Abstract

　この発明は、タイヤ加硫機１による加硫工程において生タイヤの上下部間に温度差が生じることを防止または抑制することにより、タイヤの品質を安定させることを目的とする。タイヤ加硫機１は、生タイヤ４の内側に配置されるタイヤ加硫用のブラダ２０と、このブラダ２０内に加熱加圧媒体を噴出させる噴出部９０と、この噴出部９０に加熱加圧媒体を供給するための媒体供給経路と、上記ブラダ２０の縁部のうち上記媒体供給経路に近い側の縁部を保持する保持部１４とを備える。さらに、上記噴出部９０から噴出される加熱加圧媒体から生タイヤ４の下縁部への熱伝達を抑制するように断熱材７，１１，８，６が配置される。
