然而,在实现本发明的过程中,发明人经过研究发现在现有电信业务开放 网关中, 仅有对开放接口 API 的定义, 缺少对多节点组网的定义。 在这种情 况下,会出现如下问题:当业务提供方 SP与业务计费方不在同一个大区时, SP 下发一个请求到其归属的电信业务开放网关,由于业务计费方不归属于电信业 务开放网关,电信业务开放网关不能调用处于不同大区内的业务计费方所归属 的计费系统进行批价,而且由于电信业务开放网关所归属的计费系统没有不属 于其辖内的业务计费方的信息,电信业务开放网关也不能调用其所归属的计费 系统对业务计费方进行批价, 因而将导致批价失败,相应的该业务请求将无法 下发至业务使用方, 从而进一步导致业务服务失败。 可见, 在业务蓬勃发展的 将来, 这种单节点电信业务开放网关无法满足业务增长需求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种实现控制计费的方法、 系统以及装置, 用以解决现有技术 无法为处于不同大区内的业务提供方和业务计费方之间的业务提供计费能力。

消息接收单元, 用于接收电信业务开放网关发送的业务消息;
消息解码单元, 用于对所述消息接收单元发送的业务消息进行解码, 获取 业务计费方标识;
路由表查询单元,用于根据所述消息解码单元发送的计费方标识查询出业 务计费方所归属的电信业务开放网关的路由地址;
消息发送单元, 用于根据所述路由表查询单元所查询到的路由地址,将所 述的业务消息发送至业务计费方所归属的电信业务开放网关。
相应的, 本发明还提供一种电信业务开放网关, 包括:
用于接收业务消息的单元;
用于确认业务计费方是否在所述电信业务开放网关所归属的计费系统所 属的范围内的单元;
用于在确认业务计费方不在该电信业务开放网关所归属的计费系统所属 的范围内时,将所述业务消息发送至所述电信业务开放网关所归属的消息路由 装置的单元。
从上述技术方案可以看出, 本发明所提供的实施例能够取得以下有益效 果:
通过在全网分区部署多个通过消息路由装置互相联通的电信业务开放网 关, 解决了跨区计费的问题, 而且又兼顾了组网的简单性和路由效率。

具体实施方式
为使本发明所解决的技术问题、技术方案更加清楚明白, 以下参照附图并 举实施例, 对本发明进一步详细说明。
以两个大区之间的跨区计费为例, 此处的大区是指逻辑上的大区, 即运营 商根据其业务需要部署全网的大区划分, 根据业务需要全网可以设置 1 - n个 大区, 一个大区也可以才艮据业务需要设置为一个省或多个省, 并且大区内, 可 以设置 1-n个电信业务开放系统, 但只设 1个计费系统, 这 n个电信业务开放 系统都与该大区内的计费系统相连接, 业务提供方 SP从其签约的开放网关接 入。 为阐述方便起见, 本实施例中仅设大区 1和大区 2, 大区中只部署一个电 信业务开放网关,多个大区以及每个大区部署多个电信业务开放网关的实现原 理与此相同。
参见图 2, 为本发明提供的一种控制计费的系统实施例的结构示意图, 该 系统包括: 第一业务提供方 SP 100、 第一电信业务开放网关 200、 第一计费系 统 700、 消息路由装置 600、 第二电信业务开放网关 500、 第二计费系统 400、 第二终端 300。
第一业务提供方 SP 100为向业务使用方提供各种业务的应用服务器, 用 于通过电信业务开放网关向业务使用方发送业务消息(如短消息、 彩信、 第三 方发起的呼叫等), 也可以接收从业务使用方发送的状态报告消息; 或者接收 从其归属地的电信业务开放网关上报的由业务定购方发送的业务定购消息,也 可以向其归属地的电信业务开放网关发送状态报告消息。
第一电信业务开放网关 200用于接收第一业务提供方 SP 100发送的业务 消息,并判断该业务计费方是否在该第一电信业务开放网关 200所归属的计费 系统所属的范围内,如果不在,则将所述的业务消息发送至消息路由装置 600,
否则按照现有技术下的处理步骤 2 (如图 1 )进行, 即直接向其所归属的计费 系统发送计费请求; 当业务定购方(第二终端 300 )向第一业务提供方 SP 100 发送业务消息 (此处的业务消息一般为业务定购请求消息), 并且业务计费方 不是业务定购方, 而是第一业务提供方 SP 100时,第一电信业务开放网关 200 还用于接收从消息路由装置 600发送来的业务定购方(第二终端 300 )的业务 消息,并向该第一电信业务开放网关 200所归属的第一计费系统 700发送计费 请求, 以及将该业务消息上报至第一业务提供方 SP 100 , 由第一业务提供方 SP 100进行业务提供确认。
消息路由装置 600,用于将从第一电信业务开放网关 200接收的由第一业 务提供方 SP 100发送的业务消息转发至业务计费方 (计费方为业务定购方即 第二终端 300时)所属的第二电信业务开放网关 500; 或者用于将从第二电信 业务开放网关 500接收的由业务定购方(第二终端 300 )发送的业务消息(由 定购方向第一业务提供方 SP 100发送业务定购消息时)转发至计费方 (计费 方不是定购方而是第一业务提供方 SP 100时), 即第一业务提供方 SP 100所 在的第一电信业务开放网关 200。
第二电信业务开放网关 500 , 用于向第二电信业务开放网关 500归属的第 二计费系统 400发送计费请求, 并将接收的由第一业务提供方 SP 100发送的 业务消息发送至业务使用方 (第二终端 300 ), 由业务使用方进行业务消息接 收确认; 或者用于当接收业务定购方(第二终端 300 )的业务消息(如业务定 购请求消息) 时, 判断该业务的计费方是否在该第二电信业务开放网关 500 所归属的计费系统所属的范围内,如果不在, 则将所述的业务消息发送至消息 路由装置 600 , 否则按照现有技术下的处理步骤 5 (如图 1 )进行, 即直接向 其所归属的第二计费系统 400发送计费请求;
第一计费系统 700, 用于接收其所归属的第一电信业务开放网关 200的计 费请求, 并进行批价计费处理;
第二计费系统 400, 用于接收其所归属的第二电信业务开放网关 500的计 费请求, 并进行批价计费处理;
第二终端 300 (可以是业务定购方、 业务使用方或业务计费方), 为向第 一业务提供方 SP 100申请定购业务, 并接收来自第一业务提供方 SP 100的状
态报告消息;或者接收从其归属地的电信业务开放网关下发的由第一业务提供 方 SP 100发送的业务消息, 并向其归属地的电信业务开放网关发送状态报告 消息。
本发明实施例也提供一种电信业务开放网关, 包括: 用于接收业务消息的 单元;用于确认业务计费方是否在所述电信业务开放网关所归属的计费系统所 属的范围内的单元;以及用于在确认业务计费方不在该电信业务开放网关所归 属的计费系统所属的范围内时,将所述业务消息发送至所述电信业务开放网关 所归属的消息路由装置的单元。
图 6为本发明提供的消息路由装置的一种实施例结构示意图,该消息路由 装置 600包括: 消息接收单元 601、 消息解码单元 602、 路由表查询单元 603 以及消息发送单元 604;
消息接收单元 601 , 用于接收电信业务开放网关发送的业务消息, 并将所 述的业务消息发送至消息解码单元 602;
消息解码单元 602, 用于对所述的业务消息进行解码, 获取业务计费方标 识, 并将所述的计费方标识发送至路由表查询单元 603;
路由表查询单元 603 , 用于根据所述计费方标识向路由装置内设的路由表 存储单元或者独立于该消息路由装置之外的其他装置(如可以是网络侧的连接 各消息路由装置的消息路由中心)查询出业务计费方所归属的电信业务开放网 关的路由地址,并指示消息发送单元 604将所述的业务消息发送至业务计费方 所归属的电信业务开放网关;
消息发送单元 604, 用于根据路由表查询单元 603所查询到的路由地址将 所述的业务消息发送至业务计费方所归属的电信业务开放网关。
此外, 消息路由装置 600还可以包括路由表存储单元 605 , 用于存储与业 务计费方对应的业务计费方所归属的电信业务开放网关路由地址,由消息路由 装置 600中的路由表查询单元 603直接向该路由表存储单元 605进行路由地址 查询。
实际应用中, 可以设置如下表 1所示的路由表:

本发明实施例中, 为了保证该路由表内信息的准确性, 可以由网络侧的消 息路由中心适时更新该消息路由装置中的数据。
本发明还提供了一种应用上述系统实现控制计费的方法实施例,具体步骤 如图 3所示, 该方法实施例包括如下步骤:
S31 : 电信业务开放网关接收业务消息, 并确认该业务计费方不在该电信 业务开放网关所归属的计费系统所属的范围内;
电信业务开放网关可以根据业务消息中携带的业务计费信息确定业务计 费方的归属地是否在在该电信业务开放网关所归属的计费系统所属的范围内。
以业务提供方向业务使用方发送业务消息为例,有两种主要方式确定业务 计费方的归属地是否在该电信业务开放网关所归属的计费系统所属的范围内。
例如,业务提供方向业务使用方发送业务消息体中携带的业务计费信息如 下表 2所示:
方式一: 电信业务开放网关根据所述的业务计费信息获取计费方标识, 如 果上表 2中指定业务计费方 FA是(2 ) 的话, 则表示业务提供方已经指定业 务定购方 OA ( 2 )作为计费方, 电信业务开放网关根据此指定获取业务计费 方标识(如计费方号码), 然后根据此业务计费方标识查询存储该电信业务开 放网关中或存储于其他装置中的号段表,确定该计费方标识是否属于本地(以 大区作为判断标准), 如果属于本地号码则表示业务计费方在该电信业务开放 网关所归属的计费系统所属的范围内, 否则,确定业务计费方不在该电信业务
开放网关所归属的计费系统所属的范围内。
方式二: 电信业务开放网关根据所述的计费信息确定计费方, 如果上表 2 中指定业务计费方 FA是(3 ) 的话, 则表示业务提供方已经指定业务使用方 DA ( 3 )作为计费方, 然后电信业务开放网关通过向其所归属的计费系统查询 是否存在该业务计费方的计费信息,如果存才, 则表示业务计费方在该电信业 务开放网关所归属的计费系统所属的范围内, 否则, 确定业务计费方不在该电 信业务开放网关所归属的计费系统所属的范围内。 需要说明的是, 当业务提供 方没有为该业务指定计费方时, 即上表 2中指定业务计费方 FA是(4 ) 时, 可以根据业务提供方的默认策略进行确定,也可以根据电信业务开放网关与业 务提供方之间的业务协议由电信业务开放网关自己决定相关业务的计费方。
当由业务定购方向业务提供方发送业务消息(业务定购消息)时, 电信业 务开放网关可以根据该消息中携带的信息,如消息源地址、 目的地址(第一业 务提供方 SP的标识, 如第一业务提供方 SP的接入号) 以及业务特性信息通 向第一业务提供方 SP查询该业务的计费方, 并按照接收的业务计费方标识根 据上述两种方式查询其内设的号段表,或者向其所归属的计费系统查询是否存 在计费方的计费信息,从而确定业务计费方不在该电信业务开放网关所归属的 计费系统所属的范围内。如果计费系统内存在各计费方的信息时, 电信业务开 放网关也可以直接向其所归属的计费系统查询是否存在计费方的计费信息,从 而确定业务计费方不在该电信业务开放网关所归属的计费系统所属的范围内。
S32: 电信业务开放网关通过其所归属的消息路由装置将所述的业务消息 发送至该业务定计费方所归属的电信业务开放网关。
所述的消息路由装置通过解析其接收到的业务消息中携带的业务计费信 息获取计费方标识 ,具体获取过程与上面电信业务开放网关获取计费方标识过 程相同, 此处不再赘述, 并根据所获取的计费方标识查询其内设的路由表或者 向外部的路由表存储装置(如网络侧的消息路由中心)查询以确定计费方所归 属的电信业务开放网关的路由地址,然后将所述的业务消息按照查询获得的路 由地址发送至业务计费方所归属的电信业务开放网关。
S33: 业务计费方所归属的电信业务开放网关向其所属的计费系统发送计 费请求。
业务计费方所归属的电信业务开放网关接到所述业务消息后,即向其所归 属的计费系统发送计费请求, 由计费系统对该业务请求进行批价处理。
此外, 为了保证计费的准确性以及可靠性, 本方法实施例中可以进一步包 括步骤:
S34、 业务计费方所归属的电信业务开放网关将所述的业务消息发送至业 务使用方或业务提供方,并在接收到业务使用方或业务提供方的状态报告消息 时向该业务计费方所归属的计费系统发送计费确认请求。
下面以第一业务提供方 SP向第二终端 (既是业务定购方也是业务使用方 以及业务计费方)发送短消息业务为例并结合附图进一步对本方法发明进行详 细阐述, 从而使得本领域技术人员更加清楚地了解本方法发明的原理。
如图 4所示, 该业务消息的下行流程包括以下步骤:
步骤 401 : 第一业务提供方 SP发送短消息到其接入地的第一电信业务开 放网关;
步骤 402: 第一电信业务开放网关判断该业务请求是否需要路由, 是否需 要路由是由第一电信业务开放网关根据上述方法判断业务计费方 (即第二终 端)与第一业务提供方 SP的归属地是否属于同一个大区, 从而确定是否需要 路由,如果业务定购方与业务提供方的归属地属于同一个大区,则不需要路由, 由第一电信业务开放网关按照现有技术中的计费方式向其归属的位于同一大 区内的计费系统发送计费请求。
步骤 403 : 如果需要路由, 第一电信业务开放网关将消息转发给其归属的 消息路由装置;
如果业务计费方 (第二终端) 与第一业务提供方 SP的归属地不在同一个 大区, 则第一电信业务开放网关将消息发送至其归属的消息路由装置。
步骤 404: 消息路由装置根据计费方标识查询路由表, 得到路由目的地地 址;
消息路由装置通过解析短消息中携带的业务计费信息获取业务计费方标 识(如第二终端的号码), 并根据该业务计费方标识查询路由表获取业务计费 方所归属的第二电信业务开放网关的路由地址。
步骤 405: 消息路由装置将消息转发到目的地第二电信业务开放网关;
消息路由装置按照获取的计费方所归属的第二电信业务开放网关的路由 地址将短消息转发至所述的第二电信业务开放网关。
步骤 406: 第二电信业务开放网关发送计费请求至第二计费系统; 步骤 407: 第二电信业务开放网关通过短消息中心将短消息下发给业务使 用方 (第二终端);
步骤 408: 第二终端向第二电信业务开放网关上报短消息接收状态报告消 息;
步骤 409: 第二电信业务开放网关发送计费确认请求至第二计费系统, 此 时批价过程结束;
步骤 410 - 412: 如果第一业务提供方 SP需要本次业务接收的状态报告, 则转发送状态报告至第一业务提供方 SP。
相应的, 由第二终端(既是业务定购方也是业务使用方)向第一业务提供 方 SP (业务计费方)发送业务请求短消息的上行流程包括如下步骤(如图 5 所示 ):
步骤 501 : 第二终端(业务定购方)上发短消息到其归属的第二电信业务 开放网关要求向第一业务提供方 SP定购短消息业务(比如天气预报短消息); 步骤 502: 第二电信业务开放网关判断是否需要路由;
第二电信业务开放网关根据短消息中的源地址、 目的地址(第一业务提供 方 SP的标识) 以及业务特性向第一业务提供方 SP查询该业务的计费方, 并 按照接收的业务计费方标识(本实施例中计费方为业务提供方)根据上述方法 查询其内设的号段表或者向其所归属的计费系统查询是否存在计费方的计费 信息,从而确定业务计费方与业务定购方是否属于同一个大区, 进而确定是否 需要路由, 如果业务计费方与业务定购方的归属地属于同一个大区, 则不需要 路由, 第二电信业务开放网关按照现有技术中的计费处理程序进行计费的处 理。
步骤 503: 需要路由, 第二电信业务开放网关将短消息转发至消息路由装 置;
如果业务提供方与业务定购方的归属地不在同一大区,则第二电信业务开 放网关将短消息发送至其所归属的消息路由装置,并在消息中携带其所获取的
业务计费方标识信息;
步骤 504: 消息路由装置根据业务计费方标识查询路由目的地址; 消息路由装置通过解析短消息中业务计费方标识信息 (如短消息业务提供 方的 SPID )获取查询路由表获取业务计费方所归属的第一电信业务开放网关 的路由地址。
步骤 505: 消息路由装置转发短消息到第一电信业务开放网关;
步骤 506: 第一电信业务开放网关向第一计费系统发送计费请求; 步骤 507: 第一电信业务开放网关上报短消息至第一业务提供方 SP; 步骤 508: 第一业务提供方 SP向第一电信业务开放网关下发短消息接收 状态报告消息;
步骤 509: 第一电信业务开放网关向第一计费系统发送计费确认请求, 此 时批价过程结束;
步骤 510 - 512: 如果业务定购方(第二终端)需要本次业务的状态报告, 则转发送状态报告至业务定购方 (第二终端)。
实际运用中电信业务开放网关所开展其他的业务(如彩信业务、第三方发 起的呼叫业务等)的跨区计费处理流程与上述短消息的处理流程相同, 此不再 赘述。 明的精神和范围。 这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及 其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims
1、 一种实现控制计费的方法, 其特征在于, 包括如下步骤:
消息路由装置接收第一电信业务开放网关确认业务计费方不在所述第一 电信业务开放网关所归属的第一计费系统所属的范围内时发送的业务消息;及 消息路由装置将所述业务消息发送至所述业务计费方所归属的第二电信 业务开放网关, 其中, 所述业务消息用于指示所述业务计费方所归属的第二电 信业务开放网关向其所归属的第二计费系统发送计费请求。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述第一电信业务开放网关确认业务计费方不在所述第一电信业务开放 网关所归属的第一计费系统所属的范围内具体包括:所述第一电信业务开放网 关接收所述业务消息,并根据所述业务消息中包含的业务计费信息获取计费方 标识,及根据业务计费方标识确定业务计费方不在所述第一电信业务开放网关 所归属的第一计费系统所属的范围内。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述第一电信业务开放网关确认业务计费方不在所述第一电信业务开放 网关所归属的第一计费系统所属的范围内具体包括:所述第一电信业务开放网 关接收所述业务消息,并根据所述业务消息中包含的业务计费信息确定业务计 费方,及通过向所述第一计费系统查询是否存在所述业务计费方的信息以确定 业务计费方不在所述第一电信业务开放网关所归属的第一计费系统所属的范 围内。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述业务消息中包含业务计费信息;
消息路由装置将所述业务消息发送至所述业务计费方所归属的第二电信 业务开放网关包括:
消息路由装置根据所述业务消息中包含的业务计费信息获取计费方标识, 并根据所述的计费方标识确定业务计费方所属的第二电信业务开放网关的路 由地址; 及
将所述的业务消息按照查询获得的路由地址发送至业务计费方所归属的 第二电信业务开放网关。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 消息路由装置根据所述的计 费方标识确定业务计费方所属的第二电信业务开放网关的路由地址包括:
消息路由装置根据所述业务计费方标识查询其内设的路由表确定业务计 费方所属的第二电信业务开放网关的路由地址。
6、如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法进一步包括: 业务计费方所归属的第二电信业务开放网关向其所归属的第二计费系统 发送计费请求; 及
当业务计费方所归属的第二电信业务开放网关接收到业务使用方或业务 提供方发送的状态报告消息时,向业务计费方所归属的第二电信业务开放网关 所属的第二计费系统发送计费确认请求。
7、 一种实现控制计费的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一电信业务开放网关, 用于接收业务消息,在确认业务计费方不在该第 一电信业务开放网关所归属的第一计费系统所属的范围内时,向该第一电信业 务开放网关所归属的消息路由装置发送所述业务消息;
消息路由装置,用于将所述的业务消息发送至所述业务计费方所归属的第 二电信业务开放网关;
第二电信业务开放网关, 用于向其所归属的第二计费系统发送计费请求; 第二计费系统,用于接收业务计费方所归属的第二电信业务开放网关的计 费请求, 并进行计费处理。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述的消息路由装置包括: 消息接收单元, 用于接收第一电信业务开放网关发送的业务消息; 消息解码单元, 用于对所述消息接收单元发送的业务消息进行解码, 获取 业务计费方标识;
路由表查询单元,用于根据所述消息解码单元发送的计费方标识查询出业 务计费方所归属的电信业务开放网关的路由地址;
消息发送单元, 用于根据所述路由表查询单元所查询到的路由地址,将所 述的业务消息发送至业务计费方所归属的电信业务开放网关。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述的消息路由装置进一步 包括: 路由表存储单元, 用于存储与业务计费方对应的业务计费方所归属的电
信业务开放网关路由地址。
10、 一种消息路由装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
消息接收单元, 用于接收电信业务开放网关发送的业务消息;
消息解码单元, 用于对所述业务消息进行解码, 获取业务计费方标识; 路由表查询单元,用于根据所述计费方标识查询出业务计费方所归属的电 信业务开放网关的路由地址;
消息发送单元, 用于根据所述路由表查询单元所查询到的路由地址,将所 述的业务消息发送至业务计费方所归属的电信业务开放网关。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的消息路由装置, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 路由表存储单元,用于存储与业务计费方对应的业务计费方所归属的电信 业务开放网关路由地址。
12、 如权利要求 10或 11所述的消息路由装置, 其特征在于, 所述的消息 接收单元通过提供 Webservice 或 Corba 开放接口与电信业务开放网关进行 数据交互。
13、 一种电信业务开放网关, 其特征在于, 包括:
用于接收业务消息的单元;
用于确认业务计费方是否在所述电信业务开放网关所归属的计费系统所 属的范围内的单元;
用于在确认业务计费方不在该电信业务开放网关所归属的计费系统所属 的范围内时,将所述业务消息发送至所述电信业务开放网关所归属的消息路由 装置的单元。
