Abstract

 脳移行モチーフ配列を有する環状化ポリペプチドに少なくともリジン2残基を導入することにより、脳移行活性を持たない分子と結合させるための反応基を有する脳移行性ポリペプチドを作製することに成功した。該ポリペプチドは、従来の脳移行性ポリペプチドよりも代謝安定性が向上しており、所望の分子を脳内へ効率的に移行させることが可能である。
