Abstract
Ein Leistungsschaltung mit einem strombegrenzenden Halblei terschalter und einer an den strombegrenzenden Halbleiter schalter 1 angeschlossene Steuerung 5 zum Auf-und Zusteuern des Halbleiterschalters, weist eine Kurzschlussschutzschaltung 53 für den strombegrenzenden Halbleiterschalter aufweist, die zum Erfassen und Bewerten des Spannungsabfalls über den strombegrenzenden Halbleiterschalter ausgelegt ist.
