この発明は、 電源システムに含まれる蓄電装置を昇温するための制御技術に関 する。 背景技術 .. . . .
近年、 ハイプリ ッ ド自動車 (Hybrid Vehicle ) や電気自動車 (Electric Vehicle) など動力源として電動機を搭載する車両において、 加速性能や走行持 続距離などの走行性能を高めるために蓄電部の大容量化が進んでいる。 そして、 蓄電部を大容量化するための手段として、 複数の蓄電装置を有する構成が提案さ れている。
たとえば、 特開 2 0 0 3— 2 0 9 9 6 9号公報は、 複数の電源ステージを備え る電源制御システムを開示する。 この電源制御システムは、 互いに並列に接続さ れて少なくとも 1つのィンバータに直流電力を供給する複数の電源ステージを備 える。 各電源ステージは、 電池と、 ブーストノバック D C— D Cコンバータとを 含む。
この電源制御システムにおいては、 複数の電源ステージにそれぞれ含まれる複 数の電池を均等に充放電させてインバータへの出力電圧を維持するように、 前記 複数の電源ステージが制御される。
—般に、 二次電池やキャパシタなどの蓄電装置は、 温度が低下すると容量が低 下し、 その結果、 充放電特性が低下する。 したがって、 上記のハイブリッド自動 車等においては、 車両システムの起動後、 蓄電装置の温度が低下している場合に は、 速やかに蓄電装置を昇温する必要がある。 特に、 上記の特開 2 0 0 3— 2 0 9 9 6 9号公報に開示される電源制御システムのように複数の蓄電装置を有する システムにおいては、 蓄電部の大容量化のメリットを十分に享受するためには、 走行開始前に蓄電装置を昇温する必要がある。
しかしながら、 上記特開 2 0 0 3— 2 0 9 9 6 9号公報では、 蓄電装置の運用 については、 複数の電源ステージにそれぞれ含まれる複数の電池を均等に充放電 させることを開示しているにすぎず、 低温時に複数の蓄電装置を速やかに昇温す るための手法については特に検討されていない。 発明の開示
それゆえに、 この発明の目的は、 蓄電部を速やかに昇温可能な電源システムお よびそれを備えた車両を提供することである。
また、 この発明の別の目的は、 蓄電部を速やかに昇温するための昇温制御方法 を提供することである。
さらに、 この発明の別の目的は、 蓄電部を速やかに昇温するための昇温制御を コンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムを記録したコンピュータ読取可能な 記録媒体を提供することである。
この発明によれば、 電源システムは、 負荷装置へ電力を供給可能な電源システ ムであって、 充放電可能な第 1および第 2の蓄電装置と、 電力線と、 第 1および 第 2のコンバータと、 制御装置と、 第 1の電圧センサとを備える。 電力線は、 当 該電源システムと負荷装置との間で電力を授受可能なように構成される。 第 1の コンバータは、 第 1の蓄電装置と電力線との間に設けられ、 第 1の蓄電装置と電 力線との間で電圧変換を行なう。 第 2のコンバータは、 第 2の蓄電装置と電力線 との間に設けられ、 第 2の蓄電装置と電力線との間で電圧変換を行なう。 制御装 置は、 第 1および第 2のコンバータを制御する。 第 1の電圧センサは、 電力線の 電圧を検出する。 第 1および第 2のコンバータならびに電力線を介して第 1およ び第 2の蓄電装置間で電力を授受することにより第 1および第 2の蓄電装置の少 なくとも一方を昇温する昇温制御時、 制御装置は、 電力線の目標電圧と第 1の電 圧センサからの検出電圧との偏差を用いた電圧フィ一ドバック制御の演算結果に 基づいて第 1および第 2のコンバータのいずれか一方を制御し、 偏差を非使用と する電圧フィードフォヮ一ド制御の演算結果に基づいて他方のコンバータを制御 する。
好ましくは、 制御装置は、 第 1および第 2の制御部と、 切替制御部とを含む。 第 1および第 2の制御部は、 第 1および第 2のコンバータをそれぞれ制御する。 切替制御部は、 昇温制御時、 電圧フィードバック制御を実行するか電圧フィード フォヮ一ド制御を実行するかを切替可能な切替指令を生成して第 1および第 2の 制御部の各々へ出力する。 第 1および第 2の制御部の各々は、 電圧フィードバッ ク補償部と、 電圧フィードフォワード補償部と、 切替部とを有する。 電圧フィー ドバック補償部は、 対応のコンバータを電圧フィ一ドバック制御可能なように構 成される。 電圧フィードフォワード補償部は、 対応のコンバータを電圧フィード フォワード制御可能なように構成される。 切替部は、 切替指令に従って電圧フィ ードバック補償部の機能を入 Z切可能なように構成される。 切替制御部は、 昇温 制御時、 第 1および第 2の制御部のいずれか一方の電圧フィードパック捕償部の 機能を入にし、 かつ、 他方の制御部の電圧フィードバック捕償部の機能を切にす るように切替指令を生成する。
さらに好ましくは、 電源システムは、 第 2および第 3の電圧センサをさらに備 える。 第 2および第 3の電圧センサは、 第 1および第 2の蓄電装置の電圧をそれ ぞれ検出する。 電圧フィードフォワード補償部は、 第 2または第 3の電圧センサ からの対応の蓄電装置の検出電圧と竃カ線の目標電圧との比を補償量とする。 好ましくは、 制御装置は、 昇温制御時、 放電側の蓄電装置に対応するコンパ一 タを電圧フィ一ドバック制御の演算結果に基づいて制御し、 充電側の蓄電装置に 対応するコンバータを電圧フイードフォヮ一ド制御の演算結果に基づいて制御す る。
さらに好ましくは、 第 1および第 2のコンバータの各々は、 2象限チヨッパ回 路を含む。 制御装置は、 昇温制御時、 充電側の蓄電装置に対応するコンバータの 上アームを構成するスィツチング素子がオン状態となるように、 充電側の蓄電装 置に対応するコンバータを制御する。
また、 この発明によれば、 .車両は、 上述したいずれかの電源システムと、 電源 システムから電力の供給を受けて車両の駆動力を発生する駆動力発生部とを備え る。 また、 この発明によれば、 蓄電装置の昇温制御方法は、 負荷装置へ電力を供給 可能な電源システムにおける蓄電装置の昇温制御方法である。 電源システムは、 充放電可能な第 1および第 2の蓄電装置と、 電力線と、 第 1および第 2のコンパ ータと、 電圧センサとを備える。 電力線は、 当該電源システムと負荷装置との間 で電力を授受可能なように構成される。 第 1のコンバータは、 第 1の蓄電装置と 電力線との間に設けられ、 第 1の蓄電装置と電力線との間で電圧変換を行なう。 第 2のコンバータは、 第 2の蓄電装置と電力線との間に設けられ、 第 2の蓄電装 置と電力線との間で電圧変換を行なう。 電圧センサは、 電力線の電圧を検出する。 そして、 昇温制御方法は、 第 1および第 2のコンバータならびに電力線を介して 第 1およぴ第 2の蓄電装置間で電力を授受することにより第 1およぴ第 2の蓄電 装置の少なくとも一方を昇温する昇温制御時、 電力線の目標電圧と電圧センサか らの検出電圧との偏差を用いた電圧フィードバック制御の演算結果に基づいて第 1および第 2のコンバータのレ、ずれか一方を制御する第 1のステップと、 昇温制 御時、 偏差を非使用とする電圧フィードフォヮ一ド制御の演算結果に基づいて他 方のコンバータを制御する第 2のステップとを含む。
また、 この発明によれば、 記録媒体は、 負荷装置へ電力を供給可能な電源シス テムにおける蓄電装置の昇温制御をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム を記録したコンピュータ読取可能な記録媒体である。 電源システムは、 充放電可 能な第 1および第 2の蓄電装置と、 電力線と、 第 1および第 2のコンバータと、 電圧センサとを備える。 電力泉は、 当該電源システムと負荷装置との間で電力を 授受可能なように構成される。 第 1のコンバータは、 第 1の蓄電装置と電力線と の間に設けられ、 第 1の蓄電装置と電力線との間で電圧変換を行なう。 第 2のコ ンバータは、 第 2の蓄電装置と電力線との間に設けられ、 第 2の蓄電装置と電力 線' tの間で電圧変換を行なう。 電圧センサは、 電力線の電圧を検出する。 そして、 記録媒体は、 第 1および第 2のコンバータならびに電力線を介して第 1および第
2の蓄電装置間で電力を授受することにより第 1および第 2の蓄電装置の少なく とも一方を昇温する昇温制御時、 電力線の目標電圧と電圧センサからの検出電圧 との偏差を用いた電圧フィードバック制御の演算結果に基づいて第 1および第 2 のコンバータのいずれか一方を制御する第 1のステップと、"昇温制御時、 偏差を 非使用とする電圧フイードフォヮ一ド制御の演算結果に基づいて他方のコンバー タを制御する第 2のステップとをコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムを 記録する。
この発明においては、 第 1の蓄電装置と電力線との間に第 1のコンバータが設 けられ、 第 2の蓄電装置と電力線との間に第 2のコンバータが設けられる。 そし て、 第 1および第 2の蓄電装置の少なくとも一方を昇温する昇温制御時、 制御装 置は、 第 1および第 2のコンバータのいずれか一方を電圧フィ一ドバック制御に よって制御し、 他方のコンバータを電圧フィードフォヮ一ド制御によって制御す るので、 第 1および第 2のコンバータをそれぞれ制御する 2つの電圧制御系が互 いに干渉することなく、 第 1および第 2のコンバータならびに電力線を介して第 1および第 2の蓄電装置間で電力を授受することができる。
したがって、 この発明によれば、 第 1および第 2の蓄電装置を速やかに昇温す ることができる。 その結果、 低温下においても、 車両の走行開始時から所望の走 行性能を確保することができる。 図面の簡単な説明

[実施の形態 1 ]
図 1は、 この発明の実施の形態 1による車両の全体ブロック図である。 図 1を 参照して、 この車両 1 0 0は、 電源システム 1と、 駆動力発生部 3とを備える。 駆動力発生部 3は、 インバータ 3 0— 1, 3 0— 2と、 モータジェネレータ 3 4 一 1 , 3 4— 2 と、 動力伝達機構 3 6 と、 駆動軸 3 8 と、 駆動 E C U (Electronic Control Unit) 3 2とを含む。
ィンバータ 3 0— 1, 3 0— 2は、 主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN Lに並 列接続される。 そして、 インバータ 3 0— 1 , 3 0— 2は、 電源システム 1から 供給される駆動電力 (直流電力) を交流電力に変換してそれぞれモータジエネレ —タ 3 4— 1, 3 4— 2へ出力する。 また、 インバータ 3 0— 1 , 3 0— 2は、 それぞれモータジェネレータ 3 4— 1, 3 4— 2が発電する交流電力を直流電力 に変換して回生電力として電源システム 1へ出力する。
なお、 各インバータ 3 0— 1, 3 0— 2は、 たとえば、 三相分のスイッチング 素子を含むブリッジ回路から成る。 そして、 インバータ 3 0— 1, 3 0— 2は、 それぞれ駆動 E C U 3 2からの駆動信号 PWM 1, PWM 2に応じてスィッチン グ動作を行なうことにより、 対応のモータジェネレータを駆動する。
モータジェネレータ 3 4— 1 , 3 4— 2は、 それぞれインバータ 3 0— 1, 3 0— 2から供給される交流電力を受けて回転駆動力を発生する。 また、 モータジ エネレータ 3 4— 1, 3 4— 2は、 外部からの回転力を受けて交流電力を発電す る。 たとえば、 モータジェネレータ 3 4— 1, 3 4— 2は、 永久磁石が埋設され たロータを備える三相交流回転電機から成る。 そして、 モータジェネレータ 3 4 一 1, 34— 2は、 動力伝達機構 36と連結され、 動力伝達機構 36にさらに連 結される駆動軸 38を介して回転駆動力が車輪 (図示せず) へ伝達される。
なお、 駆動力発生部 3がハイブリッド車両に適用される場合には、 モータジュ ネレータ 34— 1, 34— 2は、 動力伝達機構 36または駆動軸 38を介してェ ンジン (図示せず) にも連結される。 そして、 駆動 ECU32によって、 ェンジ ンの発生する駆動力とモータジェネレータ 34— 1, 34— 2の発生する駆動力 とが最適な比率となるように制御が実行される。 このようなハイプリッド車両に 適用される場合には、 モータジェネレータ 34— 1, 34— 2のいずれか一方を 専ら電動機として機能させ、 他方のモータジェネレータを専ら発電機として機能 させてもよレ、。
駆動 ECU32は、 図示されない各センサから送信された信号、 走行状況およ ぴアクセル開度などに基づいて、 モータジェネレータ 34— 1, 34— 2のトル ク目標値 TR 1, 丁 R 2および回転数目標値 MRN 1, MRN2を算出する。 そ して、 駆動 ECU 32は、 モータジェネレータ 34— 1の発生トルクおょぴ回転 数がそれぞれトノレク目標値 T R 1およぴ回転数目標値 MR N 1となるように駆動 信号 PWM1を生成してィンバー夕 30— 1を制御し、 モータジェネレータ 34 一 2の発生トルクおよび回転数がそれぞれトルク目標値 T R 2および回転数目標 値 MRN2となるように駆動信号 PWM 2を生成してインバータ 30— 2を制御 する。 また、 駆動 ECU 32は、 算出したトルク目標値 TR 1, TR 2および回 転数目標値 MRN 1, MRN 2を電源システム 1のコンバータ ECU 2 (後述) へ出力する。
一方、 電源システム 1は、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2と、 コンバータ 8— 1, 8 一 2と、 平滑コンデンサ Cと、 コンバータ ECU2と、 電池 ECU4と、 電流セ ンサ 10— 1, 10— 2と、 電圧センサ 1 2— 1 , 12-2, 18と、 温度セン サ 14— 1, 14一 2とを含む。
蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2は、 充放電可能な直流電源であり、 たとえば、 ニッケ ル水素電池やリチウムイオン電池などの二次電池から成る。 そして、 蓄電装置 6 ― 1は、 正極線 P L 1および負極,锒 N L 1を介してコンバータ 8— 1に接続され 蓄電装置 6— 2は、 正極線 P L 2および負極線 N L 2を介してコンパータ 8— 2 に接続される。 なお、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2を電気二重層キャパシタで構成し てもよい。
コンバータ 8— 1は、 蓄電装置 6— 1と主正母線 M P Lおよぴ主負母線 MN L との間に設けられ、 コンバータ ECU 2からの駆動信号 PWC 1に基づいて、 蓄 電装置 6— 1と主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN Lとの間で電圧変換を行なう。 コンバータ 8— 2は、 蓄電装置 6— 2と主正母線 M P Lおよぴ主負母線 MN Lと の間に設けられ、 コンバータ ECU 2からの駆動信号 PWC 2に基づいて、 蓄電 装置 6— 2と主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN Lとの間で電圧変換を行なう。 平滑コンデンサ Cは、 主正母線 M P Lと主負母線 MN Lとの間に接続され、 主 正母線 MP Lおよび主負母線 MNLに含まれる電力変動成分を低減する。 電圧セ ンサ 18は、 主正母線 MP Lおよび主負母線 MN L間の電圧 V hを検出し、 その 検出結果をコンバータ E CU 2へ出力する。
電流センサ 10— 1, 10— 2は、 蓄電装置 6— 1に対して入出力される電流 値 I b 1および蓄電装置 6— 2に対して入出力される電流値 I b 2をそれぞれ検 出し、 その検出結果をコンバータ ECU2および電池 ECU4へ出力する。 なお、 電流センサ 10— 1, 10— 2は、 対応の蓄電装置から出力される電流 (放電電 流) を正値として検出し、 対応の蓄電装置に入力される電流 (充電電流) を負値 として検出する。 なお、 図では、 電流センサ 10— 1, 10— 2がそれぞれ正極 線 PL 1, P L 2の電流値を検出する場合が示されているが、 電流センサ 10— 1, 10— 2は、 それぞれ負極線 N L 1 , NL 2の電流を検出してもよレ、。
電圧センサ 12— 1, 12— 2は、 蓄電装置 6— 1の電圧値 V b 1および蓄電' 装置 6— 2の電圧値 Vb 2をそれぞれ検出し、 その検出結果をコンバータ ECU 2および電池 ECU 4へ出力する。 温度センサ 14— 1, 14一 2は、 蓄電装置 6—1の内部の温度 Tb 1および蓄電装置 6— 2の内部の温度 T b 2をそれぞれ 検出し、 その検出結果を電池 ECU 4へ出力する。
電池 ECU 4は、 電流センサ 1 0— 1からの電流値 I b 1、 電圧センサ 12— 1からの電圧値 Vb 1および温度センサ 14一 1からの温度 Tb 1に基づいて、 蓄電装置 6— 1の充電状態 (SO C : State Of Charge) を示す状態量 SO C 1 を算出し、 その算出した状態量 SOC 1を温度 Tb 1とともにコンバータ ECU 2へ出力する。
また、 電池 ECU 4は、 電流センサ 10— 2からの電流値 I b 2、 電圧センサ 12— 2からの電圧値 Vb 2および温度センサ 14— 2からの温度 Tb 2に基づ いて、 蓄電装置 6— 2の SOCを示す状態量 SOC 2を算出し、 その算出した状 態量 SOC2を温度 Tb 2とともにコンバータ ECU2へ出力する。 なお、 状態 量 SOC 1 SOC 2の算出方法については、 種々の公知の手法を用いることが できる。
コンバータ ECU 2は、 電流センサ 10— 1, 10— 2および電圧センサ 12 - 1, 1 2-2, 18からの各検出値、 電池 ECU 4からの温度 T b 1 , T b 2 および状態量 SOC l, SOC 2、 ならびに駆動 ECU 32からのトルク目標値 TR 1 , TR 2および回転数目標値 MRN 1, MR N 2に基づいて、 コンバータ 8— 1, 8— 2をそれぞれ駆動するための駆動信号 PWC 1, PWC 2を生成す る。 そして、. コンバータ ECU 2は、 その生成した駆動信号 PWC 1, PWC 2 をそれぞれコンバータ 8— 1 , 8— 2へ出力し、 コンバータ 8— 1, 8- 2を制 御する。 なお、 コンバータ ECU 2の構成については、 後ほど詳しく説明する。 図 2は、 図 1に示したコンバータ 8 _ 1, 8— 2の概略構成図である。 なお、 コンバータ 8— 2の構成および動作は、 コンバータ 8 _ 1と同様であるので、 以 下ではコンバータ 8— 1の構成および動作について説明する。 図 2を参照して、 コンバータ 8—1は、 チヨッパ回路 40— 1と、 正母線 LN1Aと、 負母線 LN 1〇と、 配線 ^^18と、 平滑コンデンサ C 1とを含む。 チヨッパ回路 40— 1 は、 トランジスタ Q1A, Q 1 Bと、 ダイオード D 1A, D 1 Bと、 インダクタ L 1とを含む。
正母,锒 LN1Aは、 一方端がトランジスタ Q 1 Bのコレクタに接続され、 他方 端が主正母線 MP Lに接続される。 また、 負母線 LN1 Cは、 一方端が負極線 N L 1に接続され、 他方端が主負母 HMN Lに接続される。
トランジスタ Q 1A, Q 1 Bは、 負母線 LN 1 Cと正母線 LN 1 Aとの間に直 列に接続される。 具体的には、 トランジスタ Q 1 Aのェミッタが負母線 LN 1 C に接続され、 トランジスタ Q 1 Bのコレクタが正母線 LN1Aに接続される。 ダ ィオード D 1A, D 1 Bは、 それぞれトランジスタ Q 1A, Q1 Bに逆並列に接 続される。 インダクタ L 1は、 トランジスタ Q l Aとトランジスタ Q1Bとの接 続点に接続される。
配線 LN 1 Bは、 一方端が正極線 P L 1に接続され、 他方端がィンダクタ L 1 に接続される。 平滑コンデンサ C 1は、 配線 LN 1 Bと負母線 LN1 Cとの間に 接続され、 配線 L N 1 Bおよぴ負母線 L N 1 C間の直流電圧に含まれる交流成分 を低減する。
そして、 チヨッパ回路 40— 1は、 コンバータ ECU 2 (図示せず) からの駆 動信号 PWC 1に応じて、 蓄電装置 6— 1の放電時には、 正極線 PL 1および負 極線 NL 1から受ける直流電力 (駆動電力) を昇圧し、 蓄電装置 6—1の充電時 には、 主正母線 MP Lおよび主負母線 MNLから受ける直流電力 (回生電力) を 降圧する。
以下、 コンバータ 8— 1の電圧変換動作 (昇圧動作および降圧動作) について 説明する。 昇圧動作時において、 コンバータ ECU 2は、 トランジスタ Q1 Bを オフ状態に維持し、 かつ、 トランジスタ Q 1 Aを所定のデューティ一比でオン Z オフさせる。 トランジスタ Q 1 Aのオン期間においては、 蓄電装置 6— 1から配 線 LN1 B、 インダクタ L l、 ダイオード D 1 B、 および正母線 LN 1 Aを順に 介して、 放電電流が主正母線 MP Lへ流れる。 同時に、 蓄電装置 6— 1から配線 LN1B、 インダクタ L l、 トランジスタ Q 1A、 および負母線 LN 1 Cを順に 介して、 ポンプ電流が流れる。 インダクタ L 1は、 このポンプ電流により電磁ェ ネルギーを蓄積する。 そして、 トラン.ジスタ Q 1 Aがオン状態からオフ状態に遷 移すると、 インダクタ L 1は、 蓄積した電磁エネルギーを放電電流に重畳する。 その結果、 コンバータ 8 _ 1から主正母線 MP Lおよび主負母線 MNLへ供給さ れる直流電力の平均電圧は、 デューティー比に応じてインダクタ L 1に蓄積され る電磁エネルギーに相当する電圧だけ昇圧される。
一方、 降圧動作時において、 コンバータ ECU2は、 トランジスタ Q1 Bを所 定のデューティー比でオン/オフさせ、 かつ、 トランジスタ Q 1 Aをオフ状態に 維持する。 トランジスタ Q 1 Bのオン期間においては、 主正母線 MP Lから正母 線 LN1A、 トランジスタ Q1B、 インダクタ L l、 および配線 LN I Bを順に 介して、 充電電流が蓄電装置 6— 1へ流れる。 そして、 トランジスタ Q1 Bがォ ン状態からオフ状態に遷移すると、 ィンダクタ L 1が電流変化を妨げるように磁 束を発生するので、 充電電流は、 ダイオード D 1A、 インダクタ L l、 および配 線 LN 1 Bを順に介して流れ続ける。 一方で、 電気エネルギー的にみると、 主芷 母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MNしから直流電力が供給されるのはトランジスタ Q 1 Bのオン期間だけであるので、 充電電流が一定に保たれるとすると (インダク タ L 1のインダクタンスが十分に大きいとすると) 、 コンバータ 8— 1から蓄電 装置 6— 1へ供給される直流電力の平均電圧は、 主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN L間の直流電圧にデューティー比を乗じた値となる。
このようなコンバータ 8—1の電圧変換動作を制御するため、 コンバータ EC U2は、 トランジスタ Q 1 Aのオン Zオフを制御するための駆動信号 PWC 1 A およびトランジスタ Q 1 Bのオン/オフを制御するための駆動信号 PWC 1 Bか ら成る駆動信号 PWC 1を生成する。
図 3は、 図 1に示したコンバータ ECU 2の機能ブロック図である。 図 3を参 照して、 コンバータ E C U 2は、 走行時制御部 42と、 昇温制御部 44とを含む。 走行時制御部 42は、 モータジェネレータ 34— 1, 34— 2のトルク目標値
TR 1, TR 2および回転数目標値 MRN 1, MR N 2を駆動 E C U 32から受 ける。 また、 走行時制御部 42は、 電圧センサ 18から電圧値 V hを受け、 電流 センサ 10— 1, 10— 2からそれぞれ電流値 I b 1, l b 2を受ける。
そして、 走行時制御部 42は、 昇温制御部 44カゝらの制御信号 C T Lが非活性 化されているとき、 すなわち、 昇温制御部 44による昇温制御が実行されていな レヽとき、 これらの信号に基づいて、 コンバータ 8— 1, 8— 2をそれぞれ駆動す るための駆動信号 PWC 1, PWC 2を生成し、 その生成した駆動信号 PWC 1, PWC 2をそれぞれコンバータ 8— 1, 8— 2へ出力する。 一方、 走行時制御部 42は、 制御信号 CTLが活性化されているとき、 すなわち、 昇温制御部 44に よる昇温制御の実行中は、 駆動信号 PWC 1, PWC 2の生成を中止する。
昇温制御部 44は、 電池 E C U 4から温度 T b 1 , T b 2および状態量 S〇 C 1, SOC 2を受ける。 また、 昇温制御部 44は、 電圧センサ 12— 1, 12— 2からそれぞれ電圧値 Vb 1, V b 2を受け、 電圧センサ 18から電圧値 Vhを 受ける。 そして、 昇温制御部 44は、 .蓄電装置 6— 1, 6-2の温度を示す温度 Tb l, T b 2のいずれか一方が規定値よりも低いとき、 コンバータ 8— 1, 8 一 2ならびに主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN Lを介して蓄電装置 6— 1, 6 ― 2間で電力の授¾を行なうことにより蓄電装置 6— 1, 6-2を昇温する昇温 制御を実行する。
具体的には、 昇温制御部 44は、 温度 T b 1, T b 2のいずれか一方が規定値 よりも低いとき、 上記各信号に基づいて後述の方法により駆動信号 PWC 1, P WC 2を生成する。 そして、 昇温制御部 44は、 その生成した駆動信号 PWC 1, PWC 2をそれぞれコンバータ 8— 1, 8— 2へ出力するとともに、 走行時制御 部 42へ出力される制御信号 CTLを活性化する。
図 4は、 図 3に示した昇温制御部 44の詳細な機能ブロック図である。 図 4を 参照して、 昇温制御部 44は、 電圧制御部 50— 1, 50— 2と、 切替制御部 7 0とを含む。
電圧制御部 50— 1は、 減算部 52— 1, 56— 1と、 P I制御部 54— 1と、 切替部 55— 1と、 変調部 58— 1とを含む。 減算部 52— 1は、 切替制御部 7 0から出力される目標電圧 VR 1から電圧値 Vhを減算し、 その演算結果を P I 制御部 54— 1へ出力する。 P I制御部 54— 1は、 目標電圧 V R 1と電圧値 V hとの偏差を入力として比例積分演算を行ない、 その演算結果を切替部 55— 1· へ出力する。 すなわち、 1制御部54—1は、 目標電圧 VR 1と電圧値 Vhと の偏差を用いた電圧フィードバック (以下 「電圧 FB」 とも称する。 ) 補償項で ある。
切替部 55— 1は、 切替制御部 7.0から出力される切替信号 S W 1が活性化さ れているとき、 P I制御部 54— 1の演算結果を減算部 56— 1へ出力する。 一 方、 切替部 55— 1は、 切替信号 SW1が非活性化されているときは、 P I制御 部 54— 1の演算結果に代えて値 0を減算部 56— 1へ出力する。 すなわち、 切 替部 55— 1は、 切替信号 SW1が活性化されているとき、 P I制御部 54— 1 による電圧 F B制御の機能を入にし、 切替信号 SW1が非活性化されているとき、 P I制御部 54— 1による電圧 F B制御の機能を切にする。
減算部 56— 1は、 電圧値 Vb 1Z目標電圧 VR 1で示されるコンバータ 8— 1の理論昇圧比の逆数から切替部 55— 1の出力を減算し、 その演算結果をデュ 一ティー指令 T o n 1として変調部 58— 1へ出力する。 すなわち、 この減算部 56— 1における入力項 (電圧値 Vb 1/目標電圧 VR 1) は、 コンバータ 8一 1の理論昇圧比に基づく電圧フィードフォワード (以下 「電圧 FF」 とも称す る。 ) 補償項である。
変調部 58— 1は、 デューティー指令 To n 1と図示されない発振部により生 成される搬送波 (キャリア波) とに基づいて駆動信号 PWC 1を生成し、 その生 成した駆動信号 PWC 1をコンバータ 8— 1のトランジスタ Q 1 A, Q 1 Bへ出 力する。
電圧制御部 50— 2は、 減算部 52— 2, 56— 2と、 P I制御部 54— 2と、 切替部 55— 2と、 変調部 58— 2とを含む。 電圧制御部 50— 2の構成は、 電 圧制御部 50— 1と同様である。 すなわち、 P I制御部 54— 2は、 目標電圧 V R 2と電圧値 V hとの偏差を用いた電圧 F B補償項であり、 減算部 56— 2にお ける入力項 (電圧値 Vb 2ノ目標電圧 VR 2) は、 コンバータ 8— 2の理論昇圧 比に基づく電圧 FF補償項である。 そして、 切替部 55— 2は、 切替制御部 70 からの切替信号 SW2が活 14化されているとき、 P I制御部 54— 2による電圧 FB制御の機能を入にし、 切替信号 SW2が非活性化されているとき、 P I制御 部 54— 2による電圧 FB制御の機能を切にする。
切替制御部 70は、 温度 T b 1, Tb 2に基づいて、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2 の昇温制御を実行するか否かを判定し、 昇温制御の実行時、 図 3に示した走行時 制御部 42へ出力される制御信号 CTLを活性化する。 そして、 切替制御部 70 は、 昇温制御時、 温度 T b 1, T b 2および状態量 SOC l, SOC 2に基づレヽ て、 コンバータ 8— 1の目標電圧 VR 1およびコンバータ 8— 2の目標電圧 VR 2ならびに切替信号 SW1, SW2を生成し、 目標電圧 VR 1および切替信号 S W1を電圧制御部 50— 1へ出力するとともに、 目標電圧 VR 2および切替信号 SW 2を電圧制御部 50— 2へ出力する。
図 5は、 図 4に示した昇温制御部 44による昇温制御のフ口一チャートである。 なお、 このフローチャートに示される処理は、 一定時間ごとまたは所定の条件の 成立時 (たとえばシステム起動時) にメインルーチンから呼出されて実行される。 図 4および図 5を参照して、 切替制御部 70は、 温度センサ 14— 1からの温 度 Tb 1または温度センサ 14一 2からの温度 Tb 2が予め設定されたしきい温 度 T t h (たとえば一 10°C) よりも低いか否かを判定する (ステップ S 10) 。 切替制御部 70は、 温度 Tb l, Tb 2がいずれもしきい温度 T t h以上である と判定すると (ステップ S 10において NO) 、 ステップ S 1 10へ処理を進め るとともに、 走行時制御部 42 (図 3) へ出力される制御信号 CTLを非活性化 する。
.ステップ S 10において温度 T b 1または Tb 2がしきい温度 T t hよりも低 いと判定されると (ステップ S 10において YES) 、 切替制御部 70は、 走行 時制御部 42へ出力される制御信号 CTLを活性化する。 そして、 切替制御部 7 0は、 状態量 SOC 1が状態量 SOC 2よりも少ないか否かを判定する (ステツ プ S 20) 。
切替制御部 70は、 状態量 S O C 1が状態量 S O C 2よりも少ないと判定する と (ステップ S 20において YE S) 、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2をそれぞれ充電 側および放電側に決定する (ステップ S 30) 。 そして、 切替制御部 70は、 電 圧制御部 50— 1の切替部 55— 1へ出力される切替信号 SW1を非活性化し、 電圧制御部 50— 2の切替部 55— 2へ出力される切替信号 S W 2を活性化する (ステップ S 40) 。
そうすると、 .充電側の蓄電装置 6— 1に対応する電圧制御部 50— 1では、 P I制御部 54— 1による電圧 FB制御機能がオフされ、 放電側の蓄電装置 6— 2 に対応する電圧制御部 50— 2では、 P I制御部 54— 2による電圧 FB制御機 能がオンされる。 すなわち、 電圧制御部 50— 1は、 理論昇圧比に基づく電圧 F F制御系となり、 電圧制御部 50— 2は、 P I制御部 54— 2による電圧 F B制 御系となる。
次いで、 切替制御部 70は、 コンバータ 8— 1の目標電圧 VR 1およびコンバ ータ 8— 2の目標電圧 VR 2を生成する (ステップ S 50) 。 ここで、 切替制御 部 70は、 放電側に決定した蓄電装置 6— 2から充電側に決定した蓄電装置 6— 1へ電力が流れるように、 目標電圧 VR 2を目標電圧 V R 1よりも高く設定する。 そして、 目標電圧 VR 1, VR 2が生成されると、 電圧制御部 50— 1は、 目 標電圧 VR 1に基づいてコンバータ 8—1を電圧 F F制御により制御し、 電圧制 御部 50— 2は、 目標電圧 VR 2に基づいてコンバータ 8— 2を.電圧 F B制御に より制御する。 これにより、 蓄電装置 6— 2からコンバータ 8— 2、 主正母線 M PLおよび主負母線 MNL、 ならびにコンバータ 8— 1を順に介して蓄電装置 6 一 1へ電力が流され、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2の昇温制御が実行される (ステツ プ S 60) 。
一方、 ステップ S 20において状態量 OC 1が状態量 SO C 2以上であると 判定されると (ステップ S 20において NO) 、 切替制御部 70は、 蓄電装置 6 —1, 6— 2をそれぞれ放電側および充電側に決定する (ステップ S 70) 。 そ して、 切替制御部 70は、 切替信号 SW1を活性化し、 切替信号 SW2を非活性 化する (ステップ S 80) 。
- そうすると、 放電側の蓄電装置 6— 1に対応する電圧制御部 50— 1では、 P I制御部 54— 1による電圧 FB制御機能がオンされ、 充電側の蓄電装置 6— 2 に対応する電圧制御部 50— 2では、 P I制御部 54— 2による電圧 FB制御機 能がオフされる。 すなわち、 電圧制御部 50— 1は、 P I制御部 54— 1による 電圧 F B制御系となり、 電圧制御部 50— 2は、 理論昇圧比に基づく電圧 F F制 御系となる。 . 次いで、 切替制御部 70は、 目標電圧 VR 1, VR2を生成する (ステップ S 90) 。 ここで、 切替制御部 70は、 放電側に決定した蓄電装置 6— 1から充電 側に決定した蓄電装置 6— 2へ電力が流れるように、 目標電圧 VR 1を肖標電圧 VR 2よりも高く設定する。
そして、 目標電圧 VR 1, VR 2が生成されると、 電圧制御部 50— 1は、 目 標電圧 V R 1に基づいてコンバータ 8— 1を電圧 F B制御により制御し、 電圧制 御部 50— 2は、 目標電圧 VR 2に基づいてコンバータ 8— 2を電圧 FF制御に より制御する。 これにより、 蓄電装置 6— 1からコンバータ 8— 1、 主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MNL、 ならびにコンバータ 8— 2を順に介して蓄電装置 6 一 2へ電力が流され、 蓄電装置 6—1, 6— 2の昇温制御が実行される (ステツ プ S 100) 。
以上のように蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2の昇温制御は実現されるところ、 上述の ように、 電圧制御部 50— 1, 5 0— 2のいずれか一方は、 対応のコンバータを 電圧 F B制御により制御し、 他方の電圧制御部は、 対応のコンバータを電圧 F F 制御により制御する。 したがって、 ともに主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN L の電圧値 V hを制御可能な電圧制御部 5 0— 1, 5 0 - 2が互いに干渉すること はなく、 放電側の電圧制御部により電圧値 V hを目標電圧に制御しつつ、 昇温制 御を実現することができる。
図 6は、 昇温制御時における電力の流れを示した第 1の図である。 この図 6で は、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2がそれぞれ充電個 jおよび放電側のときの電力の流れ が示される。
図 6を参照して、 放電側の蓄電装置 6— 2に対応するコンバータ 8— 2は、 電 圧 F B制御で制御され、 充電側の蓄電装置 6— 1に対応するコンバータ 8— 1は、 電圧 F F制御で制御される。 コンバータ 8— 2は、 蓄電装置 6— 2からの電力を '主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN Lに供給し、 主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN L間の電圧値 V hを目標電圧 V R 2に制御する。
一方、 コンバータ 8— 1は、 電圧値 V hをフィードバックすることなく、 目標 電圧 V R 1と蓄電装置 6— 1の電圧との比で示される理論昇圧比に基づいて制御 されているところ、 コンバータ 8— 2により目標電圧 V R 2に制御された電圧値 V hは目標電圧 V R 1よりも髙いので、 主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN Lか らコンバータ 8— 1を介して蓄電装置 6— 1へ電流が流れる。
そうすると、 蓄電装置 6— 2からコンバータ 8— 2、 主正母,線 M P Lおよび主 負母線 MN L、 ならびにコンバータ 8— 1を順に介して蓄電装置 6— 1へ電力が 流れる。 すなわち、 蓄電装置 6— 1 , 6— 2においてそれぞれ充電および放電が 行なわれ、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2が昇温される。 そして、 主正母線 M P Lおよ び主負母線 MN L間の電圧値 V hは、 コンバータ 8— 2により目標電圧 V R 2に 制御されている.ので、 電圧値 V hを適切な範囲 (駆動力発生部 3や図示されない 平滑コンデンサ Cの耐電圧内) に制御しつつ、 蓄電装置 6— 1 , 6— 2を昇温す ることができる。
図 7は、 昇温制御時における電力の流れを示した第 2の図である。 この図 7で は、 蓄電装置 6— 1 , 6— 2がそれぞれ放電側および充電側のときの電力の流れ が示される。 図 7を参照して、 放電側の蓄電装置 6― 1に対応するコンバータ 8— 1は、 電 圧 F B制御で制御され、 充電側の蓄電装置 6— 2に対応するコンバータ 8— 2は、 電圧 FF制御で制御される。 そして、 コンバータ 8— 1の目標電圧 VR 1は、 コ ンバータ 8— 2の目標電圧 VR 2よりも高く設定される。
そうすると、 蓄電装置 6— 1からコンバータ 8— 1、 主正母泉 MPLおよび主 負母,線 MN L、 ならびにコンバータ 8— 2を順に介して蓄電装置 6— 2へ電力が 流れ、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2が昇温される。 そして、 電圧値 Vhは、 コンバー タ 8— 1により目標電圧 VR 1に制御されているので、 電圧値 Vhを適切な範囲 に制御しつつ蓄電装置 6— 1 , 6-2を昇温することができる。
以上のように、 この実施の形態 1においては、 蓄電装置 6— 1と主正母線 MP
Lおよび主負母線 MNLとの間にコンバータ 8— 1が設けられ、 蓄電装置 6— 2 と主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN Lとの間にコンバータ 8— 2が設けられる。 そして、 昇温制御時、 コンバータ ECU2は、 コンバータ 8— 1, 8— 2のうち、 放電側の蓄電装置に対応するコンバータを電圧 F B制御によって制御し、 充電側 の蓄電装置に対応するコンバータを電圧 FF制御によって制御するので、 コンパ ータ 8— 1, 8— 2をそれぞれ制御する電圧制御部 50— 1, 50— 2が互いに 干渉することなく、 コンバータ 8— 1, 8— 2ならびに主正母線 MP Lおよび主 負母線 MN Lを介して蓄電装置 6— 1, 6-2間で電力を授受することができる。
したがって、 この実施の形態 1によれば、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2を速やかに 昇温することができる。 その結果、 低温下においても、 車両 100の走行開始時 力 ら所望の走行性能を確保することができる。
また、 昇温制御時、 主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN L間の電圧値 V hは、 目標電圧に制御されるので、 主正母線 MP Lおよび主負母線 MNLに過電圧が印 加されるのを防止することができる。 その結果、 主正母線 MP Lおよび主負母線 MN Lに接続される各機器を過電圧破壌から保護することができる。
さらに、 対応の蓄電装置が放電側か充電側かに応じて電圧 F B制御機能を入 切可能な切替部 55— 1, 55 - 2を電圧制御部 50— 1, 50— 2にそれぞれ 設けたので、 昇温制御時、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2の充放電の切替を容易に行な うことができる。 [実施の形態 1の変形例]
実施の形態 1では、 充電側の蓄電装置に対応するコンバータにおいても、 トラ ンジスタがスイッチングされるので、 スイッチング損失が発生する。 そこで、 こ の変形例では、 充電側の蓄電装置に対応するコンバータの上アームをオンとし、 昇温制御時の損失低減を図る。
図 8は、 実施の形態 1の変形例における昇温制御のフローチャートである。 図 8を参照して、 このフローチ " ートは、 図 5に示したフローチャートにおいて、 ステップ S 5 5, S 9 5をさらに含む。 すなわち、 ステップ S 5 0において目標 電圧 V R 1 , V R 2が生成されると、 切替制御部 7 0は、 充電側の電圧制御部 5 0— 1における電圧 F F補償項 (減算部 5 6— 1における入力項) を 1に設定す る (ステップ S 5 5 ) 。 ここで、 電圧制御部 5 0— 1においては、 P I制御部 5 4— 1による電圧 F B機能が切替部 5 5— 1によりオフされているので、 デュー ティー指令 T o n 1は 1となる。 これにより、 コンバータ 8— 1の上アームに対 応するトランジスタ Q 1 Bはオン状態となる。
また、 ステップ S 8 0において目標電圧 V R 1 , V R 2が生成されると、 切替 制御部 7 0は、 充電側の電圧制御部 5 0— 2.における電圧 F F補償項 (減算部 5 6— 2における入力項) を 1に設定する (ステップ S 9 5 ) 。 ここで、 電圧制御 部 5 0— 2においては、 P I制御部 5 4— 2による電圧 F B機能力 S切替部 5 5— 2によりオフされているので、 デューティー指令 T o n 2は 1となる。 これによ り、 コンバータ 8— 2の上アームに対応するトランジスタ Q 2 Bはオン状態とな る。
以上のように、 この実施の実施の形態 1の変形例においては、 充電側の蓄電装 置に対応するコンバータの上アームをオンにするので、 コンバータのスィッチン グ損失が低減される。 したがって、 この実施の実施の形態 1の変形例によれば、 昇温制御の効率を改善することができる。
[実施の形態 2 ]
実施の形態 1では、 昇温制御時、 コンバータ 8— 1, 8— 2のいずれも電圧制 御により制御したが、 この実施の形態 2では、 コンバータ 8— 1 , 8— 2のいず れか一方を電圧制御により制御し、 他方を電流制御により制御する。 実施の形態 2における車両およびコンバータ ECUの全体構成は、 図 1, 図 3 にそれぞれ示した実施の形態 1における車両 100およびコンバータ ECU 2と 同じである。
図 9は、 実施の形態 2における昇温制御部の詳細な機能プロック図である。 図 9を参照して、 昇温制御部 44 Aは、 電圧制御部 50— 1 Aと、 電流制御部 50 一 2 Aと、 目標値生成部 71とを含む。
電圧制御部 50— 1 Aは、 図 4に示した電圧制御部 50— 1において、 切替部 55- 1を含まない構成となっており、 その他の構成は、 電圧制御部 50— 1と 同じである。
電流制御部 50— 2 Aは、 減算部 62, 66と、 P I制御部 64と、 変調部 6
8とを含む。 減算部 62は、 目標値生成部 71から出力される目標電流 I R 2力 ら電流値 I b 2を減算し、 その演算結果を P I制御部 64へ出力する。 P I制御 部 64は、 目標電流 I R 2と電流値 I b 2との偏差を入力として比例積分演算を 行ない、 その演算結果を減算部 66へ出力する。
減算部 66は、 電圧値 Vb 2Z目標電圧 VR 1で示されるコンバータ 8— 2の 理論昇圧比の逆数から P I制御部 64の出力を減算し、 その演算結果をデューテ ィー指令 T o η 2として変調部 6 8へ出力する。 そして、 変調部 68は、 デュー ティー指令 T o n 2と図示されない発振部により生成される搬送波 (キャリア 波) とに基づいて駆動信号 PWC 2を生成し、 その生成した駆動信号 PWC 2を コンバータ 8— 2のトランジスタ Q 2 A, Q 2 Bへ出力する。
目標値生成部 71は、 温度 T b 1 , Tb 2に基づいて、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6- 2の昇温制御を実行するか否かを判定し、 昇温制御の実行時、 図 3に示した走行 時制御部 42へ出力される制御信号 CTLを活性化する。 そして、 目標値生成部 71は、 昇温制御時、 温度 T b 1, T b 2および状態量 SOC 1, SOC 2に基 づいて、 コンバータ 8— 1の目標電圧 VR 1およびコンバータ 8— 2の目標電流 I R 2を生成し、 その生成した目標電圧 VR 1および目標電流 I R 2を'それぞれ 電圧制御部 5· 0— 1 Aおよび電流制御部 50— 2Aへ出力する。
図 10は、 図 9に示した昇温制御部 44 Aによる昇温制御のフローチャートで ある。 なお、 このフローチャートに示される処理も、 一定時間ごとまたは所定の 条件の成立時 (たとえばシステム起動時) にメインルーチンから呼出されて実行 さ^^る。
図 9および図 1 0を参照して、 このフローチャートは、 図 5に示したフローチ ヤートにおいて、 ステップ S 4 0, S 8 0を含まず、 ステップ S 5 0, S 9 0に 代えてそれぞれステップ S 5 2 , S 9 2を含む。 すなわち、 ステップ S 3 0にお いて蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2がそれぞれ充電側および放電側に決定されると、 目 標値生成部 7 1は、 コンバータ 8— 1の目標電圧 V R 1およびコンバータ 8— 2 の目標電流 I R 2を生成する (ステップ S 5 2 ) 。
ここで、 目標値生成部 7 1は、 目標電流 I R 2が正値 (放電方向) となるよう に目標電流 I R 2を生成する。 正の目標電流 I R 2については、 予め設定された 値でもよいし、 蓄電装置 6— 2の状態量 S O C 2に基づいて演算される蓄電装置 6 - 2の放電許容電力を電圧ィ直 V b 2で除算した値でもよい。
また、 ステップ S 7 0において蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2がそれぞれ放電側およ び充電側に決定されると、 目標値生成部 7 1は、 目標電圧 V R. 1.および目標電流 I R 2を生成する (ステップ S 9 2 ) 。 ここで、 目標値生成部 7 1は、 目標電流 1 2カ負値 (充電方向) となるように目標電流 I R 2を生成する。 負の目標電 流 I R 2についても、 予め設定された値でもよいし、 蓄電装置 6— 2の状態量 S O C 2に基づいて演算される蓄電装置 6— 2の充電許容電力 (負値) を電圧値 V b 2で除算した値でもよい。
このように、 この昇温制御部 4 4 Aにおいては、 昇温制御時、 電圧制御部 5 0 — 1 Aは、 電圧値 V hが目標電圧 V R 1となるようにコンバータ 8— 1を電圧制 御により制御し、 電流制御部 5 0— 2 Aは、 電流値 I b 2力 S目標電流 I R 2とな るようにコンバータ 8— 2を電流制御により制御する。 したがって、 主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN Lの電圧値 V hを目標電圧 V R 1に制御し、 かつ、 蓄電 装置 6— 1, 6 - 2間に流す電流を目標電流 I R 2に制御しつつ、 昇温制御を実 現することができる。
図 1 1は、 実施の形態 2における昇温制御時の電力の流れを示した第 1の図で ある。 この図 1 1では、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2がそれぞれ充電側おょぴ放電側 のときの電力の流れが示される。 図 1 1を参照して、 充電側の蓄電装置 6— 1に対応するコンバータ 8— 1は、 電圧制御で制御され、 放電側の蓄電装置 6— 2に対応するコンバ一タ 8— 2は、 電流制御で制御される。 コンバータ 8— 2は、 蓄電装置 6— 2カゝら主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN Lへ目標電流 I R 2に相当する電流を供給する。 一方、 コ ンバータ 8— 2から電流が供給されることにより主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN Lの電圧は上昇するところ、 コンバータ 8— 1は、 主正母,線 MP Lおよび主 負母 HMN L間の電圧値 V hを目標電圧 V R 1に制御する。 すなわち、 コンバー タ 8— 1は、 主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN から蓄電装置 6—1へ電流を 流すことで主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN Lの電圧を目標電圧 V R 1に制御 する。
このように、 蓄電装置 6— 2からコンバータ 8— 2、 主正母線 M P Lおよび主 負母線 MN L、 ならびにコンバータ 8— 1を順に介して蓄電装置 6— 1へ電力が 流れる。 すなわち、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2においてそれぞれ充電および放電が 行なわれ、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2が昇温される。
図 1 2は、 実施の形態 2における昇温制御時の電力の流れを示した第 2の図で ある。 この図 1 2では、 蓄電装置 6— 1 , 6 - 2がそれぞれ放電側および充電側 のときの電力の流れが示される。
図 1 2を参照して、 コンバータ 8— 2は、 主正母線 MP Lおよび主負母線 MN Lから蓄電装置 6— 2へ目標電流 I R 2に相当する電流を流す。 一方、 上記コン バータ 8— 2の動作により主正母線 MP Lおよび主負母線 MN Lの電圧は低下す るところ、 コンバーク 8— 1は、 主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN L間の電圧 値 V hを目標電圧 V R 1に制御する。 すなわち、 コンバータ 8— 1は、 蓄電装置 6— 1から主正母線 M P Lおよぴ主負母線 MN Lへ電流を流すことで主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN Lの電圧を目標電圧 V R 1に制御する。
このように、 蓄電装置 6— 1からコンバータ 8— 1、 主正母線 M P Lおよび主 負母線 MN L、 ならびにコンバータ 8— 2を順に介して蓄電装置 6— 2へ電力が 流れる。 すなわち、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2においてそれぞれ放電および充電が 行なわれ、 蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2が昇温される。
なお、 上記においては、 コンバータ 8— 1, 8 - 2をそれぞれ電圧制御および 電流制御により制御する場合について説明したが、 コンバータ 8— 1, 8— 2を それぞれ電流制御および電圧制御で制御してもよい。
以上のように、 この実施の形態 2においては、 昇温制御時、 コンバータ 8— 1, 8— 2の一方は、 電圧制御により制御され、 他方は、 電流制御により制御される。 したがって、 この実施の形態 2によれば、 主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母線 MN L の電圧値 V hを目標電圧 V R 1に制御し、 かつ、 蓄電装置 6— 1 , 6 - 2間に流 す電流を目標電流 I R 2に制御しつつ、 昇温制御を実現することができる。
[実施の形態 2の変形例]
実施の形態 2では、 蓄電装置 6— 1が充電側の場合においても、 コンバータ 8 一 1においてトランジスタがスィツチングされるので、 スィツチング損失が発生 する。 そこで、 この変形例では、 蓄電装置 6— 1が充電側の場合、 コンバータ 8 一 1の上アームをオンとし、 昇温制御時の損失低減を図る。
図 1 3は、 実施の形態 2の変形例における昇温制御部の詳細な機能プロック図 である。 図 1 3を参照して、 昇温制御部 4 4 Bは、 電圧制御部 5 0— 1と、 電流 ' 制御部 5 0— 2 Aと、 目標値生成部 7 1 Aとを含む。
目標値生成部 7 1 Aは、 昇温制御の実行時、 温度 T b 1, T b 2および状態量 S O C 1 , S O C 2に基づいて、 目標電圧 V R 1、 目標電流 I R 2および切替信 号 S W 1を生成し、 目標電圧 V R 1および切替信号 S W 1を電圧制御部 5 0— 1 へ出力するとともに、 目標電流 I R 2を電流制御部 5 0— 2 Aへ出力する。
なお、 目標値生成部 7 .1 Aのその他の機能は、,図 9に示した目標値生成部 Ί 1 と同じである。 また、 電圧制御部 5 0— 1の構成については図 4において、 また、 電流制御部 5 0— 2 Aの構成については図 9において既に説明したので、 説明は 繰返さない。
図 1 4は、 図 1 3に示した昇温制御部 4 4 Bによる昇温制御のフローチャート である。 図 1 3および図 1 4を参照して、 このフローチャートは、 図 1 0に示し たフローチャートにおいて、 ステップ S 4 2, S 5 5 , S 8 2をさらに含む。 す なわち、 ステップ S 3 0において蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2がそれぞれ充電側およ び放電側に決定されると、 目標値生成部 7 1 Aは、 電圧制御部 5 0— 1の切替部 5 5— 1へ出力される切替信号 S W 1を非活性化する (ステップ S 4 2 ) 。 そして、 ステップ S 5 2において目標電圧 V R 1および目標電流 I R 2が生成 されると、 目標値生成部 7 1 Aは、 ステップ S 5 5へ処理を進める。 すなわち、 目標値生成部 7 1 Aは、 電圧制御部 5 0— 1における電圧 F F補償項 (減算部 5 6 - 1における入力項) を 1に設定する。 ここで、 電圧制御部 5◦— 1において は、 P I制御部 5 4— 1による電圧 F B機能が切替部 5 5— 1によりオフされて いるので、 デューティー指令 T o n 1は 1となる。 これにより、 コンバータ 8— 1の上アームに対応するトランジスタ Q 1 Bはオン状態となる。
また、 ステップ S 7 0において蓄電装置 6— 1, 6— 2がそれぞれ放電側およ び充電側に決定されると、 目標値生成部 7 1 Aは、 切替信号 S W 1を活性化する (ステップ S 8 2 ) 。 そして、 目標値生成部 7 1 Aは、 ステップ S 9 2へ処理を 進め、 目標電圧 V R 1および目標電流 I R 2を生成する。
なお、 蓄電装置 6— 1が放電側の場合にコンバータ 8— 1の上アームを常時ォ ンにすると、 蓄電装置 6— 1の電圧にクランプされる主正母線 M P Lおよび主負 母線 MNしから蓄電装置 6— 2へコンバータ 8— 2が電流を流せない可能性があ るので、 蓄電装置 6— 1が放電側の場合には、 コンバータ 8— 1の上アームを常 時オンにすることなく、 コンバータ 8— 1は目標電圧 V R 1に従って電圧制御さ れる。
以上のように、 この実施の実施の形態 2の変形例においては、 電圧制御される コンバータの上アームを対応の蓄電装置が充電側の場合にオンにするので、 コン バータのスイッチング損失が低減される。 したがって、 この実施の実施の形態 2 の変形例によれば、 昇温制御の効率を改善することができる。
なお、 上記の各実施の形態において、 図 4, 9および 1 3に示した昇温制御部 は、 各ブロックに相当する機能を有する回路で構成してもよいし、 予め設定され たプログラムに従ってコンバータ E C U 2が処理を実行することにより実現して もよい。 後者の場合、 上述した昇温制御部 4 4, 4 4 A, 4 4 Bの制御は、 C P U (Central Processing Unit) によって行なわれ、 C P Uは、 上記の機能プロ ックおよびフローチャートに示される処理を実行するためのプログラムを R OM (Read Only Memory) から読出し、 その読出したプログラムを実行して上記の機 能ブロックおよびフローチャートに従って処理を実行する。 したがって、 R OM は、 上記の機能プロックおよびフローチャートに示される処理を実行するための プログラムを記録したコンピュータ (C P U) 読取可能な記録媒体に相当する。 なお、 上記の実施の形態 1およびその変形例においては、 充電側の蓄電装置に 対応するコンバータを電圧 F F制御により制御し、 放電側の蓄電装置に対応する コンバータを電圧 F B制御により制御するものとしたが、 充電側の蓄電装置に対 応するコンバータを電圧 F B制御により制御し、 放電側の蓄電装置に対応するコ ンバータを電圧 F F制御により制御することもできる。
また、 上記においては、 充電側の蓄電装置と放電側の蓄電装置を決定する際、 単に S O Cが低い方の蓄電装置を充電側 (したがって S O Cが高い方の蓄電装置 は放電側) としたが、 実際には、 ステップ S 2 0において、 蓄電装置 6— 1が充 電側のときは、 状態量 S〇 C 1が状態量 S O C 2 + αに上昇するまで蓄電装置 6 一 1, 6 - 2をそれぞれ充電側および放電側とし、 蓄電装置 6— 1が放電側のと きは、 状態量 S O C 1が状態量 S O C 2 - αに低下するまで蓄電装置 6— 1 , 6 一 2をそれぞれ放電側および充電側とするのが好ましレ、。
なお、 上記においては、 電¾1システム 1は、 2つの蓄電装置 6— 1 , 6— 2お よびそれぞれに対応するコンバータ 8— 1 , 8— 2を含むものとしたが、 さらに 多くの蓄電装置およびそれに対応するコンバータを備えてもよい。 その場合、 任 意の 2つの蓄電装置およびそれらに対応するコンバータを選択して、 上述した手 法により昇温制御を実現することができる。
なお、 上記において、 主正母線 M P Lおよび主負母, MN Lは、 この発明にお ける 「電力線」 に対応し、 コンバータ E C U 2は、 この発明における 「制御装 置」 に対応する。 また、 電圧制御部 5 0— 1 , 5 0— 2は、 それぞれこの発明に おける 「第 1の制御部」 および 「第 2の制御部」 に対応する。 さらに、 電圧セン サ 1 8は、 この発明における 「第 1の電圧センサ」 に対応し、 電圧センサ 1 2— 1 , 1 2— 2は、 それぞれこの発明における 「第 2の電圧センサ」 および 「第 3 の電圧センサ」 に対応する。 また、 さらに、 インバータ 3 0— 1, 3 0— 2およ びモータジェネレータ 3 4— 1, 3 4— 2は、 この発明における 「駆動力発生 部」 を形成する。

1 . 負荷装置へ電力を供給可能な電源システムであって、
充放電可能な第 1および第 2の蓄電装置と、
当該電源システムと前記負荷装置との間で電力を授受可能なように構成された 電力線と、
前記第 .1の蓄電装置と前記電力,镍との間に設けられ、 '前記第 1の蓄電装置と前 記電力線との間で電圧変換を行なう第 1のコンバータと、.
前記第 2の蓄電装置と前記電力,镓との間に設けられ、 前記第 2の蓄電装置と前 記電力線との間で電圧変換を行なう第 2のコンバータと、
前記第 1および第 2のコンバータを制御する制御装置と、
前記電力線の電圧を検出する第 1の電圧センサとを備え、

前記第 1および第 2のコンバータをそれぞれ制御する第 1および第 2の制御部 と、
前記昇温制御時、 前記電圧フィードバック制御を実行するか前記電圧フィード フォワード制御を実行するかを切替可能な切替指令を生成して前記第 1および第 2の制御部の各々へ出力する切替制御部とを含み、
前記第 1および第 2の制御部の各々は、
対応のコンバータを電圧フィ一ドバック制御可能なように構成された電圧フィ ードバック補償部と、
前記対応のコンバータを電圧フィードフォヮ一ド制御可能なように構成された 電圧フィードフォヮード補償部と、
前記切替指令に従って前記電圧フィ一ドバック補償部の機能を入/切可能なよ うに構成された切替部とから成り、

3 . 前記第 1および第 2の蓄電装置の電圧をそれぞれ検出する第 2および第 3の 電圧センサをさらに備え、
前記電圧フィードフォワード補償部は、 前記第 2または第 3の電圧センサから の対応の蓄電装置の検出電圧と前記電力線の目標電圧との比を補償量とする、 請 求の範囲第 2項に記載の電源システム。
4 . 前記制御装置は、 前記昇温制御時、 放電側の蓄電装置に対応するコンバータ を前記電圧フィードバック制御の演算結果に基づいて制御し、 充電側の蓄電装置 に対応するコンバータを前記電圧フィードフォヮ一ド制御の演算結果に基づいて 制御する、 請求の範囲第 1項に記載の電源システム。
5 . 前記第 1および第 2のコンバータの各々は、 2象限チヨッパ回路を含み、 前記制御装置は、 前記昇温制御時、 充電側の蓄電装置に対応するコンバータの 上アームを構成するスィツチング素子がオン状態となるように、 前記充電側の蓄 電装置に対応するコンバータを制御する、 請求の範囲第 4項に記載の電源システ ム。

7 . 負荷装置へ電力を供給可能な電源システムにおける蓄電装置の昇温制御方法 であって、
前記電源システムは、
充放電可能な第 1および第 2の蓄電装置と、
当該電源システムと前記負荷装置との間で電力を授受可能なように構成された 電力線と、
前記第 1の蓄電装置と前記電力線との間に設けられ、 前記第 1の蓄電装置と前 記電力線との間で電圧変換を行なう第 1のコンバータと、
前記第 2の蓄電装置と前記電力 #泉との間に設けられ、 前記第 2の蓄電装置と前 記電力線との間で電圧変換を行なう第 2のコンバータと、
前記電力線の電圧を検出する電圧センサとを備え、
前記昇温制御方法は、
前記第 1および第 2のコンバータならびに前記電力線を介して前記第 1および 第 2の蓄電装置間で電力を授受することにより前記第 1および第 2の蓄電装置の 少なくとも一方を昇温する昇温制 時、 前記電力線の目標電圧と前記電圧センサ 力 らの検出電圧との偏差を用いた電圧フィードパック制御の演算結果に基づいて 前記第 1およぴ第 2のコンバータのいずれか一方を制御する第 1のステップと、 前記昇温制御時、 前記偏差を非使用とする電圧フィードフォワード制御の演算 結果に基づいて他方のコンバータを制御する第 2のステップとを含む、 蓄電装置 の昇温制御方法。
8 . 負荷装置へ電力を供給可能な電源システムにおける蓄電装置の昇温制御をコ ンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムを記録したコンピュータ読取可能な記 録媒体であって、
前記電源システムは、
充放電可能な第 1および第 2の蓄電装置と、
当該電源システムと前記 荷装置との間で電力を授受可能なように構成された 電力線と、
前記第 1の蓄電装置と前記電力線との間に設けられ、 前記第 1の蓄電装置と前 記電力線との間で電圧変換を行なう第 1のコンバータと、
前記第 2の蓄電装置と前記電力線との間に設けられ、 前記第 2の蓄電装置と前 記電力 if泉との間で電圧変換を行なう第 2のコンバータと、
前記電力線の電圧を検出する電圧センサとを備え、
前記記録媒体は、
前記第 1および第 2のコンバータならびに前記電力線を介して前記第 1および 第 2の蓄.電装置間で電力を授受することにより前記第 1および第 2の蓄電装置の 少なくとも一方を昇温する昇温制御時、 前記電力線の目標電圧と前記電圧センサ からの検出電圧との偏差を用いた電圧フィ一ドバック制御の演算結果に基づいて 前記第 1およぴ第 2のコンバータのいずれか一方を制御する第 1のステップと、 前記昇温制御時、 前記偏差を非使用とする電圧フィードフォワード制御の演算 結果に基づいて他方のコンバータを制御する第 2のステップとをコンピュータに 実行させるためのプログラムを記録する、 コンピュータ読取可能な記録媒体。
