[0023] 図 2は、図 1における吸汗性シート 21と補強シート 22との部分断面図であって、両 シート 21, 22は吸汗性シート 21がおむつ着用者の肌に当接するようにして積層一 体化されている。吸汗性シート 21は基材シート 21aとそれをキヤリャとする薬剤成分( 図示せず)とを含むもので、基材シート 21aは吸水性繊維としてセルロース系繊維、よ り好ましくはパルプ繊維を 5〜20g/m2の割合で含む他に、ポリプロピレンを芯成分 としポリエチレンを鞘成分とする複合繊維やポリエステル繊維等の熱可塑性合成繊 維をセルロース系繊維の重量に対して 0〜90重量%含むことができる繊維集合体で ある。図示例では、パルプ繊維 23のみからなり坪量 17g/m2を有するティシューぺ ーパが基材シート 21aとして使用されている。力 うな吸汗性シート 21は、基材シート 21aに所要濃度の第 4級アンモニゥム塩の水溶液やアルコール溶液等の薬剤溶液を 浸漬させた後、その基材シート 21aを乾燥させることによって得られるもので、第 4級 アンモニゥム塩がキヤリャであるパルプ繊維 23に染み込んでその表面や内部に付着 または化学的に結合して一体化している。第 4級アンモニゥム塩は、抗菌剤として使 用されるもので、例えば塩化セチルピリジニゥムゃ塩化ベンザルコニゥム、塩化ベン ゼトニゥム、アルキルピリジニゥムクロライド、アルキルトリメチルアンモニゥムクロライド 、ジアルキルジメチルアンモニゥムクロライド、へキサデシルトリメチルアンモニゥムブ ロマイド、ジデシルジメチルアンモニゥムクロライド、デシルイソノニルジメチルアンモ ニゥムフロライド、へキサデシルピリジニゥムクロライド、 4, 4 ' - (テトラメチレンジカル ボニゥムァミノ)ビス(1—デシルピリジニゥムブロマイド)、 N, N'—へキサメチレンビス (4—力ルバモイル— 1 _デシルピリジニゥムブロマイド)等が使用される。基材シート 21aに薬剤溶液を浸漬させる方法には、基材シート 21aを薬剤溶液の中に放置した り、基材シート 21aに薬剤溶液をスプレーしたりする方法がある。補強シート 22は、お むつ 1が着用状態にあるときに、吸汗性シート 21の組織を維持するために使用され ているもので、エアスルー不織布やスパンボンド不織布等の熱可塑性合成繊維の不 織布で形成されることが好ましい。また、その熱可塑性合成繊維 24が熱捲縮した複 合繊維であって、補強シート 22を柔軟で通気性のよいものにできることがより好まし レ、。補強シート 22は、接着や溶着等の接合手段、高圧柱状水流の噴射やニードル パンチの使用等による繊維交絡手段等によって吸汗性シート 21と一体化される。補 強シート 22はまた、表面シート 2に対して接着や溶着等の接合手段によって取り付け られる。
従来、あせもの発生原因の一つは、多量の汗の発生に伴って汗孔が詰まり、その 後に汗が汗管より表皮や真皮に滲出したときに炎症を起こすことにあるといわれてい た。しかるに、本発明者が知見したところによれば、汗をかいたときに増殖する表皮ブ ドウ球菌の生産物が汗管を塞いであせも発症の原因になることがあり、塩ィ匕セチルピ リジニゥム等の第 4級アンモニゥム塩を一例とするカチオン系抗菌剤やポリリジンを一 例とするポリカチオン系抗菌剤の適量を表皮ブドウ球菌と共存させることによって、肌 を徒に刺激することなく表皮ブドウ球菌の増殖を抑制することが可能であるとの見通 しを得た。図 1 , 2の吸汗性シート 21は、そのような知見に基づいて作られたものであ つて、吸水性に優れており第 4級アンモニゥム塩と強く結合することが可能なセルロー ス繊維の一例であるパルプ繊維 23によって汗を速やかに吸収して、肌に清涼感をも たらすとともに、その汗によってパルプ繊維と一体になつている第 4級アンモニゥム塩 を汗の中に徐々に溶出させて、表皮ブドウ球菌の増殖を抑制しょうとするものである。
[0025] 表 1は、試作した各種の試験用吸汗性シートを蒸留水(DW)と 0. 5%食塩水(NaC laq)との中に 4時間放置したときに溶出した薬剤成分の量を示している。基材シート 2 laには、坪量 17gZm2を有する 3. 4gのティシュぺーパを使用した。この基材シート 21aからは、それを薬剤成分の種類と濃度とが異なる各水溶液の中に放置して各水 溶液を浸漬させた後に乾燥することによって、薬剤成分の含有量の異なる複数の試 験用吸汗性シートを得た。次に、試験用吸汗性シートを 35mlの蒸留水と 0. 5%の食 塩水との中に 20°Cで 4時間放置して薬剤成分を溶出させた。それらの蒸留水と 0. 5 %食塩水とについて、 CrestPak C18Sカラムによる HPLCによって、各薬剤成分 の溶出量を g/1の単位で測定した。蒸留水と 0. 5%食塩水とにおける各薬剤成分の 溶出量は、ほぼ同じであった。

表 2は、第 4級アンモニゥム塩である各種薬剤成分について、その含有量が異なる 試験用吸汗性シートを用意し、その試験用吸汗性シートについての性能評価結果を 示している。表 2における「4時間後溶出量」は、表 1における試験と同様な試験にお いての試験用吸汗性シートからの薬剤成分の溶出量を示している。表 2における「上 腕皮膚試験」は、 5 X 5cmの大きさの各試験用吸汗性シートを健常男性成人 10人の 上腕部に密着させて 24時間後の皮膚の状態を観察した結果を示している。 「あせも 防止効果」の観察結果において、効果が「有」とは 10人中 8人以上に効果が確認で きた場合をいい、「やや有」とは 10人中 6人以上に効果が確認できた場合をいう。効 果が「無」とは 10人中 5人以上に効果が認められなかった場合をいう。また、「肌の異 常」とは、吸汗性シートを密着させた部位とその部位の周辺部位とを比較観察した結 果であって、異常が「無」とは吸汗性シートを密着させた部位について 10人中 10人 に異常がなかった場合をレ、い、「やや有」とは 10人中 8〜9人には異常がなかった場 合をいう。肌の異常についての観察結果からすると、第 4級アンモニゥム塩の含有量 は、 0. 176重量%以下であることが好ましぐ 0. 088重量%以下であることがより好 ましレ、。また、あせも防止効果からすると、 0. 012重量%以上であることが好ましぐ 0 . 029重量%以上であることがさらに好ましい。

この発明において、吸汗性シート 21が湿潤時の引張強度の高いもので、汗を吸収 しても簡単には組織がばらばらになることのない場合には、補強シート 22の使用は 必ずしも必要ではない。また、吸汗性シート 21は、図示例の使い捨ておむつの他に 、トレーニングパンツや失禁患者用のパンツ、その他各種の着用物品と組み合わせ て使用すること力できる。吸汗性シート 21は、そのように組み合わせて使用するもの であることに限らず、単独で使用してもよいものであることはいうまでもない。 産業上の利用可能性
この発明によれば、あせも防止効果を奏することが可能な吸汗性シートおよびその 吸汗性シートを使用した使い捨ておむつの製造が可能になる。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] 吸水性繊維を含む繊維集合体で形成された基材シートと、前記基材シートに含ま れる薬剤成分とからなる吸汗性シートであって、
前記吸水性繊維が少なくともセルロース繊維を含み、前記薬剤成分が第 4級アンモ ニゥム塩であり、前記基材シートが、それに前記第 4級アンモニゥム塩の溶液を浸漬 させた後に乾燥させて、前記第 4級アンモニゥム塩と一体になつていることを特徴とす る前記吸汗性シート。
[2] 前記第 4級アンモニゥム塩力 塩化セチルピリジニゥム、塩化ベンザルコニゥム、塩 化べンゼトニゥムのいずれかである請求項 1記載の吸汗性シート。
[3] 前記基材シートと一体の前記第 4級アンモニゥム塩の量が 0. 012〜0. 176重量% である請求項 1または 2記載の吸汗性シート。
[4] 前記基材シートと一体の前記第 4級アンモニゥム塩の量が 0. 029-0. 088重量% である請求項 1または 2記載の吸汗性シート。
[5] 前記基材シートが前記セルロース繊維としてパルプ繊維を使用して形成されたティ シユーぺーパである請求項 1〜4のいずれかに記載の吸汗性シート。
[6] 前胴周り域と後胴周り域とこれら両域間に介在する股下域とを有し、内面が肌当接 側となり外面が着衣当接側となる使い捨てのおむつであって、
前記前胴周り域と前記後胴周り域と前記股下域とのうちの少なくとも前記後胴周り 域における前記内面に請求項 1〜5のいずれかに記載の吸汗性シートが取り付けら れてレ、ることを特徴とする前記おむつ。
