Abstract

La presente invención tiene por objeto un vibrador tipo tijera para sacudir árboles donde uno de los brazos de la misma se alarga posteriormente para obtener una mejor palanca de trabajo, de manera que en el momento de abrazar el árbol, el pistón hidráulico que une ambos brazos de la tijera se expande aumentando el par de apriete a la vez que se disminuyen las presiones hidráulicas y donde así mismo, para realizar la vibración, el vibrador tipo tijera presenta una leva a la que se le puede aplicar un giro simple o un giro doble sincronizado y el tiempo de vibración es regulable.

VIBRADOR TIPO TIJERA PARA SACUDIR ÁRBOLES
DESCRIPCIÓN
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención tiene por objeto un vibrador tipo tijera para sacudir árboles donde uno de los brazos de la misma se alarga posteriormente para obtener una mejor palanca de trabajo.
Debido a su especial configuración, en el momento de abrazar el árbol, el pistón hidráulico que une ambos brazos de la tijera se expande aumentando el par de apriete a la vez que se disminuyen las presiones hidra ulicas .
Asi mismo, para realizar la vibración, el vibrador tipo tijera presenta una leva a la que se le puede aplicar un giro simple o un giro doble sincronizado y donde el tiempo de vibración es regulable.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Son sobradamente conocidos en el estado de la técnica los vibradores para sacudir árboles que presentan dos brazos que están articulados en los extremos opuestos a la zona donde se produce el agarre del á rbol .
Entre los anteriores se encuentra la patente española con número de publicación ES2193816 referida a una "pinza de vibración multidireccional" que presenta un cilindro hidráulico que se cierra cuando se cierran los brazos de la pinza de vibración. En la pinza de vibración anterior, debido a la situación del cilindro hidráulico, son necesarias altas presiones para efectuar el cierre de los dos brazos de la pinza.
Debido a la necesidad de ésta elevada presión, asociada a un efecto multiplicador de la misma desde el cilindro maestro que suministra la presión hasta el cilindro hidráulico, se producen fallos por fatiga en éste .
Todos estos inconvenientes quedan superados mediante la invención que ahora se procede a describir debido a la presencia de un cilindro hidráulico que se expande cuando los brazos del vibrador se cierran con lo que se elimina el efecto multiplicador.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a un vibrador tipo tijera para sacudir árboles que en el momento de abrazar el árbol, el pistón hidráulico que une ambos brazos de la tijera se expande aumentando el par de apriete a la vez que se disminuyen las presiones hidra ulicas .
El vibrador tipo tijera presenta dos brazos unidos por una articulación que actúa como eje de giro de uno sobre otro para realizar los movimientos de apertura y cierre del mecanismo.
El extremo de los brazos que entra en contacto con el árbol presenta unos tacos de goma protegidos con unos faldones de goma para no causar ningún daño en el tronco del árbol.
Los otros extremos de los brazos presentan sendos silent-blocks para equilibrar los pesos y eliminar las vibraciones y ruidos que se producen al accionar el vibrador .
Uno de los dos brazos se alarga posteriormente al silent-block para sujetar uno de los extremos del cilindro hidráulico cuyo otro extremo se sujeta al otro brazo por delante de la articulación.
Una vez que los brazos abrazan el árbol, un motor acciona una leva que transmite el movimiento a los tacos de goma para obtener la vibración del tronco del á rbol .
La vibración se puede obtener mediante un giro del motor en un sentido únicamente o un giro alterno en ambos sentidos, donde el tiempo de rotación puede ser regulable para evitar dañar el árbol por alargar el tiempo de vibración.
Además, el vibrador presenta un freno hidráulico que detiene de forma inmediata la vibración que se efectúa sobre el árbol.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Se complementa la presente memoria descriptiva, con un juego de planos, ilustrativos del ejemplo preferente y nunca limitativo de la invención.
La Figura 1 muestra una vista en perspectiva del vibrador tipo tijera para sacudir árboles en posición abiert a .
La Figura 2 muestra una vista en perspectiva del vibrador tipo tijera para sacudir árboles en posición cerrada abrazando el tronco del árbol donde además se ha retirado la tapa de acceso a las levas.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de lo anteriormente enunciado, la presente invención se refiere a un vibrador tipo tijera para sacudir árboles que permite abrazar el árbol de manera que el cilindro hidráulico que acciona un brazo de la tijera sobre otro se expande.
El vibrador tipo tijera presenta dos brazos (1, 2) unidos por una articulación (3) que actúa como eje de giro de uno (1) sobre otro (2) para realizar los movimientos de apertura y cierre del mecanismo.
Los extremos (1.1, 2.1) anteriores de los brazos (1, 2) presentan unos tacos (4) de goma protegidos con unos faldones (5) de goma que entran en contacto con el árbol (11) para no causarle ningún daño.
Los extremos (1.2, 2.2) posteriores de los brazos (1, 2) presentan sendos silent-blocks (6) para equilibrar los pesos y eliminar las vibraciones y ruidos que se producen al accionar el vibrador.
Uno de los dos brazos (1) se alarga posteriormente al silent-block (6) para sujetar mediante un bulón (8) uno de los extremos del cilindro (7) hidráulico cuyo otro extremo se sujeta al otro brazo (2) mediante otro bulón (8) por delante de la articulación (3). Una vez que los brazos (1, 2) abrazan el árbol
(11), un motor (10) hidráulico acciona una leva (9) compuesta por placas excéntricas intercambiables, que transmite el movimiento a los tacos (4) de goma para obtener la vibración del tronco del árbol (11).
Centrando la esencia de la invención, esta se refiere a un vibrador tipo tijera para sacudir árboles de entre los que presentan dos brazos (1, 2) unidos por una articulación (3) caracterizado porque uno de los dos brazos (1) sujeta uno de los extremos de un cilindro (7) hidráulico por detrás de la articulación (3) y el otro brazo (2) sujeta el otro extremo del cilindro (7) hidráulico por delante de la articulación (3) de manera que al abrazar el árbol (11), el cilindro (7) hidráulico se expande.
No alteran la esencialidad de esta invención va- riaciones en materiales, forma, tamaño y disposición de los elementos componentes, descritos de manera no limitativa, bastando ésta para proceder a su reproducción por un experto.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
Ia.- Vibrador tipo tijera para sacudir árboles de entre los que presentan dos brazos (1, 2) unidos por una articulación (3) caracterizado porque uno de los dos brazos (1) sujeta uno de los extremos de un cilindro (7) hidráulico por detrás de la articulación (3) y el otro brazo (2) sujeta el otro extremo del cilindro (7) hidráulico por delante de la articulación (3) de manera que al abrazar el árbol (11), el cilindro (7) hidráulico se expande.
2a.- Vibrador tipo tijera para sacudir árboles según reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque los brazos (1, 2) presentan unos extremos (1.1, 2.1) anteriores con unos tacos (4) de goma protegidos con unos faldones (5) de goma que entran en contacto con el árbol (11) para no causarle ningún daño.
3a.- Vibrador tipo tijera para sacudir árboles según reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque los brazos (1, 2) presentan unos extremos (1.2, 2.2) posteriores con sendos silent-blocks (6) para equilibrar los pesos y eliminar las vibraciones y ruidos que se producen al accionar el vibrador.
4a.- Vibrador tipo tijera para sacudir árboles según reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque uno de los dos brazos (1) se alarga posteriormente al silent-block (6) para sujetar uno de los extremos del cilindro (7) hidra ulico .
5a.- Vibrador tipo tijera para sacudir árboles según reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque el cilindro (7) hidráulico se sujeta a los brazos (1, 2) mediante sendos bulones.
6a.- Sistema según reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque una vez que los brazos (1, 2) abrazan el árbol (11), un motor (10) hidráulico acciona una leva (9) compuesta por placas excéntricas, que transmite el movimiento a los tacos (4) de goma para obtener la vibración del tronco del árbol (11).
