Abstract

　ハウジング(３)内にクランプロッド(５)を上下移動可能に挿入し、そのクランプロッド(５)の軸心とほぼ同心上で上記ハウジング(３)の下端壁(３ｂ)に検出孔(５８)を形成する。その検出孔(５８)の周面に圧縮空気供給用の入口孔(７１，７２)を開口する。上記の検出孔(５８)に、上記の入口孔(７１，７２)の開口部(７１ａ，７２ａ)を閉じる閉止面(６８)と、上記の開口部(７１ａ，７２ａ)を外気へ連通させる凹所(６９)とを設けた検出具(６２)を、上下移動可能に嵌入する。上記の検出具(６２)を上記クランプロッド(５)の下向きの突出部(５ａ)に連結する。上記の検出具(６２)を弾性体(９１)によって上記の開口部(７１ａ，７２ａ)に向けて付勢する。
