Abstract

L'invention concerne un téléphone cellulaire comprenant un module de commande commandant ledit téléphone, un système mondial de localisation (GPS) générant sélectivement des données de vecteur et de position, et un émetteur. Le module de commande du téléphone cellulaire transmet sélectivement, sans fil, des données de vecteur et de position au moyen de l'émetteur lorsque le téléphone cellulaire soit se déplace au sein d'un ensemble de routes prédéterminé, mais ne transmet pas les données de vecteur et de position lorsqu'il se déplace au sein d'un second ensemble de routes, soit se déplace à une vitesse supérieure à une vitesse prédéterminée.
