Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication d'objets à films minces mettant en oeuvre une préforme, à partir d'une composition polymère élastomérique comprenant un copolymère tribloc dont le bloc central comporte une majorité d'un monomère acrylate de faible Tv lui conférant le caractère élastomérique, les blocs latéraux ayant une Tv plus élevée. La composition peut se présenter sous forme de solution dans un solvant organique, ou sous forme d'un latex constitué d'une émulsion stable. Par le procédé de l'invention, il est possible de fabriquer toute une gamme de produits élastiques imperméables préformés de haute performance, tels par exemple les gants médicaux ou autres, les préservatifs, les cathéters, gonflables ou non, les ballons de dilatation, les drains etc.
