Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur quantitativen Bestimmung der Kolokalisation von wenigstens zwei Molekülmarkern in Gewebeschnitten, insbesondere in Haut- und Schleimhautgewebeschnitten. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren ist durch folgende Verfahrensschritte gekennzeichnet: Erzeugung eines digitalisierten Bildes des Gewebeschnittes für jeden der wenigstens zwei Molekülmarker zur Darstellung des jeweiligen Molekülmarkers, Überlagerung der digitalisierten Bilder zu einem Summenbild, bildpunktweise Quantisierung des Molekülmarkersignals für jeden der wenigstens zwei Molekülmarker in dem Summenbild, Erzeugung einer Matrix, wobei jedem Bildpunkt ein Vektor zugeordnet wird, dessen Komponenten die quantisierten Molekülmarkersignale der wenigstens zwei Molekülmarker sind und gewebespezifische standardisierte Ausrichtung der Matrix. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zur quantitativen Bestimmung der Kolokalisation von wenigstens zwei Molekülmarkern in Gewebeschnitten, insbesondere in Haut- und Schleimhautgewebeschnitten sowie eine Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens.
