[0003] 従来の客観評価法では、例えば文献「"Objective Perceptual Video Quality Measu rement Techniques for Digital Cable Television in the Presence of a Full Reference" , ITU-T Recommendation J.144, 2004」に記載されているように、対象とする映像信 号は例えば放送局での利用などプロユースの安定した信号を扱えればよぐ標準化 においても客観評価アルゴリズムのみを決めるだけであった。

BT—601"STUDIO ENCODING PARAMETERS OF DIGITAL TELEVISION FOR STANDARD 4:3 AND WIDE-SCREEN 16:9 ASPECT RATIOS" で規定された変換式を用いて変換すればよい。
[0026]
