設けられた第 2 の梃子部材の梃子部のフォースコイル設置側の端部はフォ—スコィ ルが電磁部に位置するよう屈曲形成されている。
実施例 1
本発明に係,る荷重計測機構のうち、 秤量物の荷重を電磁部に伝達 する荷重伝達機構は、 大別すると第 1の梃子部材を内蔵又し、 又は この第 1の梃子部材がー側面に配置されたロバーバル機構と、 この ロバーバル機構の一側に対して取り付けられる第 2の梃子部を構成 する一体型の第 2の梃子部材 (以下 「一体型第 2梃子構成部材」 と 称する) とから成っている。
第 1図は上記荷重計測機構のうち、 電磁部を省略した荷重伝達機 構の構成を示す分解図である。
図中符号 Aで示す部材は一体型第 2梃子構成部材であって、 この 一体型第 2梃子構成部材 A以外はすべて第 1の梃子部材を内蔵する ロバーバル機構を構成する部材である。
このうち先ずロバ一バル機構の構成を説明し、 続いてこのロバ一 パル機構に対して取り付けられる第 2の梃子部材の構成を説明する。 符号 1は固定ブロック、 符号 2は抨量物の荷重を受ける浮枠、 3 は上部副桿、 4は下部副桿であり、 これら 4個の部材をネジ止めす ることによりロバ一バル機構が構成される。
符号 5は第 1の梃子部材であって、 ロバーバル機構内に次のよう な構成で配置される。
1 1 A、 1 1 Bは第 1の梃子部材の支点を形成するバネ材であつ て、 上下にネジ止め部が形成され、 それぞれの下部のネジ止め部は 前記固定ブロック 1にネジ止めされ、 かつ上部のネジ止め部は第 1 の梃子部材 5の端部両側にネジ止めされ、 これらバネ材 1 1 A、 1 1 Bを支点として第 1の梃子部材 5が揺動可能に構成されている。 符号 1 2は吊りパンドを構成するバネ材であって、 下部のネジ止 め部は浮枠 2にネジ止めされ、 上部のネジ止め部は前記第 1の梃子 部材のうち、 支点用バネ材 1 1 A、 1 1 Bの取り付け部の中央に幅. L 1 を以て突出形成された浮枠取り付け部に対してネジ止めされる。 これにより第 1の梃子部材 5は支点取り付け部と後述する第 2の梃 子部材の力点取り'付け部たるネジ穴 5 aとの距離 L 2からなる梃子 比 L 1対 L 2を以て前記浮枠の昇降動作に対応し、 かつロバーバル 機構に案内されて揺動するよう構成される。
次に第 2の梃子部材 Aの構成について説明する。
この一体型第 2梃子構成部材 Aは一つの薄板から形成されるか、 或いは第 2図に示す第 2の実施例のように梃子部を構成する薄板に 対して支点部、 力点部等が形成された薄板を取り付けた構成として 形成される。
一体型第 2梃子構成部材 Aのうち、 符号 6示す部分は第 2梃子を 構成する第 2梃子部であ: 3て、 その端部はロバーバル機構側に屈曲 し、 その端部には電磁部の一部を構成するフォースコイル 7が設け られている。
一方、 第 2梃子部の他端には支点部 8が形成され、 この支点部 8 に隣接して前記第 1の梃子部材 5に接続する接続部材たる力点部 9 が形成されている。 符号 8 a、 9 aは支点部 8及び力点部 9に設け られたネジ止め孔である。 符号 1 0は支点部 8、 力点部 9のうち第 2梃子部 6側に接続する接続部と対向する側の端部に連接する連接 部であり、 この連接部 1 0はこれら支点部 8、 力点部 9を支持する 枠体として構成されている。
以上の構成を有する一体型第 2梃子構成部材 Aは次の要領で前記 ロバーバル機構に対して取り付けられる。
即ち、 一体的に構成された口パーパル機構のうち、 固定ブロック 1のネジ孔 1 aに対して支点部 8のネジ止め孔 8 aを揷通してネジ が螺合され、 同様に力点部 9のネジ止め孔 9 aを揷通したネジが第 1梃子部材 5のネジ孔 5 aに螺合することにより力点部 9 も第 1梃 子部材 5に固定される。
後述の第 2図以降の一体型第 2梃子構成部材の構成から明らかな とおり、 第 2梃子部 6の揺動動作を円滑にするため支点部 8、 力点 部 9 と第 2梃子部 6の接続部は極めて薄く形成されており物理的に も脆弱な構造となっている。 このため、 連接部材 1 0がない状態で 前記支点部 8、 力点部 9をネジ止めしょうとすると、 ねじ込み時に ネジの回転トルクがこれら支点部 8、 力点部 9に伝達され、 上記薄 肉部ではこの回転トルクに抗し切れず支点部 8、 力点部 9はその取 付けが変位してしまう可能性が高く、 組み立てによる変位が僅かな 場合でも組み立て後の微調整は必至となり、 多くの場合は組み立て 歪みによる性能低下を招く ことになる。
これに対して、 連接部 1 0が形成されていれば一体型第 2,梃子構 成部材の剛性は十分に高くなり、 ネジ止めの回転トルクは連接部 1 0側に支持されて前記薄肉部に対する回転トルクの伝達は回避され、 適正な状態で容易に一体型第 2梃子構成部材 4全体を取り付けるこ とが可能となる。 一体型第 2梃子構成部材 Aの取り付けが完了した ならば連接部 1 0は取り外される。 この場合、 一体型第 2梃子構成 部材 1本体から取り外す部分を、 ネジ止め時の回転トルクを支持で きる範囲で剛性を落とした薄肉相当の形状に予め形成しておけば、 連接部 1 0の取り外しはラジオペンチ、 プライヤ一等の工具で容易 に取り外しが可能である。
なお、 本願発明には直接的には関係しないが、 一体型第 2梃子構 成部材 Aが取り付けられる際に、 フォースコイル 7が電磁部の所定 の位置に配置されることはもとより当然である。
第 2図は上記構成の荷重計測機構の組み立て状態を示す。 符号 1 3は電磁部であって、 この電磁部 1 3内に前記一体型第 2梃子構成 部材 Aの一端に設けられたフォースコイル 7が収納配置されている。 また符号 1 4は抨量皿であって、 抨量皿 1 4上の抨量皿の荷重 Wは この抨量皿 1 4を介して浮枠 2を変位するよう伝達される。 即ち、 秤量皿 1 4上の秤量物の荷重により浮枠 2は X I方向に下降しょう とし、 この動作は吊りバンド 1 2と支点用バネ材 1 1 a、 1 1 Bに より第 1の梃子部材 5の他端を Y 1方向に上昇させるように作用す る。
この第 1の梃子部材 5の動作は第 1の梃子部 5に接続する一体型 第 2梃子構成部材 Aの力点部 9に伝達され、 支点部 8を支点として 当該力点部 9が Y 2方向に上昇するよう作用し、 さらに支点部 8と 力点部 9 との距離および支点部 8とフォースコイル 7 との距離を梃 子比とする梃子部 6により、 Y 3方向に上昇する増幅された動作と してフォースコイル 7に伝達される。 この Y 3方向に対する動作を 打ち消し平衡するようフォースコイル 7に電力を供給し、 この電力 の供給量から秤量物の荷重を算出する。 なお図中格子状に示された 部分が、 機構組み立て後に取り去られる連接部 1 0である。 実施例 2
第 3図は本発明の第 2の実施例を示す。
第 1図に示す一体型第 2梃子構成部材 Aでは全体が一つの部材で 構成されているが、 本実施例では、 梃子部 6を中心とする一体型第 2梃子構成部材 Aの本体に対して支点部、 力点部を構成する部分が 別の材料からなる薄板により形成され、 この薄板が前記本体 Aに固 設されるよう構成されている。
電子天枰においては、 秤量物の荷重を電磁部に対して確実に伝達 する必要があるため、 一体型第 2梃子構成部材 A全体では比較的高 い剛性が要求されるが、 逆に前記支点部、 力点部にあっては梃子の 動作を敏感にするためバネ材等の変形及び変形の復元が容易な可撓 性の高い材料が要求される。 このため本実施例ではこの変形部形成 部材 Bはバネ材により構成され、 かつアルミニウム等の軽くかつ剛 性の高い材料により構成された一体型第 2梃子構成部材 Aの本体に 対して前記部分 Bが固設一体化されるよう構成されている。
この変形部形成部材 Bの一体型第 2梃子構成部材 Aに対する取り 付けはかしめ、 ネジ止め等適宜の手段が利用可能である。 なお図中 前記実施例 1 と同じ部材は全て同じ符号で示している。 同図 (D ) は変形部形成部材 Bにおける連接部 1 0の取り外し状態を示すが、 図示のように一連の連接部 1 0を一挙に取り去るか、 幾つかの部分 に別けて順次取り去るかは組み立て工程の設定如何によつて自由に 決めることができる。 なお支点部 8のうち薄肉部 8 bが実際に支点 として作用する部分である。
実施例 3 第 4図に示す第 3の実施例においては支点部 8の支点 8 bは、 一 体型第 2梃子構成部材の後端部に位置する、 変形部形成部材 Bの立 ち上がり部 B aに連接するよう構成されている。 この実施例では支 点部 8の支点として作用する部分と力点部 9の力点として作用する 部分の高さを同一とし、 重心パランスの良い電磁平衡式天秤の供給 が可能となる利点がある。
実施例 4
第 5図は第 4の実施例をしめす。 この実施例では、 力点部 9のう ちネジ止め穴 9 aを有する力点取り付け部と一体型第 2梃子構成部 材 Aの梃子部 6 とを接続する部分を、 衝撃吸収部 9 bとして形成し ている。 即ち、 図示の構成ではこの衝撃吸収部 9 bは側面形状が略 Z型となるよう波形に形成されている。 この構成により、 例えば秤 量皿に対して秤量物を落下させる等により、 第 1梃子部材を介して 力点部 9の取り付け部に大きな衝撃が加わった場合に、 この波型の 衝撃吸収部 9 bが、その波形を伸ばすように変形して衝撃を吸収し、 荷重測定機構側に損傷が生じるのを防止することが可能となる。 上記衝撃吸収部の形成は、 第 1図に示すような変形部形成部材を 持たず、 一体型第 2梃子構成部材 Aに対して直接形成することも可 能であるが、 図示の構成のように変形部形成部材 Bに形成すれば、 当該変形部形成部材 B自体がバネ材で構成されているため、 より効 果的な衝撃の吸収が可能となる。 なお、 図示の構成では一体型第 2 梃子構成部材 Aの後端に位置する立ち上がり部は一体型第 2梃子構 成部材 Aの本体の一部 A aとして構成されているが、 第 4図に示す 実施例 3の場合と同様に変形部形成部材 B側に形成された立ち上が り部 B aとすることももとより可能である。 実施例 5
第 6図は第 5の実施例を示す。 この実施例は前記第 4の実施例の 変形例であって、 力点部 9の衝撃吸収部 9 bの構造が、 前記波形に 対して環状に形成されている点に特徴がある。 この形状の衝撃吸収 部 9 bの構成は、 衝撃が環状部分の全伴に分散されるため、 前実施 例に比較してより大きな衝撃が発生した場合に変形することになり、 特に秤量の大きな電子天枰に対して利用するとよい構成となってい る。
産業上の利用可能性
本発明を、 電子天秤の荷重計測機構に取り付けるための部材であ る一体型第 2梃子構成部材として説明したが、 所定の部材を所定の 取り付け対象に対して取り付け (ネジ止め) した後に、 取り付け部 分を一体化していた連接部を取り去る方法は、 精密機械部品を中心 として他の技術分野において幅広く応用可能である。
また上記各実施例では力点部、 支点部を有する一体形の梃子部材 を、 ロバーバル機構内に配置された第 1の梃子部材に対して接続す る第 2の梃子部材を有する一体型第 2梃子構成部材を例に説明した が、 第 1の梃子部材を廃して、 この一体型梃子部材を唯一の梃子部 材とし構成することも当然可能である。

Claims

請求の範囲
1 . ロバーバル機構に案内されて作動する梃子を用いて秤量物 の荷重を電磁部に伝達するよう構成された電子天秤の荷重計測機構 において、 梃子本体とこの梃子本体に連接する支点部、 及び力点部 は同一平面上に位置するよう一体形として構成され、 この部材の支 点部と力点部のそれぞれの一端を前記ロバ一バル機構の一方の側部 に固定するよう構成したことを特徴とする電子天秤の荷重計測機構。
2 . 前記一体的部材のうち、 支点部及び力点部のロバーバル機 構側の取り付け端は、 取り外し可能な連接部により一体形の梃子部 材本体に対して連接されるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項
1記載の電子天秤の荷重計測機構。
3 . 前記一体型の支点部及び力点部は梃子構成部材本体とは別 個に、 変形部形成部材として構成され、 かっこの一体型の変形部形 成部材が梃子構成部材に対して固設されていることを特徴とする請 求項 1又は 2記載の電子天抨の荷重計測機構。
4 . 前記力点部のロバーバル機構側取り付け部と、 一体型梃子 部材本体側接続部との間に、 瞬間的な衝撃により変形して当該衝撃 を吸収する衝撃吸収部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項 1 乃至 3の何れかに記載の電子天抨の荷重計測機構。
5 . 前記ロバ一バル機構側には第 1の梃子部材が組み込まれ、 かつ一体型梃子部材は一体型第 2梃子構成部材として構成され、 力 点のロバ一バル機構側取り付け端部はこの第 1の梃子部材に取り付 けられるよう構成し、 機構全体で二重梃子構造としたことを特徴と する請求項 1乃至 4の何れかに記載の電子天秤の荷重計測機構。
6 . ロバ一バル機構に案内されて作動する梃子を用いて秤量物 の荷重を電磁部に伝達するよう構成された電子天秤の荷重計測機構 において、
固定ブロック、 浮枠、 上部副棹および下部副棹から成る口バーバ ル機構に対して組み込まれる第 1の梃子部材と、
前記第 1の梃子部材が組み込まれた構成に対して取り付けられる 一体型の第 2の梃子梃士部材とから成り、
前記一体型の第 2の梃子部材の取り付けは、 その力点と支点部を ネジ止め穴を介してロバーバル機構側に取り付けるようになつてい ることを特徴とする電子天秤の荷重計測機構。
7 . ロバ一バル機構に案内されて作動する梃子を用いて枰量物 の荷重を電磁部に伝達するようにした電子天秤の荷重計測機構を組 み立てる方法において、 梃子部は、 梃子本体とこの梃子本体に連接 する支点部、 及び力点部が同一平面上に位置するよう一体形として 構成され、 かつこれら支点部及び力点部は連接部により一体型梃子 構成部材本体側と連接され、 この一体型梃子部材の支点部及び力点 部をロバ一バル機構側にネジ止めし、 ネジ止め完了後、 前記連接部 を取り去るようにしたことを特徴とする電子天抨の荷重計測機構の 組み立て方法。
8 . ロバーバル機構に案内されて作動する梃子を用いて秤量物 の荷重を電磁部に伝達するようにした電子天秤の荷重計測機構を組 み立てる方法において、
固定ブロック、 浮枠、 上部副棹および下部副棹により形成された ロバ一バル機構に対して第 1の梃子部材を組み込む工程と、
前記第 1の梃士部材が組み込まれた構成に対して一体型の第 2の 梃士部材をネジ止めにより取り付ける工程であって、 当該ネジ止め によりネジの回転トルクが連結部により支持されるようになってい る工程と、
前記第 2の梃子部材の取り付けが終了した後に前記連結部を取り 去る工程と、 を含むことを特徴とする電子天抨の荷重計測機構の組 み立て方法。
