Abstract

　加熱温度がばらつくような問題もなく、ステータコイルの加熱処理の時間短縮を図り、コイルヘッドの磁束によるコアの局部的な熱変形を有効に防止できるステータコイルの加熱装置及び加熱方法を提供する。 　環状コアＦに巻回されたステータコイルＬを加熱するステータコイルの加熱装置Ａにおいて、前記環状コアＦの厚さ方向の端面Ｆａ、Ｆｂに臨出している環状のコイル引回し部Ｌａ、Ｌｂに対して、コアＦの厚さ方向外方から高周波誘導作用を及ぼして加熱する高周波誘導加熱用コイルヘッド１、１１と、前記コアＦの厚さ方向の端面Ｆａ、Ｆｂを前記コイルヘッド１、１１による高周波磁束から遮蔽する遮蔽体２、１２を備えている。
