Abstract

ハウジング１には、使用者の左右の足をそれぞれ載せる左足支持台２ａおよび右足支持台２ｂが設けられる。左足支持台２ａと右足支持台２ｂとの移動経路はレール４３により拘束される。ハウジング１にはモータ３１が取り付けられ、モータ３１の出力軸３１ａの回転力がウォーム３２ａと２個のウォームホイール３２ｂとにより２系統に分離される。各ウォームホイール３２ｂの回転力は、それぞれクランクロッド３８により左足支持台２ａおよび右足支持台２ｂに伝達され、左足支持台２ａおよび右足支持台２ｂをレール４３に沿って往復移動させる駆動力になる。これにより、駆動力を発生させる駆動源を１個だけ用いながらも脚部のさまざまな筋群を刺激することを可能にした運動補助装置を提供できる。
