Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de commande d'un appareil électrique ménager de chauffage de liquide, ledit appareil comportant un réservoir destiné à contenir le liquide à chauffer, ainsi qu'une coupelle associée à un élément chauffant électrique dont l'alimentation électrique est commandée en fonction de mesures thermométriques représentatives de la température dudit liquide de manière à chauffer ledit liquide jusqu'à ébullition. Il se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant : à alimenter ledit élément chauffant jusqu'à ce qu'un premier niveau de température (U1) atteigne un seuil prédéterminé (Uc); puis à alimenter l'élément chauffant pendant une durée prédéterminée (t6); à mesurer un deuxième niveau de température (U2) à l'issue de ladite durée prédéterminée (t6); puis à alimenter l'élément chauffant pendant une durée supplémentaire (tplus) dont la valeur est fonction desdits premier et deuxième niveaux de température (U1, U2).
