Abstract

Knochenplatte (1) insbesondere für die Tibia, mit einer L-förmigen Gestalt, a) welche einen längeren Schenkel (2) der Länge L, mit einer Längsachse (7), einer durch die Links- oder Rechtsform der L-förmigen Gestalt definierten äusseren und einer entgegengesetzt angeordneten inneren Längsseite (10, 11) und einer Mittelebene (20); und b) einen quer zur Längsachse (7) des längeren Schenkels (2) endständig an diesen anschliessenden kürzeren Schenkel (3) der Länge I, Dicke D3 mit der Längsachse (14) und einer Mittelebene (21) umfasst; und c) mit einer für den Knochenkontakt bestimmten Unterseite (4), einer Oberseite (5) und mehreren, die Unterseite (4) mit der Oberseite (5) verbindenden Plattenlöcher (6) zur Aufnahme von Knochenfixationselementen versehen ist, wobei die Mittelebene (21) des kürzeren Schenkels (3) relativ zur Mittelebene (20) des längeren Schenkels (2) um einen Winkel α > 0° abgebogen ist, derart dass die Unterseite (4) eine konkave, sich an eine konvexe Knochenoberfläche anschmiegbare Biegung erhält.
