Abstract

Elektromotor mit Rotor (1) und Stator (2), der wenigstens ein Statorwicklungselement (21) mit Spulenelementen aufweist, wobei Rotor und Stator (1, 2) gegeneinander bewegbar und durch wenigstens einen Luftspalt (23,24) auf Abstand gehalten sind. Die Spulenelemente des Statorwicklungselementes (21) sind als Flachkörperspulen (21.1, 21.2, 21.3) ausgebildet, die Flachwicklungselemente (3, 4) aufweisen, das aus in einer Ebene nebeneinander liegenden Leitungszügen besteht, bei denen wenigstens deren Enden (33,43) wenigstens teilweise miteinander verbunden sind. Die Flachkörperspulen (21.1, 21.2, 21.3) sind nebeneinander liegend in einen Statorkunststoff körper (24) eingebettet. Ferner sind im Rotor zwei Arten von Magnetelementen (12.1, 12.2) vorhanden sind, nämlich in Radialrichtung Süd-Nordepolte und in Radiusrichtung Nord-Südgepolte, die abwechselnd in Peripherierichtung des Magnetringes angeordnet sind. Vorzugsweise sind die Flachkörperspulen (21.1; 21.2) im Statorwicklungselement (21) so angeordnet ist, dass etwa 0,75 bis 1,5 Flachkörperspulen (21.1; 21.2) jeweils einem Magnetelement (12.1; 12.2) gegenüberliegen.
