在本发明实施例中, 接收到选举请求消息的域成员设备在本设备的 LM 能 力不弱于, 或者仅在强于发起所述选举请求消息的设备的 LM 能力时才发起响 应消息, 因此减少了选举 LM过程中的消息数量, 能够节约系统资源。 进一步 的, 域成员设备在确定本设备的 LM 能力弱于其他设备后, 终止本设备对响应 消息的处理, 使这些设备可以处理其他事务, 因而能够提高设备的处理效率。
在本发明实施例中, 由一个域成员设备发起选举请求消息后, 接收到选举 请求消息的域成员设备向所述一个域成员设备返回响应消息, 由所述一个域成 员设备选举出新的 LM, 因此, 可以减少其他域成员设备对响应消息的处理, 提 其处理其他事务的效率, 同时可大幅度的减少广播消息, 节约大量的系统资源。 附图说明

以下结合附图对本发明实施例的实施方式进行详细说明。
参阅图 3所示的通信系统, 包括域控制器 30 ( DC, Domain Controller )、 本 地域管理器 31 ( LM, Local Master )和多个域成员设备 32-34 (并不限于 3个域 成员设备)。 域控制器 30控制设备加入域、 离开域以及更新域的相关信息; 本 地域管理器 31 为域中的域成员提供服务, 域成员设备通过本地域管理器 31 间 接的与域控制器 30交互完成加入域或离开域等操作。 域内的域成员设备发现本 地域管理器 31不存在时, 由域成员设备 32-34中的一个域成员设备发起选举请 求消息, 在该请求消息中携带表示发起设备(即发送选举请求消息的设备) 成 为 LM的能力 (以下称 LM能力) 的参数, 其他域成员设备收到该选举请求消 息后, 在判断本设备比发起设备更适合充当 LM 时, 才发起携带本设备的 LM 能力的响应消息。
所述本设备比发起设备更适合充当 LM包括本设备的 LM能力不弱于发起 设备的 LM能力。 一种较佳的方式是在判断本设备 LM能力强于发起所述请求 消息的域成员设备的 LM 能力时才发起响应消息, 以此来减少消息数量和节约 资源; 当两个设备 LM 能力相同时, 可根据其他规则来判断是否需要发起响应 消息, 如只有在设备 ID小于发起所述请求消息的域成员的设备 ID时, 才发起 响应消息。 如图 3 中, 域成员设备 32发起选举请求消息后, 域成员设备 34确 定自己的 LM能力弱于域成员设备 32, 所以不发起响应消息, 而域成员设备 33 则确定自己的能力强于域成员设备 32, 所以发起响应消息。
在多种情况下域成员设备可以认为本地域管理器 31不存在。 如, 一个域成 员设备向本地域管理器 31请求某个操作但收不到响应消息, 此时该域成员设备 可认为本地域管理器不存在, 从而发起选举请求。 又如, 域成员设备在规定时 间内没有收到本地域管理器 31 的心跳消息 (本地域管理器 31 需要定时向域内 广播心跳消息, 以此表明自己的存在), 此时域成员设备也可以认为本地域管理 器不存在从而发起选举请求。 为了防止多个域成员设备同时发起请求, 避免域 成员设备做不必要的处理, 域成员设备在发现本地域管理器 31不存在而需要发 起选举请求消息时, 在一个规定的时间段内随机选取发起该消息的时间。 在第 一个域成员设备发起选举请求消息后, 其他需要发起选举请求消息的域成员设 备在接收到该选举请求消息时则放弃发起选举请求消息。
本实施例中的一种域成员设备的结构如图 4 所示, 该域成员设备包括: 接 收模块 40、 判断模块 41、 发送模块 42和选举模块 43。 其中, 发送模块 42用于 向其他域成员设备发送携带本设备的 LM 能力参数的选举请求消息和发送相应 的响应消息, 以及发送选举结果等; 接收模块 40用于接收其他域成员设备发送 的选举请求消息和响应消息; 判断模块 41在所述接收模块 40接收到选举请求 消息后, 比较本设备与发送所述请求消息的域成员设备的 LM 能力, 并且在判 断本设备比发起设备更适合充当 LM时, 控制所述发送模块 42向其他域成员设 备发送所述响应消息; 选举模块 43用于从本设备和其他域成员设备中选举 LM 能力最强的设备为本地域管理器。 所述发起设备可以用本设备的私钥对请求消 息做签名或用域密钥对请求消息做 HMAC。
域成员设备在发起的选举请求消息中携带 LM能力参数的一个实例如下: 消息类型: LM选举请求消息

其中, 域 ID用来指定重新选举本地域管理器的一个域, 不属于该域的设备 收到请求消息后, 不会做任何处理; 设备 ID用来标识发起选举的域成员设备; LM能力值用来衡量该域成员设备是否能胜任本地域管理器, 为一个整数值, 值 越大表示能力越强, 该能力值是设备制造商根据设备的功能和能力为该设备指 定。 当然, LM能力值也可能是一组参数的组合, 比如设备是否能连接到广域网, 设备 CPU速度, CPU使用率等, 在比较 LM能力时需要综合考虑各种因素, 各 种参数有不同的权重, 比如优先考虑设备是否能连接到广域网, 能连接到广域 网的设备 LM 能力优于不能连接的设备, 对于两个连接能力相同的设备, 接着 比较 CPU的速度和 CPU的使用率等;签名用来帮助其他设备对消息的完整性进 行验证, 可以用设备的私钥对消息进行数字签名, 也可以是用域密钥对消息做
HMAC (为包含了散列和加密的一种算法)。
参阅图 5所示, 本实施例中实现自动选举本地域管理器的具体流程如下: 步骤 500、 域成员设备 32发现本地域管理器不存在, 广播携带本设备 LM 能力参数的选举请求消息。
步骤 501、 域成员设备 33、 34接收到所述选举请求消息后, 分别将自己的 LM能力与域成员设备 32的 LM能力进行比较。
步骤 502、 域成员设备 33的 LM能力强于域成员设备 32, 域成员设备 33 广播携带本设备的 LM能力参数的响应消息; 域成员设备 34的 LM能力弱于域 成员设备 32, 不对所述选举请求消息进行响应。
步骤 503、 域成员设备 32-34收到响应消息后判断 LM能力最强的域成员设 备, 并将其视为新的本地域管理器。 本例中, 域成员设备 33的 LM能力最强, 因此成为新的本地域管理器。
步骤 504、 域成员设备 33向其他域成员设备广播选举结果通知消息。 域成 员设备收到选举结果通知后在本地记录域成员设备 33为本地域管理器。
根据实际需要, 域成员设备 33还可能将选举的结果通知域控制器 30。 本领域的普通技术人员应该知道, 上述步骤 500至步骤 504 中描述的各域 成员设备的操作并不表示这些操作同时进行, 如不同域成员设备的响应消息可 能在不同的时间点发起。
参阅图 6所示, 域成员设备收到选举请求消息后的处理流程如下: 步骤 600、 域成员设备收到选举请求消息。
步骤 601、先判断本设备 LM能力是否强于发起选举请求消息的域成员设备, 如果是, 则进行步骤 602, 否则, 进行步骤 603。
步骤 602、 域成员设备广播携带本设备的 LM能力参数的响应消息。
步骤 603、 域成员设备进入等待状态并开始计时。
步骤 604、 在等待状态, 本设备可能收到其他设备发来的一个或多个响应消 息, 域成员设备可以在本地緩存这些响应消息或其中的 LM能力参数。
步骤 605、 超过规定的时间以后, 域成员设备开始比较所有已知域成员设备 的 LM能力, 判断 LM能力最强的域成员设备。
当然, 域成员设备也可以在收到其他域成员设备的响应消息时立即判断该 域成员设备是否是当前 LM能力最强的, 并将 LM能力强的更新为本地域管理 器的候选者, 超时后, 当前的 LM候选者即为所有已知域成员设备选举出的新 的本地域管理器, 这样, 本设备就不必緩存所有收到的响应消息或其中的 LM 能力参数。
步骤 606、 判断本设备的 LM能力是否最强, 若是, 则进行步骤 609, 否则, 进行步骤 607。
步骤 607、 等待选举结果通知消息。
步骤 608、 接收到选举结果通知消息后, 记录新的本地域管理器(如记录域 成员设备的 ID等), 结束选举。
步骤 609、 域成员设备记录本设备成为新的本地域管理器, 然后向其他设备 广播选举结果, 结束选举。
对于发起选举请求消息的域成员设备而言, 在发送选举请求消息后即进入 上述流程中的步骤 603 , 后续处理流程与上述相同, 不再赘述。
在一种较佳的实现方式中, 一旦域成员设备从选举请求消息或其他域成员 设备的响应消息中判断出有其他域成员设备的 LM 能力比自己强, 即可终止判 断选举结果的过程, 对后续收到的选举响应消息不作处理, 在接收选举结果通 知消息后进行相应的记录即可, 这样, 能力较弱的域成员设备可以处理其他事 务, 能够大幅度提高这些设备的处理效率。
在另一种实施例中, 可以仅由发起选举请求消息的域成员设备来判断哪个 域成员设备会成为新的本地域管理器, 并将结果广播给域内所有设备。 如图 7 所示的通信系统, 在该系统中域控制器 30和本地域管理器 31 的作用及功能与 图 3中的相同。 域成员设备 70广播选举请求消息, 域成员设备 71、 72接收到 所述选举请求消息后根据情况发送携带本设备 LM 能力参数的响应消息, 域成 员设备 70根据接收到的响应消息选举出 LM能力最强的域成员设备作为本地域 管理器。
如果选举请求消息中携带有 LM 能力参数, 则接收到该选举请求消息的域 成员设备 71、 72先判断本设备的 LM能力是否强于域成员设备 70, 如果是则发 起响应消息, 否则不需要进行响应。 如果选举清求消息中未携带 LM能力参数, 则接收到该选举请求消息的域成员设备均发起所述响应消息。 该响应消息可以 是通过广播的方式发送给域成员设备 70, 较佳的方式是通过点对点连接的方式 发送给域成员设备 70。
参阅图 8所示的域成员设备的结构, 包括发送模块 80、 接收模块 81、 选举 模块 82。 其中, 发送模块 80向其他域成员设备发送选举请求消息, 发送选举结 果通知消息等; 接收模块 81接收其他域成员设备发送的选举请求消息和响应消 息; 选举模块 82从本设备和发送响应消息的其他域成员设备中选举 LM能力最 强的设备为本地域管理器。
参阅图 9所示 , 实现自动选举本地域管理器的具体流程如下:
步骤 900、 域成员设备 70发现本地域管理器不存在, 向域内广播选举请求 消息。
步骤 901、 域成员设备 71、 72接收到所述选举请求消息后向域成员设备 70 返回携带本设备的 LM能力参数的响应消息。
步骤 902、 在预定的时间后, 域成员设备 70根据收到的响应消息选举 LM 能力最强的域成员设备, 并将其作为新的本地域管理器。
步骤 903、 域成员设备 70向域成员设备广播选举结果。 如果域成员设备 70 的 LM 能力最强, 那么在本地记录自己是新的本地域管理器; 否则, 被选举为 新的本地域管理器的域成员设备收到通知消息后把自己标识为本地域管理器, 而且其他域成员设备在本地保存被选举为新的本地域管理器的域成员设备的标 识等信息。
根据实际需要,域成员设备 70还可能将选举的结果通知域控制器 30。当然, 也可以由被选举为新的本地域管理器的域成员设备将选举结果通知域控制器 30。
参阅图 10所示, 发起选举请求消息的域成员设备 70的处理流程如下: 步骤 1000、域成员设备 70检测到当前的本地域管理器不存在, 于是向域内 的所有域成员设备广播选举请求消息。
步骤 1001、域成员设备 70开始计时, 同时监听来自其他域成员设备的响应 消息。
当设备收到一条响应消息时 , 通过比较域 ID是否相同 , 或者比较响应消息 携带的随机数参数是否和请求消息中携带的随机数参数相同等方法, 判断该消 息是否和请求消息匹配, 如果不匹配, 则直接丢弃, 如果匹配, 则接受该消息。
步骤 1002、 超时之后, 域成员设备 70根据收到的响应消息以及自己的 LM 能力, 判断 LM能力最强的域成员设备并将其选举为成为新的本地域管理器。
步骤 1003、域成员设备 70向域内的所有域成员设备广播选举结果通知消息。 在广播消息中, 应该携带新的本地域管理器的标识, 如果需要, 也可以携带其 LM的能力值。
域成员设备 70还可能将选举的结果通知域控制器 30。
在上述步骤 1001中,域成员设备 70可以在接收到一条响应消息即进行 LM 能力判断, 将当前 LM 能力较强的域成员设备作为候选的本地域管理器, 然后 等待下一条响应消息。 在超时后候选的域成员设备即成为新的本地域管理器。 当然, 域成员设备 70也可以緩存收到的响应消息, 待超时之后一起处理。
参阅图 11所示, 域成员设备 71接收到选举请求消息后的处理流程如下: 步骤 1100、 域成员设备 71收到选举请求消息。
步骤 1101、 域成员设备 71向域成员设备 70返回携带本设备 LM能力的响 应消息。
步骤 1102、 等待选举结果通知消息并计时。
步骤 1103、 域成员设备 71接收到选举结果后, 判断本设备是否为新的本地 域管理器, 若是, 则进行步骤 1104, 否则进行步骤 1105。
如果在规定的时间内没有收到有效的选举结果, 则确认本次选举失败。 步骤 1104、 域成员设备 71记录本设备为新的本地域管理器。 根据需要进一 步向域控制器通知选举结果, 结束选举。
步骤 1105、 域成员设备 71记录新的本地域管理器的标识 , 结束选举。 在步骤 1101中,如果域成员设备 71接收到的选举请求消息中携带有 LM能 力参数, 域成员设备 71首先比较本设备的 LM能力是否强于域成员设备 70, 如 果是, 则返回响应消息, 否则, 直接进入计时阶段, 等待选举结果。 其后续处 理与上述同理, 不再赘述。
在图 10的流程中, 由发起选举请求消息的域成员设备 70向域内广播选举 结果, 在另外的实现方式中, 也可以由域成员设备 70将选举结果通知新的本地 域管理器, 由该新的本地域管理器将选举结果广播给域内的其他设备。 在这种 方式下, 如果域成员设备 70没有收到响应消息或者没有收到所述广播选举结果 的通知消息 (比如对方设备突然下线或发生故障), 则可以继续选择能力第二强 的域成员设备成为新的本地域管理器重复上述的过程, 直到完成选举过程。
在本发明实施例中, 接收到选举请求消息的域成员设备在本设备的 LM 能 力不弱于, 或者仅在强于发起所述选举请求消息的设备的 LM 能力时才发起响 应消息, 因此减少了选举 LM过程中的消息数量, 能够节约系统资源。 进一步 的, 域成员设备在确定本设备的 LM 能力弱于其他设备后, 终止本设备对响应 消息的处理, 使这些设备可以处理其他事务, 因而能够提高设备的处理效率。
在本发明实施例中, 由一个域成员设备发起选举请求消息后, 接收到选举 请求消息的域成员设备向所述一个域成员设备返回响应消息, 由所述一个域成 员设备选举出新的 LM, 因此, 可以减少其他域成员设备对响应消息的处理, 提 其处理其他事务的效率, 同时可大幅度的减少广播消息, 节约大量的系统资源。
显然, 本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发 明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若对本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求 及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种选举本地域管理器的方法, 其特征在于, 包括如下步骤: 域内的一个域成员设备发起选举本地域管理器 LM 的请求消息, 该请求消 息中携带发起设备的 LM能力信息;
所述域内接收到所述请求消息的其他域成员设备比较本设备与所述发起设 备的能力, 在判断本设备比发起设备的 LM能力更强时, 发送携带本设备的 LM 能力信息的响应消息; 以及
所述发起设备和发送所述响应消息的所有域成员设备中 LM 能力最强的设 备向其他域成员设备发送选举结果的通知消息。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于, 当判断本设备与发起设备的 LM 能力相同且本设备的设备标识小于所述发起设备的设备标识时, 本设备发送所 述响应消息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 当有多个域成员设备 LM能力最 强时, 由该多个域成员设备中设备标识最小的设备发送所述通知消息。
4、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述发起设备在向老的 LM发起 请求后收不到响应消息或在规定的时间内收不到老的 LM 的心跳消息时, 判断 该老的 LM不存在并发起所述选举请求消息。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 域成员设备在超时 后, 根据接收到的选举请求消息和响应消息比较本设备和发起所述请求消息或 响应消息的域成员设备的 LM 能力, 或者在收到请求消息或响应消息时比较本 设备和发起所述请求消息或响应消息的域成员设备的 LM能力。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述域内的域成员设备在确定 本设备的 LM能力弱于其他域成员设备后, 终止本设备对响应消息的处理。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在选举出所述域内的 LM后进 一步通知域内的域控制器 DC。
8、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述请求消息、 响应消息和 /或通 知消息为广播消息。
9、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述发起设备用本设备的私钥或 域密钥对请求消息做签名或 HMAC。
10、 一种自动选择本地域管理器的方法, 其特征在于, 包括如下步骤: 域内的一个域成员设备发起选举本地域管理器 LM的请求消息;
所述域内的其他域成员设备根据所述请求消息发送携带本设备的 LM 能力 信息的响应消息; 以及
所述一个域成员设备根据接收到的响应消息选举 LM 能力最强的域成员设 备为本域内的 LM。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 接收到所述请求消息的域成 员设备均发起所述响应消息; 或者, 接收到所述请求消息的域成员设备根据所 述请求消息中携带的 LM能力信息, 确定本设备的 LM能力强于发起所述请求 消息的域成员设备时发起所述响应消息。
12、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述其他域成员设备采用点 到点方式向所述一个域成员设备发送响应消息。
13、 如权利要求 10至 12任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 由所述一个域 成员设备将选举结果通知本域内的其他域成员设备; 或者, 由所述一个域成员 设备将选举结果通知被选举为 LM的域成员设备, 由该被选举为 LM的域成员 设备将选举结果通知其他域成员设备。
14、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述域内的域成员设备确定 需要发送选举 LM 的请求消息时, 在规定的时间段内随机选择发起请求消息的 时间; 并且, 确定需要发送选举 LM 的请求消息的域成员设备在接收到其他域 成员设备发送的所述请求消息后取消发起请求消息。
15、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在选举出所述域内的 LM后 进一步通知域内的域控制器 DC。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的方法, 其特征在于, 由所述一个域成员设备通知 域内的 DC; 或者, 由被选举为 LM的域成员设备通知域内的 DC。
17、 一种通信设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 用于向其他设备发送选举本地域管理器 LM 的请求消息的模块, 所述请求 消息中携带本设备的本地域控制器 LM能力信息;
用于在接收到其他设备的所述请求消息后 , 比较本设备与发送所述请求消 息的设备的 LM能力的模块;
