上述的提示音播放方式,由于各个语音播放设备将自身要播放的 提示音文件下载到本地保存,后续基于本地保存的提示音文件进行放 音处理, 而无需在每次放音时都去文件服务器查找对应的提示音文 件, 因此可以减轻文件服务器的处理负荷, 还可以减少语音播放设备
和文件服务器之间的传输流量, 有助于减轻网络传输负荷。
如图 2所示,为基于图 1所示的放音方式实施本发明提示音更新 方法的实施例流程图,其中在提示音文件服务器上建立一个专用的提 示音文件更新目录,假设为 update目录。则该提示音更新方法包括以 下步骤:
步骤 100、 将新提示音文件存放在 update目录。
如果要对文件服务器中存储的相应提示音文件进行更新时 ,只需 将新的提示音文件存放在该 update目录下,例如可以通过文件拷贝方 式或者 FTP ( File Transmission Protocol, 文件传输协议 )方式实现将 新提示音文件存放在该目录下。
步骤 110、 语音播放设备可以通过优选的定时机制扫描文件服务 器中的 update 目录中存放的提示音文件, 以检测到 update 目录下存 放有用于更新本地内存中存储的旧提示音文件的提示音文件。
步骤 120、 语音播放设备将检测到的新提示音文件下载到本地内 存中, 并保存在新的存储位置上。
步骤 130、 语音播放设备判断自身内存中是否有和新提示音文件 具有相同编码的旧提示音文件, 如果有则继续步骤 140, 否则直接执 行步骤 170。
步骤 140、 将当前内存中的旧提示音文件置为 "不可用" 状态, 语音播放设备在收到新的放音请求时,就使用新下载的新提示音文件 进行提示音播放, 而不再使用旧的提示音文件进行放音处理。
步骤 150、 语音播放设备检查旧的提示音文件当前是否正在被放 音使用; 如果旧的提示音文件正在被使用(例如该条提示音文件更新 时正在被某些呼叫所使用的情况), 需要等待一段时间, 以使旧的提 示音文件完全不被呼叫放音所使用;如果旧的提示音文件目前没有被 使用, 则继续步骤 160。
步骤 160、 旧的提示音文件当前没有被使用, 则将内存中存储的 该旧提示音文件删除, 以释放旧提示音文件所占用的内存空间。
步骤 170、 在文件服务器中, 基于 update目录下的新提示音文件
更新文件服务器中存储的已有的对应提示音文件
步骤 180、 删除 update目录下的该新提示音文件。
对于多台语音播放设备共享提示音的情况,需要设立一个规定时 间长度保护机制, 以保证所有的语音播放设备都完成提示音更新后, 才删除 update目录下的提示音文件。
如图 3所示, 为本发明语音播放设备的实施例组成结构框图, 其 中包括:
扫描单元 200 , 用于扫描文件服务器的新提示音文件存储区域, 不失其他情况扫描单元 200 较佳地可以釆用周期定时机制扫描文件 服务器的新提示音文件存储区域,其中在文件服务器中提示音文件和 用于更新提示音文件的新文件是存储在不同的存储区域中的。
文件下载单元 210 , 用于将准备播放的提示音文件从文件服务器 下载到本地保存,以及在扫描单元 200扫描到用于更新本地保存的旧 提示音文件的新文件时,将扫描到的新文件下载到本地保存在新的存 储位置上,即将扫描到的新文件和原来下载的对应旧提示音文件存储 在本地存储介质中的不同存储区域中。
播放单元 220 , 用于在未将新文件下载到本地保存之前, 基于本 地保存的旧提示音文件播放对应的提示音,以及在将新文件下载到本 地保存之后, 每接收到对欲被更新的旧提示音文件进行播放的请求 时, 基于本地新的存储位置上保存的新提示音文件播放对应的提示 音, 即播放单元 220在新文件未下载之前,基于原始旧的提示音文件 进行放音处理, 而在新文件下载之后基于新下载的文件进行放音处 理。
可选的, 该语音播放设备还可以进而包括文件删除单元 230 , 用 于在将新文件下载到本地保存后,将本地保存的欲被更新的旧提示音 文件在未播放状态下删除, 即如果在新文件下载之后, 欲被更新的旧 提示音文件正在被使用时, 则需等待文件被使用完后, 再将旧的提示 音文件删除, 以释放存储空间。
由此可见,本发明实施例的提示音更新方案在减轻了文件服务器
及其网络传输资源负荷的基础上,可以避免对正在播放的提示音进行 更新时出现的更新失败问题,并且不需要中断当前正在被播放的提示 音, 因此既保证了提示音业务的性能, 又能成功的对正在播放的提示 音进行更新, 尤其是对于业务量较大的呼叫中心系统, 本发明实施例 中的方案所带来的效果将更加明显。
本发明另一实施例提供了一种多媒体文件更新方法及多媒体文 件更新系统, 其更新方法和更新系统与上述语音(如提示音)更新方 法及语音更新系统一样,只是更新主体并不限于语音,还包括如语音、 音频、 视频、 图像文件等多媒体文件, 在此不在赘述。
本发明的实施例还提供一种播放设备, 如图 4所示, 其中包括: 扫描单元 400 , 用于扫描文件服务器的新多媒体文件存储区域, 不失其他情况扫描单元 400 较佳地可以釆用周期定时机制扫描文件 服务器的新多媒体文件存储区域,其中在文件服务器中多媒体文件和 用于更新多媒体文件的新文件是存储在不同的存储区域中的。
文件下载单元 410 , 用于将准备播放的多媒体文件从文件服务器 下载到本地保存,以及在扫描单元 400扫描到用于更新本地保存的旧 多媒体文件的新文件时,将扫描到的新文件下载到本地保存在新的存 储位置上,即将扫描到的新文件和原来下载的对应旧多媒体文件存储 在本地存储介质中的不同存储区域中。
播放单元 420 , 用于在未将新文件下载到本地保存之前, 基于本 地保存的旧多媒体文件播放对应的多媒体内容,以及在将新文件下载 到本地保存之后,每接收到对欲被更新的旧多媒体文件进行播放的请 求时,基于本地新的存储位置上保存的新多媒体文件播放对应的多媒 体内容, 即播放单元 420在新文件未下载之前, 基于原始旧的多媒体 文件进行放音处理,而在新文件下载之后基于新下载的文件进行放音 处理。
可选的, 该播放设备还可以进而包括文件删除单元 430, 用于在 将新文件下载到本地保存后,将本地保存的欲被更新的旧多媒体文件 在未播放状态下删除, 即如果在新文件下载之后,欲被更新的旧多媒
体文件正在被使用时, 则需等待文件被使用完后, 再将旧的多媒体文 件删除, 以释放存储空间。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解 到本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可 以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以 软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质 中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服 务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。 以上公 开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例, 但是, 本发明并非局限于此, 任 何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。
以上所述仅为本发明实施例的过程及方法实施例,并不用以限制 本发明实施例, 凡在本发明实施例的精神和原则之内所做的任何修 改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包括在本发明实施例的保护范围之内。
Claims
1、 一种更新方法, 其特征在于, 包括步骤:
将新多媒体文件存储在新的存储位置上,所述新多媒体文件用于 更新当前正在被播放的旧多媒体文件;
后续每接收到对所述旧多媒体文件进行播放的请求时,提取所述 新的存储位置上存储的所述新多媒体文件进行播放。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的更新方法, 其特征在于, 还包括在所述 旧多媒体文件被播放完毕时, 删除所述旧多媒体文件的步骤。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的更新方法, 其特征在于, 所述新多媒体 文件与所述旧多媒体文件存储在文件服务器中的不同存储位置上。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的更新方法, 其特征在于, 所述多媒体文 件包括语音、 音频、 视频和图像文件。
5、 一种更新系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
存储装置, 用于将新多媒体文件存储在新的存储位置上, 所述新 多媒体文件用于更新当前正在被播放的旧多媒体文件;
播放装置,用于在后续每接收到对所述旧多媒体文件进行播放的 请求时,提取所述存储装置中新的存储位置上存储的新多媒体文件进 行播放。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的更新系统, 其特征在于, 还包括文件删 除装置, 用于在所述旧多媒体文件被播放完毕时, 删除所述旧多媒体 文件。
7、 一种更新方法, 其特征在于, 包括步骤:
播放设备将准备播放的多媒体文件从文件服务器下载到本地保 存, 后续基于本地保存的所述多媒体文件播放对应的多媒体;
在文件服务器中设置用于存储新多媒体文件的存储区域,所述新 多媒体文件用于更新文件服务器中已有的旧多媒体文件;
播放设备扫描文件服务器的新多媒体文件存储区域,在扫描到用 于更新本地保存的旧多媒体文件的新文件时,将扫描到的新文件下载
替换页(细则第 26条)
到本地保存在新的存储位置上; 以及
后续每接收到对欲被更新的旧多媒体文件进行播—放的请求时 Γ基 于本地新的存储位置上保存的新多媒体文件播放对应的多媒体。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的更新方法, 其特征在于, 还包括步骤: 所述播放设备在将新多媒体文件下载到本地保存后,将本地保存 的欲被更新的旧多媒体文件在未播放状态下删除。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的更新方法, 其特征在于, 还包括步骤: 在规定时间后基于新多媒体文件存储区域中的新多媒体文件更 新文件服务器中已有的对应旧多媒体文件; 以及
将新多媒体文件存储区域中的新多媒体文件删除。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的更新方法, 其特征在于, 所述播放设备 采用周期定时机制扫描文件服务器的新多媒体文件存储区域。
11、 如权利要求 7所述的更新方法, 其特征在于, 所述多媒体文 件包括语音、 音频、 视频和图像文件。
12、 一种播放设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
扫描单元, 用于扫描文件服务器的新多媒体文件存储区域; 文件下载单元,用于将准备播放的多媒体文件从文件服务器下载 到本地保存,以及所述扫描单元在扫描到用于更新本地保存 旧多媒 体文件的新文件时,将扫描到的新文件下载到本地保存在新的存储位 置上;
播放单元,用于在所述文件下载单元未将新文件下载到本地保存 之前, 基于本地保存的旧多媒体文件播放对应的多媒体, 以及在所述 文件下载单元将新文件下载到本地保存之后,每接收到对欲被更新的 旧多媒体文件进行播放的请求时,基于本地新的存储位置上保存的新 多媒体文件播放对应的多媒体。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的播放设备, 其特征在于, 还包括文件 删除单元, 用于在将新文件下载到本地保存后, 将本地保存 欲被更 新的旧多媒体文件在未播放状态下删除。
