Abstract

　本発明は、電子棚札の低消費電力化を可能とする技術を提供することを目的とする。そして、当該目的を達成するために、本発明に係る電子棚札は、商品に対応して配置され、対応する商品に係る商品データを表示する電子棚札であって、所定の機能を所定時間停止するスリープ動作を、間隔を空けて繰り返して実行し、一定時間データ受信が無い場合には当該所定時間を延長する。
