Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine photovoltaische Einrichtung (1), aufweisend ein photovoltaisches Akzeptormaterial (7) und ein photovoltaisches Donatormaterial (10), bei der die photovoltaische Einrichtung (1) mindestens zwei Trägerschichten (2, 3) aufweist, von denen eine Trägerschicht (2) als n-dotierte Elektronendonatoren (6) und die andere Trägerschicht Akzeptormaterial (7) als p-dotierte oder undotierte Elektronenakzeptoren aufweist, wobei die Trägerschichten (2, 3) einander zumindest abschnittsweise berührend zueinander angeordnet sind und die Trägerschichten (2, 3) mit einem photovoltaischen Donatormaterial (10) filmartig benetzt oder beschichtet sind. Die insbesondere aus Fasern (6, 7) aus Siliziumkarbid SiC gebildeten Trägerschichten (2, 3) ermöglichen textile Solarzellen. Weiterhin werden Verfahren zur Herstellung der Fasern (6, 7) und zur Herstellung der photovoltaischen Einrichtung (1) und daraus gebildete textile Strukturen beschrieben. Weiterhin wird eine photovoltaische Einrichtung (1) vorgeschlagen, bei der Trägerelemente einer einzelnen Trägerschicht durch entsprechend aufgetragene Schichten einen entsprechenden photovoltaisch aktiven Aufbau aufweisen.
