Abstract

Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Verfahren und eine Anordnung zur Bildung von Zugangsnetzwerken zu einem öffentlichen Netzwerk bereitzustellen, das auf der gemeinsamen Verwendung von Infrastrukturen beliebiger Eigentümer durch mehrere gleichberechtigte Parteien basiert, wobei sicherheitstechnische Randbedingungen berücksichtigt werden sollen. Erfindungsgemäß werden die zur Verfügung gestellten Nutzungsrechte an Ressourcen eines Netzwerkzugangspunktes in eine unabhängige und flexible Nutzerumgebung gekapselt, während die nicht zur Verfügung gestellten Nutzungsrechte in der gekapselten Nutzerumgebung des Eigentümers verbleiben. Die Infrastruktur enthält dann mindestens zwei Nutzerumgebungen, die keinen Zugriff aufeinander besitzen. Für beide Nutzerumgebungen betreffende Entscheidungen und Verwaltungen, beispielsweise die Veränderung von systemkritischen Konfigurationen, wird eine Basisumgebung eingesetzt.
