Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Erzeugung von Ausgangs- oder Zusatzstoffen für Kosmetika, Pharmaka und/oder Brenn- oder Treibstoffen, insbesondere für Heizeinrichtungen oder Brennkraftmaschinen auf Kohlenwasserstoffbasis. Dabei werden organische Abfall- oder Reststoffe zur Dekontamination oder Sterilisation einem Hydrierungsprozess unterzogen. Dabei werden vor allem die nach der EG-Verordnung 1774/2002 als K1-, K2- oder K3- klassifizierten Materialien für die Erzeugung oder Herstellung der genannten Ausgangs- oder Zusatzstoffe verwendet, wobei eine ausreichende Dekontamination der als gesundheitsgefährdend geltenden Abfall- oder Reststoffe sichergestellt wird.
