Abstract

　人工関節置換術の術前に骨切り面の位置及びインプラントのサイズを適正に決定する技術の提供することを目的としている。 　本発明は、正面レントゲン線源（ＦＳ）、正面レントゲン写真の属する平面（ＰＳ）、側面レントゲン線源（ＦＬ）、側面レントゲン写真の属する平面（ＰＬ）、３次元ＣＡＤデータ（１０Ｄ）の５つの要素における３次元的な相対位置関係（正面３者関係と側面３者関係との３次元的位置関係）を決定し（Ｓ７）、レントゲン写真の関節における適正な位置に、インプラントの３次元ＣＡＤデータの影像（ＩＵ、ＩＬ）を重ね合わせて、表示装置（１１２）に表示する（Ｓ９、Ｓ１０）。
