〔第 1の実施形態〕
以下、本発明の第 1の実施形態に係るカプセル型医療装置誘導システムについて 図 1から図 10を参照して説明する。
図 1は、本実施形態のカプセル型医療装置誘導システムの外観構成を説明する模 式図である。
カプセル型医療装置誘導システム(医療装置誘導システム) 1は、図 1に示すように 、被検者などに投入されるカプセル型医療装置 (医療装置) 3と、誘導用磁界 (制御 磁界)を形成するコイルユニット (誘導部) 5と、金属センサ (検出部) 7Y— 1, 7Y- 2 とを備えている。 [0029] カプセル型医療装置 3は被検体 9の体腔管路内に誘導され、体腔管路の内面の観 察、診断、治療などの医療行為を行うものである。カプセル型医療装置 3には、図 1 に示すように、永久磁石 (磁石) 11と、螺旋部 13と、金属部 (被検出部)が設けられて いる。永久磁石 11は、カプセル型医療装置 3の内部に設けられ、永久磁石 11の動き 力 Sカプセル型医療装置 3に伝達されるようにカプセル型医療装置 3に固定されている 。螺旋部 13は、カプセル型医療装置 3の回転運動を推進力に変換するものである。 螺旋部 13は、カプセル型医療装置 3の外面に設けられたらせん状の突起部である。 螺旋部 13は、中心軸線が、カプセル型医療装置 3の回転軸と同一または略平行とな るように設けられている。金属部は、金属センサ 7Y—1, 7Y— 2に検出されるもので ある。
なお、上述のように、カプセル型医療装置 3に金属センサ 7Y— 1, 7Y— 2に検出さ れる金属部を独立して設けてもょ ヽし、カプセル型医療装置 3に搭載されて!ヽる他の 機器、例えば、上述の医療行為を行う機器が金属センサ 7Y— 1, 7Y— 2に検出され る場合には、金属部を独立して設けなくてもよぐ特に限定するものではない。

なお、上述のように、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5X— 1, 5X— 2対と、誘導用磁界発生 コイル 5Y— 1, 5Y— 2対と、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5Z— 1, 5Z— 2対と力 各コイル 対における法線が 3軸直交となるように配置されて 、てもよ 、し、 3軸直交でなくてもよ ぐ特に限定するものではない。 上述のように、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5X— 1, 5X— 2対と、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5Y- 1, 5Y— 2対と、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5Z— 1, 5Z— 2対とは、各コイル対がへ ルムホルツ様に対向配置されて 、てもよ 、し、ヘルムホルツ様に対向配置されて 、な くてもよく、特に限定するものではない。

ここで、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5X—1, 5X- 2, 5Y- 1, 5Y- 2, 5Z—1, 5Z— 2 により囲まれた領域内に設定される制御領域、および、隣接領域について説明する。 図 2に示すように、コイルユニット 5を X—Y平面に沿ってカットした面を Z軸の正方 向側から見た場合に適用して説明する。この場合、図 3に示すように、誘導用磁界発 生コイル 5X— 1, 5X- 2, 5Y- 1, 5Y— 2に囲まれた領域の中心側に制御領域 17 が設定され、制御領域 17と誘導用磁界発生コイル 5X— 1, 5X- 2, 5Y- 1, 5Y— 2 との間に制御性が低下する隣接領域 19が設定される。
誘導用磁界発生コイル 5X—1, 5X- 2, 5Y- 1, 5Y- 2, 5Z—1, 5Z— 2により囲 まれた領域内には、図 4に示すような磁界強度分布を有する誘導用磁界が形成され ている。誘導用磁界発生コイル 5X— 1, 5X— 2対と、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5Y— 1 , 5Y— 2対と、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5Z— 1, 5Z— 2対とは、各コイル対がヘルムホ ルツ様に対向配置されているため、磁界強度が略一様な領域 (磁界強度の勾配が平 坦な領域)が上記領域内に形成されている。この図 4における磁界強度が略一様な 領域が、図 3における制御領域 17として設定され、図 4における磁界強度の磁界勾 配がきつい領域 (楕円で囲われた領域)が、図 3における隣接領域 19として設定され る。隣接領域 19は、磁界強度の磁界勾配がきついため、制御領域 17と比較して、力 プセル型医療装置 3の操作性が若干低下する。

金属センサ 7Y—1, 7Y—2は、カプセル型医療装置 3の位置情報を検出するもの である。金属センサ 7Y— 1は、図 1に示すように、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5Υ— 1の近 傍領域に配置され、金属センサ 7Υ— 2は、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5Υ— 2の近傍領 域に配置されている。金属センサ 7Υ— 1, 7Υ— 2は、 X軸に沿って延びるように配置 されているとともに、隣接領域 19内に配置されている(図 3参照)。
なお、本実施形態においては、図 5に示すように、被検体 9が Υ軸の軸線方向に沿 つて移動する場合に適用して説明しているため、金属センサ 7Υ— 1, 7Υ— 2は、そ れぞれ誘導用磁界発生コイル 5X—1, 5Χ— 2の近傍領域であって、 X軸に沿って延 びるように配置されている。カプセル型医療装置 3は、被検体 9の移動に伴って移動 するため、カプセル型医療装置 3は、 Υ軸に沿う方向において、制御領域 17から外 れる可能性が高いからである。 X軸に沿う方向、および、 Ζ軸に沿う方向において、制 御領域 17から外れる可能性は低いため、 Υ軸、および、 Ζ軸に沿って延びる金属セ ンサは配置されていない。そのため、金属センサ 7Y—1, 7Υ— 2の配置位置、およ び、配置個数は、被検体 9の移動方向などにより適宜変更されるものであって、特に 限定するものではない。

まず、本実施形態におけるカプセル型医療装置 3の誘導方法の概略について説明 する。
制御部 21は、図 6に示すように、操作部 23から出力された信号に基づいて、カプセ ル型医療装置 3の誘導に必要な誘導用磁界を形成させる制御信号を算出する。算 出された制御信号は、それぞれ信号発生器 27X, 27Y, 27Zへ出力され、信号発生 器 27X, 27Y, 27Zは、制御信号に基づいて、それぞれ所定の波形を有する交流信 号を生成する。生成された交流信号は、それぞれ誘導用磁界発生コイル駆動部 29X , 29Y, 29Zへ出力され、誘導用磁界発生コイル駆動部 29X, 29Y, 29Zは、それぞ れ交流信号を電流増幅する。増幅された交流信号は、それぞれ誘導用磁界発生コ ィル 5X— 1, 5X— 2と、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5Y— 1, 5Y— 2と、誘導用磁界発生 コイル 5Z—1, 5Z— 2と、に出力され誘導用磁界発生コイル 5X—1, 5X—2と、誘導 用磁界発生コイル 5Y— 1, 5Y— 2と、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5Z— 1, 5Z— 2とは、そ れぞれ誘導用磁界における X軸、 Y軸、 Z軸方向に係る磁界成分を形成する。
制御部 21は、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5X— 1, 5X— 2と、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5 Y- 1, 5Y—2と、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5Z—1, 5Z— 2とにより形成される誘導用 磁界の X軸、 Y軸、 Z軸方向に係る磁界成分の磁界強度を制御することにより、所定 の回転磁界 (誘導用磁界)を制御領域 17に形成させることができる(図 3参照)。つま り、制御部 21は、上記回転磁界の回転中心軸線の位置および向き並びに上記回転 磁界の回転方向および回転速度などを制御することができる。
制御領域 17内に配置されたカプセル型医療装置 3は、図 1に示すように、内部に 搭載された永久磁石 11と上記回転磁界とにより回転トルクが与えられ回転駆動され る。カプセル型医療装置 3の位置および回転軸線方向並びに回転方向および回転 速度は、上記回転磁界により制御される。
カプセル型医療装置 3の螺旋部 13は、上記回転磁界により与えられた回転トルクを 、外部との摩擦を利用して推進力に変換する。カプセル型医療装置 1は、螺旋部 13 により変換された推進力により駆動される。上記推進力は、カプセル型医療装置 3の 回転軸線方向に沿う方向に働き、推進力が働く向きは上記回転磁界の回転方向に より制御される。なお、上述の回転磁界によるカプセル型医療装置 3の推進誘導方 法は、特開 2004— 255174号公報にぉ 、て開示されて 、る方法と略同様の方法で ある。
[0043] 次に、本実施形態の被検体 9の観察時におけるカプセル型医療装置 3の位置検出 方法の概略にっ 、て説明する。
まず、図 5に示すように、被検体 9にカプセル型医療装置 3が投入される。このとき、 カプセル型医療装置 3は、まだ制御領域 17内に入っていない状態である。金属セン サ 7Y—1, 7Y—2は、図 1に示すように、この状態力 カプセル型医療装置 3 (金属 部)が制御領域 17内に入ったことを検出できる。具体的には、金属センサ 7Y— 1は、 カプセル型医療装置 3が Y軸の正方向力も制御領域 17内に入ったことを検出するこ とができる。金属センサ 7Y— 2は、カプセル型医療装置 3が Y軸の負方向力も制御 領域 17内に入ったことを検出することができる。カプセル型医療装置 3が、制御領域 17内に入るまでは誘導用磁界によるカプセル型医療装置 3の誘導はできない。その ため、カプセル型医療装置 3が制御領域 17内に入るまでは、被検体 9の移動、また は、コイルユニット 5の移動などにより、カプセル型医療装置 3を制御領域 17内に移 動させる。
上述のように、カプセル型医療装置 3が制御領域 17内に入ったら、誘導用磁界に よるカプセル型医療装置 3の誘導が開始され、カプセル型医療装置 3による観察、治 療などが行われる。
[0044] 次に、本実施形態の特徴であるカプセル型医療装置 3が制御領域 17から外れた、 または、外れそうになって!/、る場合の制御方法につ!、て説明する。
図 10は、図 6のカプセル型医療装置システムにおける制御を説明するフローチヤ ートである。
カプセル型医療装置 3の移動距離が長くなると、カプセル型医療装置 3が制御領域 17内から外側へ移動してしまう場合がある。ここでは、カプセル型医療装置 3が、被 検体 9の肛門側(図 1における Y軸の負方向側)に移動した場合に適用して説明する 。カプセル型医療装置 3が制御領域 17の端部にまで移動、または、制御領域 17から 外れると、金属センサ 7Y— 2がカプセル型医療装置 3の位置情報を検出する (検出 ステップ)(ステップ SI)。
[0045] 金属センサ 7Y— 2の検出信号は、図 6に示すように、演算部 35に入力される。演 算部 35は、カプセル型医療装置 3が制御領域 17内から Υ軸の負方向側へ外れそう になっていると判定する。演算部 35は、判定結果に基づいて、カプセル型医療装置 3を制御領域 17内に戻す方向を算出する。本実施形態においては、カプセル型医 療装置 3を移動させて、カプセル型医療装置 3を制御領域 17内に移動させるため、 カプセル型医療装置 3を制御領域 17内に戻す方向は Υ軸の正方向となる(算出ステ ップ)(ステップ S 2)。
なお、制御領域 17を移動させて、カプセル型医療装置 3を制御領域 17内に移動さ せる場合には、カプセル型医療装置 3を制御領域 17内に戻す方向は Υ軸の負方向 となる。

具体的には、表示部 25に「被検体 9を Y軸の正方向へ移動させて下さい。」という内 容の指示が表示される。なお、上述のように表示部 25に被検体 9の移動方向のみを 表示してもよいし、移動方向の他に、移動距離を表示しても良ぐ特に限定するもの ではない。
なお、本実施形態においては、表示部 25に指示が表示されるとともに、制御部 21 が自動的に駆動部 31を制御して被検体 9を移動させているが、操作者が表示部 25 に表示された指示内容に基づいて、駆動部 31を制御してもよぐ特に限定するもの ではない。
上述のように、駆動部 31により被検体 9を移動させてもよいし、被検体 9自身が移動 しても良ぐ特に限定するものではない。
[0047] 誘導用磁界の発生を停止させる具体的な方法としては、以下の 2つの方法を例示 することができる。
1つ目の方法は、図 6に示すように、制御部 21の制御により、信号発生器 27X, 27 Υ, 27Zから出力される交流信号の出力を OVとする方法である。例えば、カプセル型 医療装置 3が制御領域 17から外れたときは、制御部 21は、演算部 35の出力に基づ いて、信号発生器 27Xから出力される交流信号の出力電圧を OVに制御する。この 場合、誘導用磁界発生コイル駆動部 29Xにおいて電流増幅されても交流信号の出 力電圧は OVのままである。そのため、誘導用磁界発生コイル駆動部 29Xから誘導用 磁界発生コイル 5X— 1, 5X— 2へ電流の流れは止まり、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5X - 1, 5X— 2からの誘導用磁界の発生は停止される。
2つ目の方法は、図 7に示すように、制御部 21の制御により、誘導用磁界発生コィ ル駆動部 29X, 29Y, 29Zの出力を OFFとする(止める)方法である。例えば、誘導 用磁界発生コイル駆動部 29Xの出力部に設けた切り替え部 X, Υ, Zのスィッチを切 ることにより、誘導用磁界発生コイル駆動部 29Xと誘導用磁界発生コイル 5X— 1, 5 X— 2とから構成される電流経路を遮断する方法である。カプセル型医療装置 3が、 制御領域 17内にあるときは、スィッチの出力を ONとする。つまり、誘導用磁界発生コ ィル駆動部 29Xの出力は、そのまま誘導用磁界発生コイル 5X—1, 5X—2に入力さ れる。カプセル型医療装置 3が、制御領域 17から外れたときは、スィッチの出力を O FFとする。つまり、誘導用磁界発生コイル駆動部 29Xの出力は、誘導用磁界発生コ ィル 5X—1, 5X— 2に入力されない。
具体的には、演算部 35は、金属センサ 7Y— 1, 7Y— 2から入力された検出信号に 基づいて、カプセル型医療装置 3が制御領域 17から外れたことを判定する。すると、 制御部 21は演算部 35からの出力に基づ 、て、誘導用磁界発生コイル駆動部 29X の出力を OFFとする。つまり、電流経路を遮断して、誘導用磁界発生コイル駆動部 2 9Xから誘導用磁界発生コイル 5X—1, 5X— 2へ流れる電流の流れを止めることによ り、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5X— 1, 5X— 2からの誘導用磁界の発生は停止される。 この場合、信号発生器 27Xから交流信号が出力されていても、誘導用磁界の発生を 停止することができる。このため、誘導用磁界発生コイル駆動部 29Xからの誘導用磁 界の発生を、容易に停止することができる。 なお、誘導用磁界の発生を停止させる方法は、上記の 2つの方法に限定されない。 上記の 2つの方法を組み合わせることによって誘導用磁界の発生を停止することが できる。
[0048] 被検体 9が Y軸の正方向へ移動することにより、カプセル型医療装置 3は制御領域 17の中心側へ移動する。カプセル型医療装置 3が制御領域 17内に入ると、金属セ ンサ 7Y— 2とカプセル型医療装置 3との距離が離れ、金属センサ 7Y— 2は反応しな くなる(出力がなくなる)。
演算部 35は、金属センサ 7Y— 2の出力がなくなったことに基づいて、カプセル型 医療装置 3が制御領域 17内に入ったと判断する。制御部 21は、演算部 35の判断に 基づいて、表示部 25に表示されていた指示内容を消すとともに、誘導用磁界の発生 を再開する。具体的には、上記の誘導用磁界の発生を停止させる 1つ目の方法に対 しては、強制的に OVとされていた信号発生器 27X, 27Y, 27Zから出力される交流 信号の電圧を、再び、誘導用磁界の発生に必要な所定波形の電圧とする。上記の 誘導用磁界の発生を停止させる 2つ目の方法に対しては、誘導用磁界発生コイル駆 動部 29Xの出力部等に設けられたスィッチを入れて、出力を ONとする。つまり、遮断 された誘導用磁界発生コイル駆動部 29Xと誘導用磁界発生コイル 5X— 1, 5X— 2と カゝら構成される電流経路等を繋ぐ。
以上により、カプセル型医療装置 3は制御領域 17に戻り、誘導用磁界によるカプセ ル型医療装置 3の誘導が継続される。

この構成の場合、超音波センサを被検体 9の体表面に配置して、被検体 9の体腔 内におけるカプセル型医療装置 3の位置を検出してもよい。超音波センサの配置位 置は、誘導用磁界発生コイル 5からの距離などに基づいて決めることができる。超音 波センサの配置位置の指示は、被検体 9に対して照射されるレーザポインタの照射 点を目安にすることができる。

コイルユニット 5は、制御領域 17内にカプセル型医療装置 3を誘導制御する誘導用 磁界を形成するため、制御領域 17内に位置するカプセル型医療装置 3を所定の方 向に誘導することができる。金属センサ 7Y—1, 7Y—2は、カプセル型医療装置 3が 制御領域 17から外れたこと、つまり、制御領域 17内のカプセル型医療装置 3が制御 領域 17を越えて外側へ移動したことを検出でき、カプセル型医療装置 3の誘導制御 が不可能になることを防止できる。同時に金属センサ 7Y—1, 7Y— 2は、カプセル型 医療装置 3が制御領域 17から外れたことを意味する信号を出力することができる。制 御部 21は、コイルユニット 5を制御して誘導用磁界の形成を停止することができるた め、カプセル型医療装置 3が制御領域 17から大幅に逸脱することを容易に防止する ことができる。つまり、誘導用磁界の形成が停止されているため、誘導用磁界により力 プセル型医療装置 3に働く力が無くなり、カプセル型医療装置 3と制御領域 17とを相 対移動させ、カプセル型医療装置 3を容易に制御領域 17内に移動させることができ る。さらに、誘導用磁界によるカプセル型医療装置 3の誘導制御も停止されているた め、誤った操作により、カプセル型医療装置 3が制御領域 17からさらに離れることを 防止できる。

カプセル型医療装置誘導システム(医療装置誘導システム) 101は、図 11に示すよ うに、被検者などに投入されるカプセル型医療装置(医療装置) 103と、誘導用磁界 を形成するコイルユニット 5と、カプセル型医療装置 103の位置検出に用いられる位 置検出用磁界発生コイル (位置検出用磁界形成部、検出部) 105と、磁界検出部 (検 出部) 107と、位置算出部 133 (検出部)と、メモリ 135と、を備えている(図 12参照)。

カプセル型医療装置 103の位置を検出する場合には、図 12に示すように、位置算 出部 133から位置検出用磁界発生コイル 105に交流電流が出力される。交流電流 の周波数は、磁気誘導コイル 115を含む共振回路の共振周波数と略等しい周波数 である。位置検出用磁界発生コイル 105は、図 11に示すように、位置検出用磁界を 発生する。カプセル型医療装置 103が制御領域 17内に位置する場合には、磁気誘 導コイル 115に位置検出用磁界が印加される。位置検出用磁界により磁気誘導コィ ル 115は誘導磁界を形成する。磁界検出部 107のセンスコイル 108には、上記位置 検出用磁界および上記誘導磁界が印加され、センスコイル 108から、上記位置検出 用磁界および上記誘導磁界に係る電圧成分を含む電圧信号である位置検出信号が 出力される。
位置検出信号は、位置算出部 133を介して演算部 35に入力される。位置算出部 1 33は、予め演算部 35のメモリに記憶された位置検出用磁界のみに係る電圧信号に 基づいて、位置検出信号から誘導磁界のみに係る電圧信号を抽出する。位置算出 部 133は、さらに、抽出した電圧信号に基づいて、磁気誘導コイル 115の位置、つま り、カプセル型医療装置 103の位置を算出する。なお、上述の誘導磁界によるカプセ ル型医療装置 103の位置検出方法は、「LC共振型磁気マーカを用いた高精度位置 検出システム」、日本応用磁気学会誌、 29, 153— 156 (2005)において開示されて V、る方法と略同様の方法である。

制御領域 17と磁界検出部 107との相対位置関係を明らかとした後は、上述の 1つ 目の方法と同様にして、カプセル型医療装置 103が、制御領域 17から外れたか否か を判定することができる。

カプセル型医療装置 103が、制御領域 17から外れたと演算部 35に判定されると、 制御部 421は、カプセル型医療装置 103を Y軸の正方向に移動させる制御を行う。 つまり、制御部 421は、信号発生器 27Zに対して、それまで発生していた交流信号 の位相を反転させる( πずらす)制御信号を出力するとともに、信号発生器 27Χに対 して、それまでと同様の交流信号を発生させる制御信号を出力する。このように制御 することで、それまで、カプセル型医療装置 103を Υ軸の負方向に誘導していた回転 磁界 (誘導磁界)の回転方向が逆になる。回転磁界の回転方向が逆になると、カプセ ル型医療装置 103は Υ軸の正方向に誘導される。制御部 421は、カプセル型医療装 置 103を所定量だけ Υ軸の正方向に誘導し、上述のように誘導用磁界の発生を停止 させる。所定量の制御方法としては、カプセル型医療装置 103の誘導時間や、カブ セル型医療装置 103 (回転磁界)の回転数などを制御する方法を挙げることができる

一方、「カプセル型医療装置 103を逆方向に移動」させる場合には、操作者は操作 部 23にカプセル型医療装置 103を Υ軸の正方向に移動させる指示を入力し、その 後、通常のカプセル型医療装置 103の誘導操作が行われる。このときはすでに、力 プセル型医療装置 103は制御部 421により、所定量だけ Υ軸の正方向に移動されて いる。かかる場合、制御部 421によるベッドの移動制御は行われない。

制御部 421は、演算部 35の出力に基づいて制御磁界を形成するため、カプセル 型医療装置 103を自動的に制御領域 17内に戻すことができる。
制御部 421は、カプセル型医療装置 103を制御領域 17に戻す方向に移動させた 後に、制御磁界の形成を停止するため、医療装置が制御領域から大幅に逸脱するこ とを容易に防止することができる。
なお、上記のカプセル型医療装置 103を制御領域 17に戻す方法は、他の実施例 または変形例にお!、ても適応可能であり、上記と同様の効果を奏する。

前記検出部には、前記超音波反射部に反射された超音波を検出する超音波検出 部と、前記超音波検出部の出力に基づいて、前記医療装置の位置情報を算出する 位置算出部と、
が設けられている請求項 1から 4のいずれかに記載の医療装置誘導システム。
[10] 制御領域内に形成した制御磁界により、前記制御領域内に配置された磁気誘導可 能な医療装置を誘導制御する医療装置誘導システムの制御方法であって、 前記医療装置の位置情報を検出する検出ステップと、
前記医療装置が、前記制御領域から外れたことを判定し、前記制御領域に戻す方 向を算出する算出ステップと、
前記医療装置を前記制御領域に戻す方向へ移動させる指示を出力する指示ステ ップと、
前記制御磁界の形成を停止する停止ステップと、 を具備する医療装置誘導システムの制御方法。
[11] 前記指示ステップと前記停止ステップとの間に、
前記医療装置と前記制御領域とを、前記医療装置を前記制御領域に戻す方向に所 定量だけ相対移動させる移動ステップ、
を具備する請求項 10記載の医療装置誘導システムの制御方法。
[12] 磁石が備えられた医療装置と、
前記医療装置を誘導制御する制御磁界を所定の制御領域内に形成する誘導部と 前記制御領域内における前記医療装置の位置情報および Zまたは方向情報を検 出する検出部と、
前記制御領域内および前記制御領域外における前記医療装置の位置情報を検出 する第 2検出部と、
前記第 2検出部の出力に基づいて、前記医療装置が前記制御領域から外れたこと を判定する演算部と、
該演算部の出力に基づ 、て前記誘導部を制御する制御部と、
が設けられ、
前記制御部は、前記医療装置が前記制御領域から外れたら、前記制御磁界の形 成を停止する医療装置誘導システム。
[13] 前記演算部が、さらに前記医療装置を前記制御領域に戻す方向を演算することを 特徴とする請求項 12記載の医療装置誘導システム。
[14] 前記制御部が、前記検出部の検出した前記位置情報および Zまたは前記方向情 報に基づいて前記誘導部力 発生させる前記制御磁界を決定することを特徴とする 請求項 12または 13に記載の医療装置誘導システム。
[15] 前記検出部による前記位置情報の検出の精度が、前記第 2検出部による前記位置 情報の検出の精度よりもよいことを特徴とする請求項 12から 14のいずれかに記載の 医療装置誘導システム。
[16] 前記検出部が磁気センサで構成されており、前記第 2検出部が金属センサで構成 されて ヽることを特徴とする請求項 15記載の医療装置誘導システム。 前記磁気センサと前記金属センサが異なる周波数の磁界に基づいて前記位置情 報を検出することを特徴とする請求項 16記載の医療装置誘導システム。
前記第 2検出部の出力に基づいて、前記検出部の動作状態を制御することを特徴 とする請求項 13から 17の 、ずれかに記載の医療装置誘導システム。
