磁気式動力伝達装置
技術分野
[0001] 本発明は、磁力を介して複数の部材間で動力を伝達する磁気式動力伝達装置に 関する。
背景技術
[0002] 従来、この種の磁気式動力伝達装置として、例えば特許文献 1に記載されたものが 知られており、この磁気式動力伝達装置は、複数の磁気歯車および装置本体を備え ている。各磁気歯車は、磁性体で構成された円盤状の磁性盤と、この磁性盤の表面 に接着剤を介して取り付けられた円環状の磁気歯リングと、磁性盤の中央部に圧入 された回転軸を有しており、この回転軸は、装置本体に回転自在に支持されている。 磁気歯リングは、永久磁石で構成された多数の磁気歯を平面的に円環状に並べて 組み合わせたものであり、これらの磁気歯は、隣り合う各 2つの磁気歯の極性が互い に異なるように配置されている。また、各磁気歯は、インポリュート曲線のような放射曲 線状の形状を有している。
[0003] この磁気式動力伝達装置では、一対の磁気歯車が、磁気歯リング側の面で互いに 対向し、磁気歯リング間に所定の間隙を有する状態で、両者の磁気歯リング表面の 一部が互いにオーバーラップするように配置されており、このオーバーラップする部 位間に磁力が作用することによって、トルクが一対の磁気歯車間で伝達される。この ようにトルクが磁力を介して伝達されるので、機械的な接触によりトルクを伝達するも のと比べると、潤滑構造が不要で、接触部分でのバックラッシュや粉塵が生じるおそ れがなレ、などの利点を備えて!/、る。

発明の開示
[0005] 上記従来の磁気式動力伝達装置によれば、磁気歯リング同士のオーバーラップす る部位に作用する磁力によって、一対の磁気歯車間でトルクが伝達されるので、トノレ ク伝達に寄与する部分の、磁気歯リング表面の総面積に占める割合が小さぐ磁路 面積を効率的に確保できないことで、トルクの伝達効率が低ぐ伝達トルク容量が小 さいという問題がある。これに加えて、磁気歯が作製に手間暇の力、かる複雑な形状を 有しているので、その分、製造コストが増大してしまう。
[0006] 本発明は、上記課題を解決するためになされたもので、磁力を介して動力伝達を 行う場合の利点を維持しながら、動力の伝達効率および伝達能力を向上させること ができるとともに、製造コストも削減することができる磁気式動力伝達装置を提供する ことを目白勺とする。
[0007] 上記目的を達成するために、請求項 1に係る磁気式動力伝達装置 1 , 1B〜1Hは、 互!/、にほぼ等間隔で所定方向に並んだ複数の第 1磁極 (例えば実施形態における( 以下、この項 ίこおレヽて同じ)永久磁石 11c, 12c, 21c, 22c, 31c, 32c, 41c, 42c, 51c, 52c)で構成されかつ隣り合う各 2つの第 1磁極が異なる極性を示す第 1磁極列 を有し、所定方向に沿って移動自在の第 1可動部材 (外側ロータ 11、内側ロータ 12 、左右の外側ロータ 21、左右の内側ロータ 22、小径ロータ 31、大径ロータ 32、左口 ータ 41、右ロータ 42、外側スライダ 51、内側スライダ 52)と、互いにほぼ等間隔で所 定方向に並んだ複数の第 2磁極(永久磁石 11c, 12c, 21c, 22c, 31c, 32c, 41c , 42c, 51c, 52c)で構成されかつ隣り合う各 2つの第 2磁極が異なる極性を示すとと もに第 1磁極列に対向するように配置された第 2磁極列を有し、所定方向に沿って第 1可動部材に対して相対的に移動自在の第 2可動部材(外側ロータ 11、内側ロータ 1 2、左右の外側ロータ 21、左右の内側ロータ 22、小径ロータ 31、大径ロータ 32、左口 ータ 41、右ロータ 42、外側スライダ 51、内側スライダ 52)と、互いにほぼ等間隔で所 定方向に並んだ複数の第 3磁極で構成されかつ隣り合う各 2つの第 3磁極 (永久磁 石 11c, 12c, 21c, 22c, 31c, 32c, 41c, 42c, 51c, 52c)力 S異なる極性を示す第 3磁極列を有し、第 1可動部材に対して相対的に連動することにより、所定方向に沿 つて移動する第 3可動部材(外側ロータ 11、内側ロータ 12、左右の外側ロータ 21、 左右の内側ロータ 22、小径ロータ 31、大径ロータ 32、左ロータ 41、右ロータ 42、外 側スライダ 51、内側スライダ 52)と、互いにほぼ等間隔で所定方向に並んだ複数の 第 4磁極(永久磁石 1 1c, 12c, 21c, 22c, 31c, 32c, 41c, 42c, 51c, 52c)で構 成されかつ隣り合う各 2つの第 4磁極が異なる極性を示すとともに第 3磁極列に対向 するように配置された第 4磁極列を有し、第 2可動部材に対して相対的に連動するこ とにより所定方向に沿って移動する第 4可動部材 (外側ロータ 1 1、内側ロータ 12、左 右の外側ロータ 21、左右の内側ロータ 22、小径ロータ 31、大径ロータ 32、左ロータ 41、右ロータ 42、外側スライダ 51、内側スライダ 52)と、互いにほぼ等間隔で所定方 向に並んだ複数の第 1軟磁性体 (左軟磁性体 13d, 23d, 33d, 53dおよび外側軟磁 性体 43d、または、右軟磁性体 13e, 23e, 33e, 53eおよび内側軟磁性体 43e)で 構成されかつ第 1磁極列と第 2磁極列の間に配置された第 1軟磁性体列を有し、所 定方向に沿って第 1可動部材および第 2可動部材に対して相対的に移動自在に設 けられた第 5可動部材(中間ロータ 13、左右の中間ロータ 23、中径ロータ 33、中間口 ータ 43、中間スライダ 53)と、互いにほぼ等間隔で所定方向に並んだ複数の第 2軟 磁性体(右軟磁性体 13e, 23e, 33e, 53eおよび内側軟磁性体 43e、または、左軟 磁性体 13d, 23d, 33d, 53dおよび外側軟磁性体 43d)で構成されかつ第 3磁極列 と第 4磁極列の間に配置された第 2軟磁性体列を有し、第 5可動部材に対して相対 的に連動することにより所定方向に沿って移動する第 6可動部材(中間ロータ 13、左 右の中間ロータ 23、中径ロータ 33、中間ロータ 43、中間スライダ 53)と、を備え、各 第 1磁極および各第 2磁極が互いに対向する第 1対向位置にあるときには、各第 3磁 極および各第 4磁極が互いに対向する第 2対向位置に位置し、第 1対向位置に位置 する各第 1磁極および各第 2磁極が互いに異なる極性のときには、第 2対向位置に位 置する各第 3磁極および各第 4磁極が互いに同一極性を示し、第 1対向位置に位置 する各第 1磁極および各第 2磁極が互いに同一極性のときには、第 2対向位置に位 置する各第 3磁極および各第 4磁極が互いに異なる極性を示し、各第 1磁極および 各第 2磁極が第 1対向位置にある場合において、各第 1軟磁性体が第 1磁極および 第 2磁極の間に位置するときには、各第 2軟磁性体が所定方向に隣り合う 2組の第 3 磁極および第 4磁極の間に位置するとともに、各第 2軟磁性体が第 3磁極および第 4 磁極の間に位置するときには、各第 1軟磁性体が所定方向に隣り合う 2組の第 1磁極 および第 2磁極の間に位置するように構成されていることを特徴とする。
この磁気式動力伝達装置によれば、第 2可動部材が第 1可動部材に対して、第 5可 動部材が第 1および第 2可動部材に対して、所定方向に沿って相対的に移動可能に それぞれ設けられ、第 4可動部材が第 3可動部材に対して、第 6可動部材が第 3およ び第 4可動部材に対して、所定方向に沿って相対的に移動可能にそれぞれ設けら れている。これに加えて、第 3および第 4可動部材はそれぞれ、第 1および第 2可動 部材に対して相対的に連動するとともに、第 6可動部材は第 5可動部材に対して相 対的に連動するので、第 1〜第 6可動部材のいずれか 1つの可動部材が、第 1〜第 6 可動部材以外の移動不能の所定部に固定されると、この固定された可動部材と連動 する 1つの可動部材も移動不能に固定された状態となる(なお、本明細書において、 「所定方向に沿って移動する」とは、例えば「左右方向に沿って移動する」が左方お よび右方の双方向に移動することを意味するように、所定方向に沿い、その一方の 方向とその逆方向の双方向に移動することを意味する。また、「第 3可動部材が第 1 可動部材に対して相対的に連動する」とは、第 1可動部材および第 3可動部材が相 互に連動する関係にあることを意味する)。
[0009] まず、第 1可動部材を固定状態とし、動力を第 2可動部材に入力することで、これを 例えば所定方向に沿ってその一方の方向に移動させる場合について説明する。この 場合、第 1可動部材が固定状態となることで、これに連動する第 3可動部材も固定状 態となるとともに、第 2可動部材に連動して第 4可動部材も移動することになる。それ らの移動開始前、第 1対向位置にある各第 1磁極および各第 2磁極が互いに異なる 極性を示している状態で、第 1軟磁性体が第 1磁極と第 2磁極の間に位置していると きには、これらの第 1磁極、第 1軟磁性体および第 2磁極の間に磁力線 (以下「第 1磁 力線」という)が生じ、この第 1磁力線は、その長さが最短となり、その総磁束量が最多 の状態となる。
[0010] 一方、第 1軟磁性体が第 1磁極と第 2磁極の間に位置している状態では、第 2対向 位置に位置する各第 3磁極および各第 4磁極が互いに同一極性を示すとともに、各 第 2軟磁性体力 S、所定方向に隣り合う 2組の第 3磁極および第 4磁極の間に位置する ように構成されているので、第 3磁極、第 2軟磁性体および第 4磁極の間に生じる磁 力線 (以下「第 2磁力線」という)は、その曲がり度合が大きいとともに、長さがほぼ最 長となり、総磁束量がほぼ最少となる(なお、本明細書において、「第 1磁極と第 2磁 極が対向する位置にある」とは、両磁極の中心が所定方向に同じ位置にあることに限 らず、両者の中心が若干ずれた位置関係にあることも含む)。
[0011] 以上の状態から、動力によって第 2可動部材がー方の方向に移動を開始すると、第 1磁力線は、その曲がりが増大する状態となる。一般に、磁力線は、曲がった状態に なると、その長さが短くなるように作用する磁力を発生させる特性を有しているので、 上記のように第 1磁力線が曲がった状態の場合、第 1軟磁性体に作用する磁力は、 第 1磁力線の曲がり度合が大きいほど、より大きくなるとともに、総磁束量が多いほど 、より大きくなる。すなわち、第 1軟磁性体に作用する磁力は、第 1磁力線の曲がり度 合と総磁束量の相乗的な作用によって決まるとレ、う特性を有して!/、る。
[0012] したがって、第 1軟磁性体が第 1磁極と第 2磁極の間から移動し始めると、第 1磁力 線の長さが短ぐその総磁束量が多いとともに、第 1磁力線が曲がり始める状態となる ので、第 1磁力線の曲がり度合と総磁束量の相乗的な作用によって、強い磁力が第 1 軟磁性体に作用する。それにより、第 5可動部材が第 2可動部材の移動方向と同じ 方向に駆動される。一方、第 2可動部材が以上のように移動を開始すると、第 4可動 部材が第 2可動部材に連動して移動することで、各第 4磁極は、同一極性の各第 3磁 極と対向する第 2対向位置から離れ、この同一極性の各第 3磁極に隣接する異なる 極性の各第 3磁極側に移動する。それに伴って、第 3磁極、第 2軟磁性体および第 4 磁極の間に、第 2磁力線が生じ、この第 2磁力線は、その曲がり度合が大きいものの 、総磁束量が少ない状態となり、それらの相乗的な作用によって、比較的弱い磁力が 第 2可動部材に作用する。それにより、第 6可動部材が第 4可動部材の移動方向と同 じ方向に駆動される。
[0013] そして、第 2可動部材がさらに移動すると、第 1磁力線の曲がり度合が増大するもの の、総磁束量が減少し、それらの相乗的な作用によって、第 1軟磁性体に作用する 磁力が小さくなり、第 5可動部材の駆動力が小さくなる。そして、各第 1磁極が互いに 同一極性の各第 2磁極に対向する第 1対向位置まで移動すると、第 1軟磁性体が、 所定方向に隣り合う 2組の第 1磁極および第 2磁極の間に位置するようになることで、 第 1磁力線は、その曲がり度合が大きいものの、総磁束量がほぼ最少となり、それら の相乗的な作用によって、第 1軟磁性体に作用する磁力がほぼ最弱状態となり、第 5 可動部材に作用する駆動力がほぼ最小状態となる。 [0014] 一方、第 2可動部材が以上のように移動すると、第 4可動部材が第 2可動部材に連 動して移動することで、各第 4磁極は、異なる極性の各第 3磁極に近づくように移動 する。それにより、第 2磁力線は、その曲がり度合が小さくなるものの、総磁束量が増 加し、それらの相乗的な作用によって、第 2軟磁性体に作用する磁力が強くなり、第 6 可動部材の駆動力が増大する。そして、各第 3磁極がこれと異なる極性の各第 4磁極 に対向する第 2対向位置付近まで移動すると、第 2磁力線の総磁束量が最も多くなる とともに、第 2軟磁性体は第 4磁極に対して若干移動遅れを伴う状態で追従すること で、第 2磁力線に曲がりが生じる。その結果、それらの相乗的な作用によって、第 2軟 磁性体に作用する磁力がほぼ最強状態となり、第 6可動部材に作用する駆動力がほ ぼ最大状態となる。
[0015] このように、第 5可動部材に作用する駆動力がほぼ最小状態でかつ第 6可動部材 に作用する駆動力がほぼ最大状態にある状態から、第 2可動部材がー方の方向にさ らに移動すると、以上とは逆に、第 1磁力線は、その曲がり度合が小さくなると同時に 総磁束量が増加し、それらの相乗的な作用によって、第 1軟磁性体に作用する磁力 が強くなり、第 5可動部材の駆動力が増大する。一方、第 2磁力線は、その曲がり度 合が大きくなると同時に総磁束量が減少し、それらの相乗的な作用によって、第 2軟 磁性体に作用する磁力が弱くなり、第 6可動部材の駆動力が低下する。
[0016] 以上のように、第 2可動部材の移動に伴い、第 5可動部材に作用する駆動力と第 6 可動部材に作用する駆動力が、交互に強くなつたり、弱くなつたりする状態を繰り返し ながら、第 5および第 6可動部材が駆動されるので、第 2可動部材に入力された動力 をこれらの第 5および第 6可動部材に伝達することができる。また、第 4可動部材は、 第 2可動部材に対して相対的に連動するように設けられているので、動力を第 4可動 部材に入力した場合でも、その動力を以上のように第 5および第 6可動部材に伝達 すること力 Sでさる。
[0017] さらに、第 2可動部材の各第 2磁極が、これと異なる極性の各第 1磁極と対向する第 1対向位置から、同一極性の各第 1磁極と対向する第 1対向位置まで移動する間、第 1軟磁性体は、第 1対向位置から所定方向に隣り合う 2組の第 1磁極および第 2磁極 の間の位置まで移動するように構成されているので、第 5可動部材は第 2可動部材ょ りも減速された状態で移動する。これと同様に、第 4可動部材の各第 4磁極が、異な る極性の各第 3磁極と対向する第 2対向位置から、これと隣り合う同一極性の各第 3 磁極と対向する第 2対向位置まで移動する間、第 2軟磁性体は、第 2対向位置から所 定方向に隣り合う 2組の第 3磁極および第 4磁極の間の位置まで移動するように構成 されているので、第 6可動部材は第 4可動部材よりも減速された状態で移動する。す なわち、第 2可動部材または第 4可動部材に入力された動力を、第 5および第 6可動 部材に減速した状態で伝達することができる。
[0018] 次に、以上とは逆に、第 2可動部材を固定状態とし、動力を第 1可動部材に入力す る場合について説明する。この場合には、前述した理由により、第 4可動部材も固定 状態となるとともに、動力によって第 1可動部材が駆動され、移動するのに連動して 第 3可動部材も移動することになる。そして、第 1可動部材および第 3可動部材の移 動に伴い、前述したように、第 5可動部材に作用する駆動力と第 6可動部材に作用す る駆動力が、交互に強くなつたり、弱くなつたりする状態を繰り返しながら、第 5可動部 材および第 6可動部材が駆動される。その結果、第 1可動部材に入力された動力を、 第 5可動部材および第 6可動部材に伝達することができる。また、前述したように、第 5可動部材が第 1可動部材よりも減速されるとともに、第 6可動部材も第 3可動部材ょ りも減速されるので、第 1可動部材または第 3可動部材に入力された動力を、第 5およ び第 6可動部材に減速した状態で伝達することができる。
[0019] 次いで、第 5可動部材を固定状態とし、動力を第 1可動部材に入力する場合につ いて説明する。この場合には、前述した理由により、第 6可動部材も固定状態となると ともに、第 1可動部材の移動に連動して第 3可動部材も移動することになる。第 1可動 部材の移動開始前、互いに同一極性の各第 1磁極および各第 2磁極が第 1対向位 置にあって、第 1軟磁性体が隣り合う 2組の第 1磁極および第 2磁極の間に位置して いるときには、前述したように、第 1磁力線は、その曲がり度合が大きいとともに、長さ がほぼ最長となり、総磁束量がほぼ最少となる。
[0020] この状態から、第 1可動部材が所定方向に沿ってその一方の方向に移動を開始す ると、第 1可動部材の第 1磁極は、第 1軟磁性体に近づくと同時に、第 2可動部材の 同一極性の第 2磁極と隣り合う異なる極性の第 2磁極に近づくように移動を開始し、そ れに伴って、第 1磁力線は、その長さが短くなるように変化し、総磁束量が増加すると ともに、その曲力 ^度合もかなり大きい状態となる。その結果、第 1磁力線の総磁束量 および曲がり度合の相乗的な作用によって、比較的強い磁力が第 2磁極に作用し、 それにより、第 2可動部材が第 1可動部材に近づくように駆動される。それに連動して 第 4可動部材も第 3可動部材に近づくように駆動される。すなわち、第 2可動部材が 第 1可動部材の移動方向と逆向きに駆動されると同時に、第 4可動部材も第 3可動部 材の移動方向と逆向きに駆動される。
[0021] そして、第 1磁極が第 1軟磁性体にさらに近づくと、第 1磁力線に起因する磁力によ つて、第 2磁極も第 1軟磁性体に近づくように移動し、第 1磁極が第 1軟磁性体に最も 近づく位置まで移動すると、これを間にして異なる極性の第 2磁極と対向する第 1対 向位置に位置する状態となる。この状態では、第 2軟磁性体が隣り合う 2組の第 3磁 極および第 4磁極の間に位置することになる。
[0022] この状態から第 1可動部材がさらに移動すると、第 3可動部材の第 3磁極は、第 2軟 磁性体に近づくと同時に、第 4可動部材の同一極性の第 4磁極と隣り合う異なる極性 の第 4磁極に近づくように移動し、それに伴って、第 2磁力線は、その長さが短くなる ように変化し、総磁束量が増加するとともに、その曲がり度合もかなり大きい状態とな る。その結果、第 2磁力線の総磁束量および曲がり度合の相乗的な作用によって、比 較的強い磁力が第 4磁極に作用し、それにより、第 4可動部材が第 3可動部材に近 づくように駆動され、それに連動して第 2可動部材も第 1可動部材に近づくように駆動 される。すなわち、第 4可動部材が第 3可動部材の移動方向と逆向きに駆動されると 同時に、第 2可動部材も第 1可動部材の移動方向と逆向きに駆動される。
[0023] 以上のように、第 1可動部材および第 3可動部材の移動に伴い、駆動力が第 2可動 部材および第 4可動部材に交互に作用する状態を繰り返しながら、第 2可動部材ぉ よび第 4可動部材がそれぞれ第 1可動部材および第 3可動部材の移動方向と逆向き に駆動されるので、第 1可動部材に入力された動力をこれらの第 2可動部材および第 4可動部材に伝達することができる。また、第 3可動部材は、第 1可動部材に対して相 対的に連動するように設けられているので、動力が第 3可動部材に入力された場合 でも、その動力を第 2可動部材および第 4可動部材に伝達することができる。さらに、 第 1可動部材の第 1磁極が、これと異なる極性の第 2磁極と対向する位置から、第 1 軟磁性体を間にして同一極性の第 2磁極と対向する位置まで移動すると、第 2可動 部材の第 2磁極も第 1磁極と同じ距離を移動することになる。したがって、第 1可動部 材と第 2可動部材は同じ速度で移動し、それに伴って、第 3可動部材と第 4可動部材 も同じ速度で移動するので、第 1可動部材に入力された動力を、等速度で第 4可動 部材に伝達することができる。
[0024] 以上のように、この磁気式動力伝達装置によれば、第 1〜第 6可動部材のいずれか 1つを固定し、これと連動しない他の 1つに動力を入力した場合、例えば、第 1可動部 材を固定し、第 2可動部材に動力を入力した場合、その動力を、磁力を介して第 5可 動部材および第 6可動部材に伝達することができる。その際、第 5可動部材の第 1軟 磁性体の全てと、第 6可動部材の第 2軟磁性体の全てと、これらの軟磁性体との間で 磁力線を生じる第 1〜第 4可動部材の第 1〜第 4磁極とを用いながら、磁路を構成す ること力 Sできるので、磁力を介して動力伝達を行う場合の利点を維持しながら、一部 の磁極のみを用いて磁路を構成する従来の磁気式動力伝達装置と比べて、動力の 伝達効率および伝達能力を向上させることができる。
[0025] 一方、第 1〜第 6可動部材がいずれも固定されていない状態で、動力を第 5可動部 材または第 6可動部材に入力した場合にも、前述した磁力線の作用によって、動力 を、第 1軟磁性体を介して、第 1可動部材の第 1磁極および第 2可動部材の第 2磁極 に伝達できるとともに、第 2軟磁性体を介して、第 3可動部材の第 3磁極および第 4可 動部材の第 4磁極に伝達できる。すなわち、第 5可動部材または第 6可動部材に入 力された動力を、第 1可動部材または第 3可動部材側と、第 2可動部材または第 4可 動部材側に分割して伝達することができる。その際にも、上述したように、第 5可動部 材の第 1軟磁性体の全てと、第 6可動部材の第 2軟磁性体の全てと、これらの軟磁性 体との間で磁力線を生じる第 1〜第 4可動部材の第 1〜第 4磁極とを用いながら、磁 路を構成することができるので、一部の磁極のみを用いて磁路を構成する従来の磁 気式動力伝達装置と比べて、動力の伝達効率および伝達能力を向上させることがで きる。
[0026] これに加えて、第 1〜第 6可動部材がいずれも固定されていない状態で、動力を第 1可動部材および第 2可動部材に入力した場合にも、前述した磁力線の作用によつ て、動力を、第 1可動部材の第 1磁極および第 2可動部材の第 2磁極を介して、第 1 軟磁性体に伝達できるとともに、第 3可動部材の第 3磁極および第 4可動部材の第 4 磁極を介して、第 2軟磁性体に伝達できる。すなわち、第 1可動部材および第 2可動 部材にそれぞれ入力された動力の合力を、第 5可動部材または第 6可動部材に伝達 すること力 Sできる。その際にも、前述した理由により、動力の伝達効率および伝達能 力を向上させることができる。

発明を実施するための最良の形態
[0038] 以下、図面を参照しながら、本発明の第 1実施形態に係る磁気式動力伝達装置に ついて説明する。第 1実施形態は、本願発明の磁気式動力伝達装置を車両の駆動 系の差動装置に適用した例であり、図 1は、本実施形態の磁気式動力伝達装置 1お よびこれを備えた車両 2の駆動系の概略構成を示している。同図に示すように、この 車両 2は、エンジン 3、自動変速機 4、磁気式動力伝達装置 1、左右の駆動軸 5, 5お よび左右の駆動輪 6, 6を備えている。

前記各第 1磁極および前記各第 2磁極が互いに対向する第 1対向位置にあるとき には、前記各第 3磁極および前記各第 4磁極が互いに対向する第 2対向位置に位置 し、前記第 1対向位置に位置する前記各第 1磁極および前記各第 2磁極が互いに異 なる極性のときには、前記第 2対向位置に位置する前記各第 3磁極および前記各第 4磁極が互いに同一極性を示し、前記第 1対向位置に位置する前記各第 1磁極およ び前記各第 2磁極が互いに同一極性のときには、前記第 2対向位置に位置する前記 各第 3磁極および前記各第 4磁極が互いに異なる極性を示し、
前記各第 1磁極および前記各第 2磁極が前記第 1対向位置にある場合において、 前記各第 1軟磁性体が前記第 1磁極および前記第 2磁極の間に位置するときには、 前記各第 2軟磁性体が前記所定方向に隣り合う 2組の前記第 3磁極および前記第 4 磁極の間に位置するとともに、前記各第 2軟磁性体が前記第 3磁極および前記第 4 磁極の間に位置するときには、前記各第 1軟磁性体が前記所定方向に隣り合う 2組 の前記第 1磁極および前記第 2磁極の間に位置するように構成されていることを特徴 とする磁気式動力伝達装置。
[2] 前記第 1可動部材および前記第 3可動部材は一体の第 7可動部材として構成され 、前記第 2可動部材および前記第 4可動部材は一体の第 8可動部材として構成され 、前記第 5可動部材および前記第 6可動部材は一体の第 9可動部材として構成され て!/、ることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の磁気式動力伝達装置。
[3] 前記第 7〜第 9可動部材は、互いに相対的に摺動可能な 3つのスライダでそれぞれ 構成されていることを特徴とする請求項 2に記載の磁気式動力伝達装置。
[4] 前記第 7〜第 9可動部材は、互いに相対的に回転可能な同心の 3つのロータでそ れぞれ構成され、前記複数の第 1〜第 4磁極および前記複数の第 1〜第 2軟磁性体 は互いに同数に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項 2に記載の磁気式動力伝達 装置。
[5] 前記第 7〜第 9可動部材の 1つが移動不能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求 項 2な!/、し 4の!/、ずれかに記載の磁気式動力伝達装置。
[6] 前記第 7〜第 9可動部材間に作用する磁力を変更する磁力変更装置をさらに備え ることを特徴とする請求項 2な!/、し 5の!/、ずれかに記載の磁気式動力伝達装置。
