Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un catalyseur membranaire pour la synthèse d'acide acrylique à partir de glycérol, la préparation du catalyseur membranaire et son utilisation pour la préparation d'acide acrylique à partir de glycérol. Ledit catalyseur membranaire comprend une première couche A 10 constituée d'une phase capable de convertir sélectivement l'acroléine en acide acrylique, et une seconde couche B formée sur ladite première couche A, constituée d'une phase acide ayant une acidité de Hammett H0 inférieure à +2, capable d'effectuer sélectivement la réaction de déshydratation du glycérol en acroléine.
